About
I’m Yussi Weisz — chef, director, producer, and longtime Kosher.com personality. Creator of Baruch Hashem It’s Shabbos and the force behind Agripas Street, a chef-driven Israeli restaurant in Lakewood. This channel brings you into my kitchen — not the polished TV version, but the real, fiery, flavorful one. With over 25 years in kosher kitchens, I focus on bold flavors, honest food, and cooking that actually means something. In a world that feels loud, divided, and constantly arguing about everything, I still believe food has the power to bring people together. No noise. No labels. Just good food, shared at the table. Here you’ll find Shabbos recipes, Israeli inspiration, behind-the-scenes moments, and plenty of laughs — straight from a chef who believes food should have attitude. Subscribe, follow the flavor, and come hungry. We cook with chutzpah.
