you are lovable and I say these things to myself and to all my friends out there and all to all the listeners out there unfortunately we live in a world where it hasn't been told to us neither from parents or from teachers we were never told that we are lovable that we deserve love um I love you things like hugs and uh kisses come come very come very rear into our lives so but we all want it we all crave it we all breathe it and we can't really live without it even though so many of us have made peace not having it so today I just want to tell you that you are lovable and that you really truly deserve love for the person that you are without needing to do anything to earn it or become anything to earn it you deserve love and you are lovable have a wonderful day
