[Music] our main drive and our main tactless is just that the time that you come to yeshiva and have a gash mock and learning and that's what elementary school is all about every single student that's ever passed through the doors we shooter Esther and any alumnus can attest that the warmth in that building is unlike any other place that ever been I'm a longtime fan of ueshiba the fairest era so much so that my fourth son is being educated that when you get to huge rest area when you first get there in pre 1a or first grade or whatever you come you walk in this rabbi go back say in their gigantic smile every Rebbe every staff member there's a sense there that you're home about 19 years ago a family moved from New York to Lakewood I was I said to go to wife Katie experience there was a wonderful experience kind of I still feel Kesha to obey until now to a girl with like all blacks and his exemplary staff managed to infuse the yeshiva with a certain center the boys enjoy going there my kids want to go there every morning and they've enjoyed it for the last 10 years of various boys have something there and when they graduates at the end of eighth grade they feel good about themselves they want to learn they've enjoyed it and this is really what counts and education is that the mother should wanna learn I just feel that he's achieved something when a girl walks walks into the classroom the boys relate to him when he comes into her hair the boys he always tries to ask the right questions for the boys so that each boy can answer correctly and and I see and feel good about himself I learnt it for my my Rebbe antenna maiya Pilcher's of honey vaartha who was mr. recently I got that word from him you schmuck and that's what I tried to give over to the tummy then and I think that we coined that word here in Lakewood I don't think there's a moisture that doesn't use that word learning a schmuck and I feel that's the tactless a child should be happy to come to you Shiva [Music] if so many boys and eschewed the fairest Tyra and Miguel backs and Robbie Feldman though the first name of just about every single boy in the India Shiva and that's what makes you she was the fairest started unique that it keeps it as own little family that he relate to each boy and stands each kid then and when I speak to her gala extra-big Feldman they they right away they're with me they they know who I'm talking about they understand the boy it's true last week I saw this little boy standing outside the Regal waxes office clutching an envelope and I asked him who you're waiting for so you said I need to give her a girl black something so I said to him thinking maybe was a late note what do you have show it to me so he pulls out of his pocket and this is a boy that are big L backs and myself had just spoken through the day before to discipline him for something he pulled out of his pocket this paper my Big L blacks I love you that together with every single morning the boys coming into school and getting greeted with a big hello how are you today and a cold winter morning that really really really is the fulfillment of the plastic and mislaid can nyan punim upon him Kane Leyva Adam Lanza they feel the love coming through the Musser enough to come the next day to tell you I love your uh Big L blacks and I still want to make you happy [Music] for most people they go through their elementary school years and they leave and they're done after eighth grade after they graduate they wave goodbye and never to be seen again but if you're an alumnus of your shoots first era you have that feeling throughout your life so much so that you'll have guys that you know they'll be 25 30 35 they'll call up the snow hotline just to hear how they go whack sing the lively that's something that no matter how old I'll be that's the line that I always want to call and it's still a voice that I always wanting here till now we didn't really have alumni that had children old after to come to even the last couple years Baca Shem the alumni are sending their children and it's a real satisfaction for us and I feel good that I'm able to give over the the same cleaner to their children that I gave to them and they trust me with their children severa my had a head and ytt all those years back we stayed together and still in touch and now we're sending our children to ITT together when I see a girl works I still feel as he's my Rebbe it's a very flush of opportunity for me to send my children my Rabb is a Shiva baka Shem the next year we have a large group that soon we'll have a whole yeshiva just alumni then maybe I'll give in to the pressure that I'll have to make three classes but as you know I want to keep it - mac and give the individual attention to every child and we shouldn't be able to lose focus on what we're here for the growth over the years has become you know so exponentially you realize that they can't possibly be in the same building forever a recent I actually took a visit there to the building although the memories there were less ever I think there is a clear understanding that those memories need to be transferred to somewhere that is more suitable the classrooms are way over packed you literally some classrooms you can put another desk in the hallways of tiny the kids always try to know each other being the administrator of the yeshiva trying to take care of the maintenance and keeping up with the building is pretty much getting almost impossible and the time has come to move on all the boys believe an hour all excited the hearing about the new building that's gonna be going up and it'll be nice to be able to walk down the hallway side by side with another Rebbe and actually fit down the hallway kids need their space the Henry's bar and the new building will have that plenty play area outside the security will be better teaching will be a messiah can't wait for it the school is a happy place and because of that the boys are happy and this is what they managed to do in their current building can you imagine what they'll be able to pull off and their new and fresh building in a more modern and upgraded environment the mixture of the new building and the current talent is explosive [Music] [Applause] [Music]
