Happy to be. What a special day. One of
the most powerful days on the calendar.
I hope you are taking advantage of it
till now. But if not, then now you'll
hear a few h important words. Hopefully
that will encourage you to take
advantage of this day. Once you
understand really the power and the
significance of this day you don't
understand that it's not going to help
you. But just that you know that we
chose a very very powerful day for us.
We're still in two. A lot of people who
are watching online they're already in
Australia Israel that's it. know the day
is over but that still applies but for
us very exciting to be here in Vegas
third time in a row right third year in
a row every year until now everything
works amazing and we're starting our
tour here in Vegas we have an amazing
lecture amazing night I'm going to get
straight to the point uh since we don't
have much time before we start a uh if
you don't mind putting your phones on
silent uh If you don't mind also hold
your questions. I'm not going to answer
questions while I speak. We're going to
do questions after the lecture. Uh
towards 8 we're going to finish the
lecture.
H So please stay with us whoever didn't
pray and after that we will have some
time maybe do some questions and
answers. We can smoo you have here you
have me here for a little bit more then
I'm flying out to Denver. So please no
phones no questions and uh pay attention
and I thank you all for joining. I want
to also thank a special thanks to Rakami
for organizing helping running the show
and of course to the Haruni family for
also organizing getting everything ready
running the show and the man who likes
to stay in the shadow. Where is he? Orin
always likes to hide behind something.
But thank you for everything, all the
organizations, phone calls, text
messages. If you would know what it
takes to make a tour, to make one
lecture, you would probably appreciate
much more the time that you're sitting
here and the and the words that come
out. And there's always a few smart
people who
ignite the engine and fuel the engine to
make events like this happen which is
important for you to pay attention
because at the end of the lecture I'm
going to address a few things and one of
them is how you can monopolize and
capitalize on other mitzvot especially
on a special day like today.
Before we start, as usual, I want to
share with you two and a half words of
the journey that I had to go through to
come here because I understand and I
know by the challenges and the
difficulties that I go through, how
important is the task that I'm about to
do. So if I need to go to sin right now,
no traffic,
everything is free, no lines to stand,
nothing stops you. But when you're going
to do something positive, so much more
so a mitzvah or even more than that, to
fulfill a major part of your purpose in
your life,
everything is going to go wrong.
Everything that can stop you will stop
you. Everything that can go wrong will
go wrong. all your plans you can say
goodbye to them and that's your gauge
how much you're on the track
and how much you're on the track that is
the key of what you need to remember
from this lecture. This lecture is going
to be short, to the point, tons of
content, and if you're smart, then you
start with this lecture for the next
month and a half with me on the tour
till Shah and I will promise you that
you're going to have next year a very
good year if you follow the stuff the
the the steps.
So my gauge of how important what I need
to do or if I'm doing the right thing is
that the amount of difficulties that
occur as I want to do that. Now I I must
have heard that thousands of times from
people saying ah Hashem give me a lot of
money I'll give a lot of saddaka
and then you don't get the money. If I
would have just a dollar for all the
people who told me, "Rabbi, give me a
blessing for PNA and I will donate to
your organization just from that dollar
from each person who told me that I
don't need donations."
So, everybody's very generous before
they got the money. Oh, if Hashem gave
me $2 million, of course, I will donate.
But when it comes to write the check, oh
no, don't ask. I have a lot of
responsibilities and I I can't I can't
really give so much. Here's $20 for your
for your effort.
So,
I know how important is what I'm about
to do by the amount of challenges and
the amount of steps that fail in order
to go and do that. And then it just
strengthened me that I'm going on the
right way. So I'm already telling you
whether it's this specific lecture or
the entire tour I know it's going to be
very powerful thousands of people will
be affected change their life to a point
that the Satan this time out went his
way usually I missed one flight this
time three flights usually it's a you
know three a few hour delays today this
time three day delay so I Understand
that you know when you going to do
something very important and very
important is ma mainly that you need to
do something that has to do with your
tikun with your path with your purpose
then everything will go wrong because I
was I booked our flight to leave Israel
a long time ago and I knew that Trump is
very
you know he's very moody today we're
attacking the next day no No attacking.
That's the next day. We're attacking.
Somebody sent me a video clip which made
me laugh about a certain individual
who's investing in the stock market and
then you see Trump saying WE'RE GOING TO
ATTACK IRAN. So he goes and buys stocks
and THEN THE NEXT DAY CEASEFIRE. SO HE
GOES AND SELLS everything and he's going
crazy just by the tweets of Trump. So I
know that Trump can tweet whatever he
wants. So I said I had to secure myself
that if Shalom some missile is going the
wrong way, I can leave Israel. They shut
down all the flights.
