[Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] la [Music] this is our 30th year it's a big number we're proud to say from the 30 years we have 22 graduating classes which give us a lot of Nas I remember going to school first in Rab's SCH then we we moved from there to the building where they are today I remember we were excited as can be we were moving to this big Isa I still enjoy hearing the same stories that I heard when I was in yes F Tyra 30 years ago and he here Rabbi Mel RAB stavsky Rabbi Winkler rabie Newman I see the Sim on my children's face of having that excitement brings back warm memories I think that ish Terror has much more than manal Rael wax is much more than just sto up at school it's more to give the kids a in life and to enjoy the school and to enjoy learning to have a Gak and learning it's to give over to the children a real real m aato is to be EMS from the primary on I thought the primary for many many years the first thing I learned from my rebi romea pilch was to write EMS on the board every day the signs his name Ms the wants us to mimic him and and the main thing the Abisha wants us to mimic him is is an Amite there's an electricity in the air you walk into the building there's boys outside the office holding cards with shilas on them that the a bomb Kasha that they as rean class go show rabie gwx and the excitement on their face that I asked the great shilot today they're not there for the candy which they get anyway but the Sim of the learning of thinking something through and coming up with the good Shila is priceless I find that my children come up from school it's much more yeah my re said this today re said that today um we had this raffle we had that raffle this program worked out that program worked out come on with such a smile and so happy and so excited I think that kak reverberates throughout the school from RAB GX to Rabbi Felman to the RAB to the teachers all in all there's anas they come to B mitz they have a whole dance they present The Bitz boy with the present it's just beautiful to say the eighth grade brings the challenge of getting into mfus the difference from the beginning of the year till now is unbelievable difference in growth which comes along from learning that and it brings a Big R in because the boys always have to make sure that I get this T clear that I have that GAR clear and it even brings po the speaking with each other getting clear the gamor constantly kering M gives up his extra time during the lunch break and recess to give separate fum for tysus and kazer gamar he gives optional tysus tests he gives sheets which really help us and he gives every Sunday Hebrew testing gar which really prepares us fora R makes sure everybody is prepared for Yeshiva for he he makes extra Shure and he takes his own time to help everybody even during recess the warmth and is enormous it's a great to see that from are among the in the tap All Over [Music] America we're very proud of the programs that we have a lot of in the r to the Shiva to the boys one is the where every week we give out sheets with questions and on on the para and every Sunday there's a test on the grade 6 7th and eth and at the end of baras there's a grand test on on all the par feeling of electricity in the Yesa the boys take it seriously but they're they're excited um it ends with a bigum four boys that put in proper effort in the Chinese auction and in general you see that the Yesa is constantly looking for ways to enhance the program to add to the the curriculum in a in a comfortable way upping the level of ideas but at the same time keeping that kmak that ytt is always known for one manal mentioned to me that he asks questions around the par every week and he has from all over and he says that the have the the best which comes from the program that we have every week every boy in the class no matter what level he's on you're putting the effort your success was first because of that because they they're made to focus on everything they're accomplishing everyone feels good when they're accomplishing 28 years ago when my passed away my wife wanted to do something and she thought about this idea of fathers coming to learn with their sons on the mon of chabas in the winter when it's a long M shabas night I called my mentor all bound and we discussed how we should do it and he thought it was a great idea and then we started it and barash now it's spread all over I think we have discuss that wherever they go we have Aus in [Music] it my children come home off the bus with such excitement and smiles on their faces that they had a great day every single Day Day in day out and it's something that gox instills in his T and all the r instill it in their and we are grateful forab goak for instilling to our children and having a g and [Music] learning RAB go there he could have between 40 and 50 boys showing up to any of the unions they see boys that are in their 20s and they come back back to the eighth grade manal and they all come over and sit down and speak to him and roex remembers them when he watches the boys and they come back home and they get married and they start their own homes that's part of his Nas that's part of his his job I remember when we opened up the new uh wing of the base Mish with the classrooms downstairs with the new primaries it was such a gracious SIM for us and that was 15 years ago and now we're in our 30th year we're getting ready to close up here and as hem move into the new building with the A's Health to together with everybody else's help we'll be able to learn better classroom will be more spacious um in this in the winter the heat will be working in the summer the air conditioner will be working we'll have new desks I feel as a parent it's it's an that we we should do whatever we could do to help this new building become a reality just for the kids itself that they should be able to continue enjoying going to school and and and love being there and having gmak and the learning the steel is up some of the block is up we just waiting a little bit uh and hoping that we have a few days of some warmer weather so they could pour the slabs I was there a few weeks ago with RAB gwax I'm standing in the gym and he's looking into the building and he's standing there like in disbelief that this is really happening this year is the 30th year anniversary of Y and how be fitting it is the 31st year when yiva starts to move into a state-of-the-art building I feel Yesa prepares you for the future prepars you for high school for Bish for K and even for working the sense ofite and the sense of Simplicity and the sense of of happiness that was I think instilled by F Terra from when I was a little boy till I graduated and I give credit to Ishu first Terror for that our goal is that uh our boys should grow up to be whatever they're going to be if they're going to go into if they're going to go into business whatever they're going to feel they're going to go into we want they should be [Applause] a [Music] real [Music] heart
