Um so almost and you know doing the regular I would say like pretty much more or less and I should get involved. Dolved. I was also shocked at that point. I'm doing this. Like, wow. I never dreamt I'm going to do this. And that was my main focus. So, you know, to help and just as a volunteer just And this was this goes back. Wow. Yeah. a few weeks actually there's a need for a full-time administrator. Um I took it on and that's basically me administrator. Solar business. >> This is a good question. So originally basically majority is already and then I found out because this client in numbers in mention in kinder does not mean that the work is any less especially in advance. Whatever. Get to work. No, no, no. Let's go. So it was a very hard task and this is ain't going to work part time full time full time but you know full throttle to make But this basically I can much as I can hold my business fully invest in the tasks even though it's not exactly so was very similar administrator I found out that sometimes I was the janitor sometimes I was the plumber but the point was I had to juggle yeah and I had to be me even though I was But mention include needs a person. You can handle this and this. I could say and I could mainly focus on and which I'm sure we'll probably get the mention. Hm. Question. This is unbelievable. So the question was expect and it's basically words expect and complain. So I could say And I could say literally and here's on the just to bring out the on the flip side is expecting 100% education. It's not like sometimes a myth I don't know at least I look at it like a myth but I don't want to believe so as like expect has a very high bar all the way from the gas says the curriculum babysitting service for a fact as they is whatever. So transportation buildings right right so I would start off first this is number one in the mention 100% and they have a high bar was licked to fulfill that and I take responsibility for that And I would say in the beginning being in a leadership position and could relate to this also in my mind that nobody's ever happy but I'm hearing it more and more as the is and like transportation Let's see what happens and it couldn't work this year. We got it done. I would say when it came to the actual physical location, it's it could get better. It's not like obviously we're not having kids, you know, in a dungeon, but the progress was on top and I think at this point everybody is I am very happy. Thank you. for to the million dollar. Okay. Arizona school choice programs programs in So, this is the [sighs] multi- trillion dollar question. Um, and I don't even know where to start with this, but I'll go all the way back. You know, when everybody's pitching in, it's all nice and dandy, but administrator and so that was really [clears throat] the programs and the the financials from the that's how it started and like I said school was in progress already I had no idea how to do these things basically I forgot I I never did it I had an idea of you know but I didn't actually do it so I was let's call the first day of my job and we're already three months in the mo it was not easy. It was not easy. So programs in the state of Arizona. I'm not going to give a whole lecture right now butto student tuition organization programs and it's which is the bigger programs constant work which this needs hustle hustle hustle 26 hours a day as but this one commitment that I made as everybody's going to get paid on time. There's no such thing. And and if not, sorry, won't be able to pay tomorrow if we wait till the next day. And it's it's hard for me to even say it out. I can't believe it. That everybody got paid on time. Now after the first year I was like okay wow this was a I can't imagine a second year and mid and so far but everybody gets paid in time I can't see it gets a teacher stor saying, "I can't even hear it. system. Yeah. And I was surprised. So the programs bring in taxpayers donate their taxes to the STOs. It's a whole but that's the way we do it. We hustle for ESA was helping. And when I thought you could not believe it, >> this went out of the account and it was covered. That's the only answer that I have. >> ESA and STL. ESA is the regular school choice program. Yeah. >> ST program. However, in the latest from the bills in Congress in New York, New Jersey. >> Yeah. Yes. Right. Education help. Whatever. of the programs. >> Um I could say overall the was very cooperative. Um I will say for mention it was a little bit of a shock that we geared into a whole new phase of food and efficient. Now I'll add some people felt that maybe I went too much like you're too you're systemizing everything and like take it easy but is We're not here. We're not here. I mean, even if it was we have right now, but we're we're here for more. We believe and we have to starting back the foundation last year. So, some people were not used to it. So, some people had to learn it. It was a learning curve for them. I you know you have to get on the computer and fill out that application. Um we actually see a difference is what we got in return was >> because it was a very interesting analysis that um why people wouldn't take it honestly I I know in New York mentioned that they're not eligible because of the income bracket >> but the income bracket to be eligible for STTO is a very high bracket. So I'd say majority get it and ESA there's no bracket. >> So everybody gets ESA. So definitely getting one of the two. Maybe in a separate episode, but that's the right. >> Yes. Now programs. So right that's a good question. So we don't have the programs for below five although it's and I'm not you know like I said this is my commitment. This is my responsibility to the to the as it's my job and a burden is a program for >> Isa program is a program for them um a daycare program not as juicyto and everything but to take off the burden from the parents and we're working on it. Um if it b no we do have to come out to fundraising um and we do have a big way of how we fundra >> once [clears throat] a year which I don't know if you know if you want if you want to talk about that but it happen okay so actually one of the biggest ways that we fundra is in youth we do matching funds get any fund any donation was they go and they match it. So this is actually a big way and we're really looking forward and it's actually next next so I don't know when this video is going out but it's December second that's what I know December 2nd any donation that we're going to get I you could even donate already now will be matched will be double and anybody listening to this ink canniten We do have a deficit that we need to cover every month and we need to plan expansion in staff and buildings and staff and buses.