So, especially we went out of the way to
get a certain flight with Al.
We're loading the car to go to the
airport and we're getting a text message
that the flight is delayed.
Here we go. I didn't even zip up the
suitcases already. Give me like 40 miles
to go out of the house. Then strike with
the first. I'm I'm not even loading the
car. Okay, I'm starting to calculate.
We'll probably make it. We'll have to
run. And we get to the airport, of
course. And as we're doing the check-in,
I get the next text message. The flight
is delayed. And I'm like, that's it. The
connection flight for sure we missed it.
Sure enough, we missed the flight. We
land in Greece and we're about to I'm
dealing with the tickets to reschedu.
And the lady tells me, "Uh, are you an
American citizen?" I'm like, "No." She's
like, "You have a green card?" I'm like,
"No." She's like, "How are you
traveling?" I said, "With a visa." She's
like, "I need to see the visa." Oh,
shoot. My visa is in Israel
on the old passport.
Oh, I'm starting to call now. Now I have
to I I bring the the the red button. Now
I have to get all my operators
everywhere to start working. So one
assistant is calling the embassy, the
other assistant is calling Alal. I'm
starting like, "Okay, panic mode. We're
in the middle of Greece. NO VISA, NO
FLIGHTS."
OKAY. So I'm I'm looking to rent a car
and I'm calling the the the the embassy
and the embassy is telling me, "Send an
email." An email? What do you mean an
email? I'm at the airport. Long story
short, I don't even know from where we
find a flight that leaves two hours from
that, goes to Israel, makes a U-turn
come. So my my son flies back to Israel.
That I never happened. That I never had.
He flies back to Israel. We send an
express car with a with a passport two
three hours away. By the way, I don't
live in the center. I live in the north
to come with a passport. Two o'clock in
the morning. My son lands 40 minutes,
makes a U-turn, goes back, flies back to
Greece. Okay, everything is squared up
and we're ready to go. We're we're Okay,
we're sitting in the lounge and we get a
text message. Your flight is delayed.
No, come on. Another flight is delayed.
We'll make it. And then we get the next
test text message. The flight is
delayed. The the plane is taxed in a
different terminal. They have to bring
the plane. Well, what kind of a pilot
parks the plane in the wrong terminal
that I now have to be delayed?
Sure enough, we I calculate the hours.
We missed our connection flight here in
America.
And we were like this on the like
border. But I have another problem. Two
years ago, if you remember, I shared
with you here in Vegas my personal
story. Not about how I had a near-death
experience, about how I was jailed, how
I served time. you remember the whole
thing. So I have a problem when I enter
the United States. The second that I put
my fingers on the the immigration then I
see the facial expression changes and
within 3 seconds four cops around me sir
please come with us. And in the
beginning I used to get alert. Now I'm
already I am already coming. Yeah. Yeah.
Yeah. I know I'm going to the back room.
They need to investigate. They call
Interpol that I'm not wanted anywhere in
the world. They call the Israeli FBI. I
mean, I have to sit there. Sometimes
it's 3 4 hours.
Of course, they detain me as usual. 500
people in the room. Forget about the
flight. Now, you know what the problem
is? That I was supposed to land a day
before tisha.
You know when I landed? 7 minutes before
the fast starts. And we're tired. We're
sweaty. We're hungry. We're we're upset.
We're angry. We miss three flights.
We're carrying luggages.
And this is just the tip of the iceberg
of when something needs to go wrong.
Everything goes wrong. And I'm telling
you, everything that can go wrong went
wrong to a point that when I came to
rent the car, I already reserved the
car. We prepaid everything. But because
the car was a certain size, then she
they they needed uh to see the return
flight ticket.
What? Where am I going to find you now?
my return flight ticket. So, I look in
my Gmail, I find all the 500 flights
that I ever did in my life besides that
flight.
Sir, go to the back of the line. Listen,
I'm hungry. I'm thirsty. I'm fasting.
Give me my car. I want to go home
already.
And the story goes on and on and on and
on.
But
how do you not get upset?
How don't you lose your anger? How don't
you lose your faith? new. It's not that
I'm going now to rob a bank. I'm going
now to do GOOD THINGS. YOU CAN'T make it
simple. You can't make it smooth. I'm
I'm going to do a a good deed.
