Beautiful shiny glass Boulevard of the Americas. >> Got it. buildings. >> So right here from the 500 of America is coming Rosemary. Rosemary is >> Rosemary the Bagel store. >> Rosemary the Bagel store and they're doing a sim hall. So they're doing a simco hall for the gag over there as it and they're delivering it. Nice. >> So, it's in front of this beautiful 500 boulevard of of the Americas. This building was a new concept, one of the first ones in Lakewood that uh decided to do an all glass facade. Now, it's not the typical what we've seen in Lakewood over the years. I know you know if you want to pan the camera a little bit, you got a little bit over there, that building, the next building, a bunch of these typical buildings. These are window walls or they have curtain walls in it, things like that. But 500 Boulevard of the Americas is a all glass facade. There's so much that goes into it. And when especially when it comes to building like this, people call us from the get- go. They don't they don't just deliver like a typical building. The general contractor gives us a set of plans and build the building. By something like this, there's a lot more that goes into it. And a lot of times it's an international effort. Draftsman's, engineers, products, sourcing, and all that. So there's a lot a lot of details that go into it and that's why what makes this building so beautiful. >> Somebody told me it's it's a little bit easier when it comes to glass buildings because you don't have to be involved like a sheet rack and framing. You just have to build a a a steel framing and you just put up the the the glass or it's way harder. >> No, it's a lot more complicated. It's a lot more complicated. But we've been doing this for many many years and we know what we're doing. Yeah. So, there's a lot of engineering that goes into it, ratings, and there's a lot of different R values, a lot of different values that go into there's there's a special low iron, low E glass. There's there's a bunch of different types. It has to work for this building. So, every building is different and every building needs a different spec. And we source that. We find exactly what the building needs and that's what we deliver for the customer, what's best for the customer. Um, no, not the whole thing. The, you know, the customer wanted something a little different. So, they're doing something different. You'll see the end product in a couple of months, mate. We're getting ready to We're measuring out the building so we can uh prepare for the storefront and curtain wall sections that we're doing over there. Yeah. >> Fine. OJBA expo. >> Yeah, it's Hashem. Wow. in Lakewood. Another of the uh office buildings in the business park. Something beautiful we did a couple years ago. It's a four-story office building. Beautiful atrium. Let me show you inside a little what it looks like. Look at this place. Look inside. This is something I don't even know if Manhattan has this. A fourstory atrium. Beautiful. Open glass railings. Everything is open. This magnificent look. It's beautiful. No. made the commercial part. Joyce made the residential part. >> So, it's something like this. This the commercial part is gorgeous. It's beautiful. It's big. It's grand. And the residential, it's something regal. It's something really nice. A shower door, glass railing. >> I'm not in the real estate. That's up to you. We're just We come before that. We take care of the building. the beautiful glass. And we also do a lot of interiors. We do a lot of interior office, partition walls, glass doors, railings. We do a ton of those. collection with the Zinhant of the exclusives next level. >> Yeah. This project we did is two things that stands out in this project besides we do a lot a lot of schools in Lakewood. Uh we use a special glass that has a very strong reflection. So during the day people don't see in you don't need window shades and also we did the front if you realize it's it's round right now. Round is very very expensive. So we did something called segmented so it has that round effect but it's still on a budget. Thank you so much. Oh man.
