YU CJF and Kohelet Fellowships Video
Yeshiva University Center for the Jewish Future has partnered with the Kohelet Foundation to offer educational content to participants of the Kohelet Fellowships. The Kohelet Fellowships Program is a 2-year Jewish learning experience for parents of Jewish day school students. Yeshiva University provides fellows with weekly sessions that they use to study Jewish texts, either one on one or in small groups. They set up their own time to learn, either in person, by phone, or by skype each week. The curriculum is structured as four 10 week semesters, with each session lasting approximately one hour. This independent learning is supported by a hotline staffed by RIETS and GPATS students and email support for any questions that they might encounter while learning. The Rohr Jewish Learning Institute (JLI) offers a second track of learning for the Kohelet Fellowships where parents study in classes taught by local teachers. Participants who successfully complete each year's learning receive tuition grants to the schools that their children attend. For more information please visit www.koheletfellowships.com.
