uh before I begin I want to uh dedicate this to the of sour of this year uh this year is about tuat um and um T is very interesting I mean most people understand the concept of tuat which is 15th day ofat uh and obviously has something to do with fruit you know because uh obviously a lot of people eat fruit and they make Broast on the fruit and so on ground but um there has to be something more than just the fact that it's a it's a actually of fruit of fruit M so the question is what does t represent on a much more let's I to use the word mystical but a more spiritual level that is the question how do we understand T is really it is the new year for the lest trees which refers to the fruit that this is the time that fruit begin to Blossom which means they begin to come out of a branch uh begin to emerge so it's called the for the new year for for fruit but it's interesting because there's a that you have to give tumis and myus which is one t which is also a TI uh which is a portion and you have to give it uh if you own a field of fruit trees you have to give obviously the tie and the is that the tithe of one year cannot also represent plant or the fruits of the previous year that words each year you give a tithe of the produce of that year that's it and what marks the year what begins the year is in terms of fruit is T not from the from the any fruit that Blossom before tuat is included in the group of fruit and the tithe therefore is from the previous year but after the F the tuat the 15th ofat then any fruit that blossoms afterwards has to be tithed with the f year so Hally that's why it's called the New Year CU that determines really uh in terms of the tumus and MERS which year will this fruit be a part of is it the the previous year's M and Tuma or is it the New Year's M that's the however there has to be something more uh prous more uh more depth to what is going and that's what I'd like to do today is to discuss what's the called the pr the prus of tuat what does it really mean and um in many ways it's it's a it's good news as you will see it's a very significant holiday although there's no it's called there's no prohibition of work ofat that's why you really have to uh have a much greater background of what is going on first idea what is the purpose of creation the purpose of creation is called zik purification what does that mean what God did is that he sent forth specific forces in Caba they're called spheres they're forces nobody knows what the nature of these forces are but they are clearly spiritual and he sends for forces he sends forth forces and they create realities and they create five of them the last reality that they create is the physical Universe they do that by diminishing in power they diminish the output it's like a a bulb that has 1,000 Watts then all of a sudden it becomes 800 watts and 700 so on so what happens is the SPH sort of diminish their output and as a result of that the reality that they create is substantially lower or diminished or degraded this is what they do and eventually their output is uh and this is only a mshal and so on the output is significantly lower we all of a sudden a physical universe is created okay so therefore obviously a physical Universe anybody born into that physical universe is now immersed in that physical Universe uh the problem is is that as long as you are physical the physical Universe obstructs your ability to experience the Divine the spiritual universe that's what happens so as such the the physical universe is a detriment because as long as we are physical because actually our soul is spiritual but as long as our soul is surrounded or in scun in a physical body we cannot feel the Divine we don't feel the r the spiritual universe so then what do we do so what God did is very interesting and this is really the task of a Jew what he wants us is to remove the physical universe and change it for Spiritual how what he wants us to do is to dematerialize the universe Yeah we actually dematerialize the physical Universe we turn it back into a spiritual one because if you think about it the initial realities that the Spheres created were spiritual and they descended they degrade it finally becomes physical so if we can dematerialize or change R transformation if we can retransform the physical Universe into a spiritual Universe means the same thing except we remove the physical matter and become spiritual that's called zik it's called retransformation it's a regression back into what the universe was and then the physical is no longer obstructs our ability to experience spiritual Universe you see so zik is called purification to purify means to remove contaminants so the contaminant is the physicality of human body of of of the of the sh of the Soul so therefore this is the job of a Jew to remove the physicality of this universe into a spiritual which is interesting because that tells you if somebody asks you where is the future world the answer is it's here it's not up there or down there this is it what does that mean it means that when the universe will have been dematerialized it will become spiritual and that is you see it's here you don't have to go anywhere you know you don't have to move anywhere you don't have to take a none of this stuff right it's here and the ones who do the zik which means purification that be dematerializing the universe those are the Jews okay I'm skipping out a lot of stuff but I want to give you the feel you have to have this type of background so we now understand something very important okay uh to remove the destruction of the physical Universe make it spiritual and then we can experience the presence of God that's the fundamentally what the task of man is okay but how do we do this now to remove the physical Universe back into a spiritual and therefore experience the Divine the presence of God the that's called TK TK means to repair or to rectify or to correct and what the Jew has to do is correct existence because existence is now physical and he has to correct that and it becomes spiritual so that's really what's called Ti the rectification or the correction the restoration of the universe back into its original form but how do we do it so what god did did is he