Why is it so difficult to change?😭

why is change so difficult what's the feeling of Freedom just so people don't get carried change is difficult because we're we're creatures of habit and changing a habit takes time and effort so that's why it's but I really want the change you say you really want to but the work that it requires to get it done you don't want that so much
