Connection is created through dialogue. Just as human relationships require conversation and emotional exchange, our relationship with the Creator is built through speaking to Him, asking, requesting, and turning toward Him. Prayer is the deepest and most complete form of that connection. Human lack is not a flaw but a design: we were created incomplete so that we would need to turn outward and upward.