gave three different devices T devices that's what they called and when a Jew is engaged in these devices the universe changes but not immediately Rock the why it's sort of like it's stored up it's like a battery stores up a charge then at the right time all that energy that we expended will dematerialize the world at one shot but it won't happen immediately and many reasons for that but it will happen eventually you see what are the th devices well the first device is called mitzvas what a Mitzvah really is without going with how it works what a Mitzvah is it allows the action by a Jew of a Mitzvah actually does in some aspect it creates an energy or a force that will dematerialize the the entire physical Universe okay even though it doesn't happen now but it will happen eventually when it's Unleashed right now it's not Unleashed and it's stored so mitv that's really what a Mitzvah does when you do a Mitzvah in some way contributes to the energy required to change the physical Universe into a spiritual and that's how we experience God in that spiritual Universe okay but what happens if God knew that the Jews are not going to do Mitzvah all the time a great deal of the history is where the Jews do not do mitas right so then what are we going to do so what God did in his wisdom is he gave a second device it's a second device was the Jews are not going to do mitzvas what are they going to do they're going to do sins to compar to the Mitzvah so as a result of that God said I am going to create a concept called chuva repentance repentance even though it's a Mitzvah is a different kind of Mitzvah than doing Mitzvah because Chua is where you repent you sort of undo the sins that you did you see so therefore Chua is a second T device for those who don't do mitus and they do sins chuva is a uh is a contingency device it's a backup that will enable the Jews to do the ti however God knew that the Jews are not going to do cha right that's what happens right in K what are we thinking about why I get out of Sho and go back and eat right and so you know so therefore God knew that the Jews not only w't do enough mitas to do the people they won't even do enough TR to do the ticking so therefore God created a third device and that third device is called of suffering see people make a mistake they Thinkin is punishment well in a certain sense it could be called that but it's not retribution you soon is what's called Rehabilitation God decided and I'm I'm not going to the logic of Y why it works and how but the concept of Y is rehabilitation in other words what it does is when a person suffers then the act of suffering itself uh creates a rehabilitation of the individual and that also does a t I'll explain it much more fully as I go on but this is a very important concept so you have three devices mitus CH and very important concept and I'll get into what the difference basically is between all of them so that you have to know We Now understand three different TI devices order to do the Z okay now next idea that you have to understand is the concept of the relationship that we have with an angel uh we have an un relationship with a Mal called a goinging to how probably talk about Sunday what is the relationship everything is connected to God God sends for forth of force sort of like a cable that's connected to you and what that does it creates you and it maintains Your Existence if that course the cable would be cut you would instantly cease to exist cuz we need that and by the way the force of course is the force of the Spheres anyway it's it's a it's a it's a uh a caduca Holiness it's called whatever word you want to use but it's something that has to come from him to us us and therefore everybody here is connected to God that way now so it comes down wherever it comes from and it connects to us and we are therefore created instantly and we are our existence is maintained this is what happens now however what's interesting is that we share this force with another being without going into the origin of that relationship what does that mean it means that the cable comes down as a y and it branches out one side goes into a man a Jew and the other side goes into the Su an angel and there's a force that comes down that splits but here's the problem there's only enough force in that table where only one side can survive not enough comes out that's case that there's a tremendous combat going on between us and the S because once once part of the cable comes to us one part of the cable comes to us and the other part of the cable goes to the something okay very brief he becomes much more spiritual the other side there something less Force coming to him because we're getting more remember there's only enough for either way and all of a sudden he gets weak gets weaker you see if all the Jews uh do the will of God which is the mitus then the certain dies literally you see so we can actually kill this guy guy we can actually kill this m interesting That's The Power of a Jew a Jew can kill the Mal however believe me he a worthy competitor he's not going to let us do this believe me okay so what does he try to do he tries to get us to sin obviously now if we sin so then the force is diverted to him not to us we begin to weaken you see that has many many manifestations we weaken we get weaker not only physically but we become more gross more physical but not interested in spirituality then Health can health interor lot of bad stuff happens right on his side it's incredible he's energized the something you see he's energized and because he's collecting all this Holiness because everything survives by Holiness everything in any case now therefore what you begin to see here is that the relationship that we have with the suan the Jew versus the again all the Jews do the mises he dies he weakens and dies if he gets all the Jews to sin bad news he energizes and we're not that we're not very well off and so on this relationship is called an inverse relationship it's called a reciprocal relationship it's like a seesaw we're High he's low and if we're low he's high interesting isn't it and that's the relationship we have with s and therefore that relationship is called combat War obviously because the S