good morning rabai how are you another important Learning lesson minute of the day so I was thinking to myself I was sitting in traffic in Lakewood and once again because they have nothing better to do than do important construction of building sidewalks and removing unimportant necessary items on the road and I think to myself how should I be it in the S EV anger and not be upset or what can I do and I realized that what I should do is to be able to decide is that while my hat is on have to get angry because it shows that I'm a person with a hat that's getting angry so I took off my hat and said no what's the matter with you I feel much better now thank you have a great day everybody
