Copyright Infringement

We do not allow content that infringes on others' copyright. This includes:

• Uploading copyrighted music, videos, or other content without permission
• Using copyrighted material in your videos without proper licensing
• Reposting others' content without authorization

Fair Use

Some uses of copyrighted material may be considered fair use, including:

• Commentary and criticism
• Parody and satire
• Educational content
• News reporting

However, fair use is determined on a case-by-case basis and is not a blanket exception.

DMCA Takedown Process

If you believe your copyright has been infringed:

1. Submit a DMCA Notice including:

- Your contact information

- Description of the copyrighted work

- Location of the infringing content

- Statement of good faith belief

- Statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury

- Your signature

1. We will review and may remove the content

1. Counter-notification process available for users who believe content was wrongly removed

Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly infringe copyright may have their accounts terminated.
