Let Go

One of the biggest investments you can make is in your TEAM. We used to try to do everything but we realized that if you try to do everything then 1) things take forever 2) things get forgotten 3) you’re never operating at 100% bc your attention is split 5 ways. As soon as we let go a little, invested in more hands and realized we can’t control everything we saw everything pop off ❤️
