Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a DMCA takedown notice, you must include:

Required Information

  1. Your contact information:

- Full name

- Address

- Phone number

- Email address

  1. Description of copyrighted work:

- Detailed description of the work you claim is infringed

- If multiple works, a representative list

  1. Location of infringing material:

- Specific URLs of the infringing content

- Sufficient information to locate the material

  1. Good faith statement:

- Statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized

  1. Accuracy statement:

- Statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act

  1. Signature:

- Physical or electronic signature

Send complete DMCA notices to:

Counter-Notification Process

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake:

  1. File a counter-notification with:

- Your contact information

- Description of removed content

- Statement of good faith belief

- Consent to jurisdiction

- Your signature

  1. We will forward your counter-notification to the original complainant
  1. Content may be restored after 10-14 business days unless the complainant files a court action

False Claims

Knowingly making false DMCA claims may result in liability for damages, including attorney fees.

Repeat Infringers

We terminate accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