is no longer imp s getting us to sin because that's his job he wants us to sin because that's the only way he could survive you see so therefore this is a reciprocal relationship it's combat and that's why it's called the the war of the sun it's not just the war that he's trying to tempt us you know it's a war for existence all different understanding what's going on in fact the S is the only angel that can go up or down just like we can go up or down he can survive in other words he grows in stature when we sin he grows in stature every angel that God created is fixed at a certain level of existence it can never improve or diminish finish the S is the only Mal that can wax greater or Wayne less you see it's interesting but he does that because he has this unique relationship with us you see now is this true where do we see this I'm going to just give you just a couple of examples okay of how uh we begin to understand this and so on you know and you begin to understand that the entire history of the Jewish people depends on this relationship it's not merely events that happen to the Jews what really happens is the relationship we have with the sou I give you an example there are many one the first place this was destroyed 2000 400 years ago it's a long time ago maybe 2, 500 years ago whatever the year was and so the first place of this was destroyed them say it was destroyed why because the Jews did the three sins for which you have to give your life incest adultery which is murder and which is Idol those are the three sins which are very serious sins you have to give up your life rather than Express and because the Jews were into that stuff the first place to make this was destroyed you destroyed the temple so therefore the divine presence leaves the question is where he go where God go you see did he go back no because once understand the relationship between the two we begin to understand something incredible happens what happened did you sin but they sin grievously so therefore what happened the kadua that comes down didn't go to them it went to the S right that's our relationship but since there was such a grievous sin then the something was UN that's the word unique means he nourishes the something nourishes from the sins of the Jews that's how he eats you see and the interesting thing about it is that whatever the nature of our sins that's what he's Ying in other words if we're if we're eating a steak dinner and we don't want it he gets steak dinner you see it's what we give to him if we're eating tuna fish these are obviously examples and he gets tuna fish that's how it works that's that's incredible balance measure for measure that's how God runs it so what happens is is that the Jews are sinning so all of a sudden the tremendous K of you see but since these are the incredible Grievous sins then he something unusual you see the K of the divine presence what does that mean means all of a sudden God leaves God doesn't leave what God says that something comes up because he's the great prosecuting attorney he comes up and says hey not hey excuse me he says he says uh maybe did say that who knows but anyway he says these guys are sinning come on I want to eat of their I want to eat from the Holiness that they would have brought down I'm out and in judgment which is what he does God says fine you get it you guys don't want me so then the gets me that's such thing that the Jews don't want it that it goes back no it's got to come down the question is to whom will it come down so that is but since the Jews lost the they lost the so it comes out that the is from the divine presence itself that's incredible he nourishes all the divine presence that that God is forced of course not but Justice demands that the S is able to partake of what the Jews could have had and since they could have had the divine presence then the something can partake of that of the the energy of the divine presence now you're going to say yourself why does he want to do that what does he want to do call and filing what is he going to do with God's divine presence the answer is no what he does is the following the amazing part about it is that 2,500 years ago when the first place of English was destroyed do you know that the major religions of the world emerged we found it I show you okay one Greeks the whole Greek The Sciences of the Greek was was found aredes well well he was Aristotle okay ploh penes okay Pythagoras they lived at the therefore you have major religions that emerge when we lose the divine presence Buddhism DSM Confucianism you see you have Greek thinking which is the of the and so on and right and you have the uh the the whole concept of the uh sh uh the might of Rome all of that emerged at that point in time why because we lost it he gets it what's the purpose of this because the certain wants to use it to destroy the Jews you see that's what he does because he doesn't want the Jews to do mitas you see so he uses it in a certain sense to be able to empower himself to continue so that's the first let's take a look at the second second was destroyed approximately 2,000 years ago you see why so the say the reason why I was destroyed is because of baseless hatred this is always what destroys the Jews we lose the presence of God right then what emerges religion because that's M we access the ability to understand God to perceive who he is the go get the ability to perceive God remember what we lose is what he gets which major religion emerged at the time we lost the second temple and the answer is Christianity where did it come from doesn't come out of nowhere nothing comes out of nowhere you see it is the response to our s something interesting most religions have nothing to do with Judaism yeah it's Judaism and there's major religions and one has nothing to do with the other and so on you know but Christianity is a very interesting religion you see Christianity is called in yish for those who know yish means somebody does exactly what the opposite of what you do the exact opposite let's let's see let's see how it works we say that what that we have the Torah they say they have the New Testament we say that we are the house of Israel they say replacement theology they are the
