when i walk in the morning i look the
boys
and i
look around i say kind word to them
see if anybody needs a pick-me-up
statement good morning a lift up which
is really my goal i'm really here to
define the individualistic talents
and what we call characteristics or who
knows nature's of every boy
to reach into him and show him that he
can reach his potential
this year is the first year grade four
is the first year that boys learn
schneider they come to school for many
of them it's very new and they started
learning schneids for the first time
we introduced a new program called
kokode mishnais where every boy could be
a star in which nice i have boys coming
in every morning with smiles from ear to
ear telling me that they learned 30
mishnays
five forty missionaries last night
parents are letting me know how happy
they are they don't even have to tell
their kids to open a mission anymore
kids come in they wanna open up all by
themselves they feel like a million
bucks they feel so happy to be part of
such amazing programs so the things i
love the most about this climb are the
friends here are amazing they're obeying
really know how to connect with the
students and just the the learning here
is just off the so i feel great across
the toe for this climb because now i've
learned how to learn gemara and they've
taught me how to really stag and learn
and learn and learn until there's
there's no more time so a lot of times
in the school system we have a box and
we want each child to fit in what we
feel a school should look like and
hopefully they can fit into that box but
if not then
a lot of times a child could be
left struggling or left behind
so what i what i feel and what i think
and what i see
from all the rabbem is that we're really
working very hard to excel in this area
to find the strength of each talmud and
if
there's a weakness will deal with his
weakness in order to bring out
the best that he's capable of and not
that we have an expectation this is what
we need from eight sky in talmud and he
must meet our expectations and if not we
don't know what to do with him when i
think back to elder abandon over the
years revenue man really stands out he
made the biggest impact i was in his
grade when when kobe first started he
like every week he would go by
everyone's houses give someone like a
pepsi or a diet thing he he even started
shaka vittaria program he he choose
everyone like they were his favorite
student so at its kind we really try to
create a team each student
has his own team and included in that
team is that rabaem teachers principals
and the parents
our graduates go to a range of different
schools and the actus
that comes in our school
despite the fact that we have such a
broad range of parents from different
backgrounds and with different jewish
philosophies within the firm community
their children all can come together and
be amazing friends and learn torah
together and play basketball together
and learn math together it's
something that allows our students to
really appreciate
all jews from all kinds of backgrounds
so they really coned their own learning
because they're setting their path in
their direction
