So in the Selichot everyone says, " Master of the World, bring us to Your holy mountain and make us joyful in Your house of prayer," finish us, Hashem our God, show us mercy. The Holy One, blessed be He, says, "I have heard , I have heard your prayer, go to the mikvah, come." A heavenly voice went forth and said, "People of Israel, I have heard your prayer, I have granted your request, you may come to the Holy Mountain, everything is in order, pure and clean."
