I don’t have a problem with women working. Eshet Chayil is literally built around a woman who works, creates, builds, and contributes. The problem starts the moment she feels trapped. Because the same exact job changes completely once it stops feeling voluntary. That’s when resentment begins. Not because of the work itself because of the feeling that there’s no exit. And suddenly people call that “independence.” But being unable to stop is not freedom. The Pasuk says: דָּרְשָׁה צֶמֶר וּפִשְׁתִּים וַתַּעַשׂ בְּחֵפֶץ כַּפֶּיהָ She works but בְּחֵפֶץ. With desire. With willingness. With choice. That’s the difference between power and burden. ✨Light a candle for your home → https://rivnitz.com/donate/candle
