Why do I need a resume?

to I never had a resume why do I need one now there are many people who were always successfully able to get jobs without a resume by networking with people in their Community neighbors friends family uh people they had relationships with that they impressed them they hire them by introductions when you're calling a recruiter you need a resume companies are calling us and telling us Tully I need this this this and this and this for this position they need to have these six check marks a car is going to hit you and if I don't if you don't have a resum to show your experience and your background um you're going up against the people who do have a resume who have a polished resume to show all their experiences so if you're going to reach out to a recruiter you definitely need a resume if you're just going to network with your friends and family and try to find a job that way a resume is very helpful but also not necessary but definitely when you reach out to a recruiter you definitely need a resume I repeat myself a lot of times and I said the word definitely a lot in this video but who cares hope that helped yeah resume is super super important super super important ah now I get it
