Why Dr. Nassi launched another pediatric dental office centered around better care and service.

Nachi, how are you? How is everything, guys? I'm here with Nachi Figdor, a pediatric dentist in Lakewood. One of the busiest offices in Lakewood cuz I think you're one of the only one that takes Jersey Care in one of the offices. But, the reason I'm here right now is cuz we're going to talk about his new office, more like a boutique office. Nachi, first of all, thank you for doing it. You know, I think it's a stickler for society taking pediatric Jersey Care for pediatric. I don't think that that many offices are taking that, you know, especially for pediatric. What's the reason for your for your new office? >> Uh over the years, parents would come to me and they would say, "We love your office, but we want a different experience that you can't get in any other office." People that may have grown up in the Five Towns, people that grew up outside Lakewood that they had a boutique experience as kids. And they wanted something to offer their kids along those lines. They liked me. They wanted to have more access to myself. They wanted to have an easier time getting appointments. They didn't want to hear that you have to wait X amount of weeks to get an appointment. And they wanted that enhanced boutique experience. So, I decided to open up this office. Well, this is the best >> They're both excellent options, but this is a little different. This is more of a an experience in addition in addition to having excellent dental care. Matthew, so this is the waiting room? I think I'm starting to use this office. This is crazy. We have a We have a really good waiting room inside. Like I said, it's >> The kids would rather be inside in our waiting room. All right, let's check it out. Guys, it's on the first floor, ground floor. From, come on in. You're going to love the office. The kids love it. In fact, some of the parents like like some the things that we offer. Fun zone, look at this. >> Fun zone. Look at the Pac-Man games. Sometimes you'll see even parents, you know, playing on the on the machines here. Then you have the videos, one over here, one over there. And of course, usually have the secretaries out, but they got they're hiding for the camera. >> Lunchtime, lunchtime for them. >> Lunchtime, very nice. All right, let's go into the office and let's see if you have any patients that you're working today. Of course. All right, come on in. This is This is the the the hallway where we have all the rooms. We have eight rooms. Nine rooms. I like the lights. Like it's very It looks like >> It's It's urban art. That's what they call it. We had to make sure that it was kosher and fun and uh calming at the same time. This is the X-ray room that we have set up over here. And we have fluorescent lights which really gives a nice nice uh feel to the office. I'm going to go into the room one of the rooms now and take care of one of my patients. And if you want you can come and follow me, okay? See you. This is my friend over here. And right now we're doing a few things. We are protecting his his adult teeth with sealant. Um so that food won't get stuck inside his teeth when he when he eats food. We're also fixing his teeth with nice cosmetic white filling. And he's sitting baruch hashem nicely. He doesn't laugh. Behaving nice, not crying. He's comfortable. He's got all the whatever he wants to watch up there. He feels very comfortable. You can see baruch hashem is is been really really nice to him. Rich, what's your job? First of all, you smile. That's That tells everyone. You're pulling up the prizes for the kids? >> I'm the toy guy. Yes. I see. You're doing this every single day? Whatever Whatever Whenever it's needed. Four days a week. Wow. Seven days a week. So how does it work? Anybody that comes in for an appointment can get a quarter and a prize? >> Yes, they're good. If they're good. They get a They get a token. Let me dig one out here. Token. It says super patient. If they're good. And if they're real good, they get two or three. It depends on the doctor in the practice. But All right. >> Then they come to the treasure tower and they get to pick from >> Can I get one of those tokens now? Have you been Yeah, I guess. So it's a of the art office over here and we offer all aspects and phases of pediatric dental care. We even bring in once in a while an anesthesiologist to help take care and put to sleep some patients that need that that can't sit otherwise for a regular appointment. By the way, which insurance are you taking over here? So, we take several commercial plans and for those people that don't have insurance, we offer in-house plans for them as well. But, the Jersey Care is not covered over here. Not in this office. Gevaldig. I see it's very calm, it's quiet. I guess you can get much quicker appointments over here. Of course. Even the same day?
