care of so if a person for example at some point my soul got eclipsed how did my soul get eclipsed so a classic example would be a child who was filled with love and C I acity and inquisitiveness and bonding and the Divine love and that love is not reciprocated for this child or the child can never experienced it or the child reached out but the response was the exact opposite so sometimes the child May internalize that shame and their soldiers goes into hiding and now all different surviving mechanisms and survival instincts take over in order to run the body and say you know we will keep you safe so I will keep you safe but becoming a person maybe who doesn't know how to trust or doesn't know how to live with an open heart or doesn't know how to love or I'm always in a state of fear or anxiety or or loneliness or aggression or fight or flight or people's pleaser or I'm in Free State all these states is with a poor banana peel instead of just being a channel for the banana now things cuz obviously they maybe internal shame so my real self just you stay quiet and the anxiety takes over so this poor person thinks that they essentially were created to be anxious you know when people say this is who I am take it or leave it it's not who you am it's not who you are it's who you NE became because you don't know who you are and this is not of choice even sometimes we do this at such a young age the only choice we have is to become aware of these things Victor Frankle once said between stimuli and reaction there's a tiny moment and that's where all the freedom lives right
