Torah Minute by Rabbi Bakshi: Great or Simple - Everyone Matters
In this week’s Torah portion, Parashat Vayakhel, we learn an important lesson about building a home for Hashem. When the time came to construct the Mishkan, Moshe Rabbeinu chose two leaders: Betzalel from the distinguished tribe of Judah, and Oholiav from the simple tribe of Dan. The Torah highlights this contrast to teach a powerful message. Building a dwelling place for Hashem is not the role of only the elite or only the simple. Both the greatest and the humblest are equally important. The Mishkan was built through the talents, effort, and dedication of the entire Jewish people. The same is true today. When it comes to making the world a better and holier place, every Jew has a role. Whether one contributes a lot or a little, every effort is precious before Hashem—and together we build a true home for the Divine. #TorahMinute #Parsha #Vayakhel #Hashem #Chabad #JewishWoodbridge #RabbiBakshi #Mishkan #Temple #Unity #Judaism #Spirituality #Meaning #Moshiach
