Why YOU Are More Important Than You Think!

What difference do I make when there are eight billion people in the world? I hear the question. You know that our tradition teaches that humanity began with one person called Adam. In fact, originally it wasn't even Adam and Eve. They were separated from each other into two. But at first there was just one person and all humanity is descended from that one person. Which means that at least for a certain amount of time, the population of the entire earth was one. And our sages teach us that there's a very important reason why God Almighty created humanity this way. And let us know that this is the way that humanity was created. And that was to teach us that one person is an entire world. And even though now there are 8 billion people, but at least in the beginning the world was one person which means that even now each person just like the original person is an entire humanity is an entire world population. You think about if Adam the first man hadn't survived then all of the accomplishments of all of humanity would have disappeared.
