When your wife supports you, nothing can stop you.

sitting here in my office with my wife Eliana and when I first started wealthy commercials Eliana would help me with everything a tizzy she was my assistant you remember yeah my sister she was my partner and we would her job would be do you remember what you would do it at first [Music] editor's find people and and really it's such an important part of my business Ilyana helped me build my business because she helped me find those people right now wealthy commercials thank God we're experiencing hyper growth and it came to a point where we literally had such a lack of talent we had filled up all of our videographers all of our editors all of our social media people and I had a big problem because it had no talent and like I had literally things plans that I could not fulfill because we had too much work and I needed to find the people I was in a big Jam so my wife Ileana stepped up to the plate she came in even though she has three kids three babies and she made sure that she got it done today is a big success what happened today today we found next week yeah yeah she found me amazing guy that I super talented and my wife feels great about and I feel great about it and I'm not saying we work together every day but but when we do work with each other it's amazing and my blessing to everybody is that they that their wife supports him when her husband supports them and but it wasn't always like that right we had to grow we had to build where to build we had to grow together to share each other's visions any any advice to the ladies out there just to be there for your husband when he needs that push that help and sometimes we feel like that we won't think and we don't know what our husbands are going through when during the office you know we have a different life which is normal and sometimes it's nice to go to the office and to see what they're up to and also you kind of start to admire your husband these ways by looking it doesn't the office so I think that coming here for this week and also and you realize how cool it was and I guess why my advice out there to all the men watching this is nobody cares about your business or your job or your more than your wife so right right so don't be scared to reach out to for help because she puts her whole heart and soul with god bless let's go together let's go together
