we have to know that all these negative emotions and negative feelings come from the fact that we have denim we have judgments on high on [Music] us at some point in life everybody deals with some type of anxiety some type of stress something unsettling something is going on in our lives all the time that causes us to deviate from the program we like to be on we have to know that all these negative emotions and negative feelings come from the fact that we have Dem we have judgments on high on us I want to speak very honestly with you there's no doubt about it that all of us is sinned at some point in our life we've committed offenses against Hashem and therefore there are Heavenly judgments upon a person for example you take adultery one of the worst things that a person could possibly do the Torah tells us that for adultery a person has the penalty this is what they get but it's very interesting how it plays out because in order to get the death penalty you need two witnesses the two witnesses has to warn the individual the individual has to go sin with a married woman after being warned he goes back the witnesses after seeing it have to go and testify before court that this person did such or such a sin and after that if it's decided by the court that it's true then the person gets the death penalty now what happens in a case when a person goes and commits adultery and there was nobody to see it and it's only that person but we should all know that just as much as there is a court down here there's a court upstairs and the court upstairs gives that person automatically the den sends him the Judgment that the person is he has the death penalty and is hovering above the person now his Mercy doesn't kill the person immediately Hashem is long-winded he's full of patience full of kindness so what happens things are arranged sometimes in a way where a person somehow has an accident he gets into an accident a motorcycle accident a bike accident something will happen in this world in order to get the person to wake up and realize that they need to repent and mend their ways but there's something even more interesting now we don't all have to do the worst thing that there is but we all do make mistakes we do make mistakes and we all do transgressions and we all do things that doesn't make aim very happy so therefore a lot lot of times these denem these judgments manifest themselves in the way of stress anxiety different type of disorders with our mental state sadness depression because they're trying to wake us up upstairs that we have denem we have judgments we have cases that we need to deal with before God rabman of bre says something amazing he says that there's no way that they could try you twice meaning that if you were judged down here in this world by Court then in heaven they can't judge judge you and if in heaven you were judged then of course down here they're not going to judge you so you cannot be judged twice so he recommends that a person takes time every single day to stand before the king of the world and express to him all the mistakes that you made to repent to make trua to judge yourself you be your own judge you be your own judge and he guarantees that any person that takes this upon themselves they will have no judgments on high they will lift thems completely out of judgment all the stress all the anxieties the depression the sadness all of these things are coming from the fact that we make mistakes and our life is not align with the Shem it's a must for us that we remove these things out of the way to remove all of these things that ultimately are distracting us and keeping us away from our true purpose in life which is serving Hashem in the first place so remember there can't be two judgments be your own judge return to Hashem ultimately that which is his your heart in your mind and your soul and over there that person will experience true inner peace [Music]
