The thing is I'd say majority New York, Brooklyn, upstate we got so spoiled to certain standards that right now that became normal. Okay, you're not a success. That's so wrong because we're in a situation where right now New York's a failure, a disaster with what's happening there with the housing. And so we have to go back a little bit in time. So if you ask me, there's places out there that are successful, very successful. But there were those that came and are gone that we shouldn't have any more of those. If a plat and advertises and gets out there, the word gets out there, I want it to succeed. So anything not good about lakefront. I did get a lot of good information. I did get some interesting pieces of information made like bring on the channel someone that opposed the idea but they all told me the same thing. We don't want to get out there in public and oppose the idea in although they did not hold idea. I personally do hold of the idea.