Why everything has to come with such a
struggle? Why everything has to come
with such a headache, loss of money,
waste of money, waste of time, and hours
of planning and all the hours of
planning? Like, come on. Can't you give
me a break? You know that if you give me
more time, I'll do more mitzvot.
All of us share the same common ground
of what I just told you. Now, not
necessarily you are in the level of
missing three flights and running on my
paste.
I know I promised that in the previous
uh uh tour. I didn't get ready enough to
do it in this tour, so you'll have to
forgive me. I promised in the previous
tour that we're going to I'll have one
of my kids film how does the behind the
scenes of a tour with Rabba Anava looks
like. We didn't get prepared to do that
now cuz you know we need a lot of GoPros
and cameras and a lot of editing and but
if you would see how it looks behind the
scenes and you would think that the
ocean will just open for me and I will
just go through and everything will work
out, right?
I'm going in the name of Hashem. I'm not
coming here to do anything illegal,
immoral, bad, wrong. I'm coming to do
only positive, only good, good
intentions. So why do I need to know
through all these speed bumps
that throw me off?
Why do I need to deal with that?
The question is not only me that we all
deal with that. Each and every one of
you in your in your world
deal with some type of a roller coaster.
that you 60 to 80% of it didn't plan
and then all day long Hashem is keeping
you occupied in nonsense.
Now we have first we have to understand
that I have to kind of break us into
three groups.
Group number one are the ones who are
completely not observant,
far away from the Torah, far away from
Hashem. Whether they're on the beginning
of their path or not, it's irrelevant.
But they're very far away still from
Hashem. That's group number one
cuz the answers to why things like this
happen to group number one will be
different. Group number two are the ones
who are kind of on the on board, but
they're not 100%. They're halfway in.
They know Hashem exists. They love
Hashem. They do a few mitzvot. They
participate here and there, but they're
really halfway in. That's group number
two.
Group number three are the ones who are
full way in or totally observant. Call
them
orthodox. It's irrelevant. I'm talking
about a person who's a god-fearing
individual. That is it's kind of like he
has it the whole thing going on. This is
group number three. Each group will get
a completely different answer and a
completely different outlook. But the
reality is that we all share the same
ground
that we are constantly tested with any
aspect in our life
constantly from the second you wake up
in the morning till you go to sleep 24/7
you are under a magnifying glass of
Hashem testing you constantly testing
you testing you testing you now I'm sure
you heard that already once or twice
The more interesting question is why
does Hashem need to test me so much? You
have my attention. I'm already
observant. I I do the mitzvot. So if
it's group number one, if you included
in group number one that you're not
connected to the Torah or to Hashem,
then welcome aboard. And that's how
Hashem gets your attention. You know,
Hashem doesn't give you candy and that's
how he entices you. He slaps you and
then he throws you and he he wants you
to be independent. So group number one,
welcome to the club. Group number two
and three, that's already more of a
question. I mean, why do I need to
constantly be tested? I'm already on
board. You know, if you lay lay back, I
will be more productive. You you would
think, no, if I don't need to deal right
now with so much headache, I will have
more time to pray. I'll have more time
to learn Torah. I'll have more time to
spend with my kids. If I need to all day
long deal with things, of course I'm
going to be occupied.
So the question is why does Hashem does
these tests? And the reality
everything that you go on in your life
is a test. Everything is a test. There's
not one aspect of your life that is not.
Everything is a test. And mainly how
you're going to react. Are you going to
get angry? Are you going to get
disappointed? Are you going to
completely brush it off and move on? Are
you going to throw the blame on somebody
else? Are you going to take
responsibility? Hashem just wants to see
how you're going to react
constantly.
Hashem wants to test you. And the more
you get closer, the more you get holier,
the more you grow spiritually, the tests
are greater. You think you're coming
closer to Hashem and it appears that
you're becoming even worse. Now the
challenges are even worse.
Now the challenge when I go through what
I just told you for three days traveling
there's no question here of amuna
group number one they will doubt the
abilities of hashem doubt the existence
of hashem I don't have that you need to
test me if I believe if you exist or not
why do I need to be tested with
but if you look in our history everybody
was tested was greater than me and you
together and he was tested in the
hardest tests
10 tests everybody got tested and if you
see that the more the person is a higher
level closer to Hashem the tests become
worse look at King David what tests he
had you think you have tests his son his
only son is trying to kill him the son
that he loves is trying to kill him his
father-in-law look at his entire
So first we have to understand
that everything that goes on in my life
is a test. Every aspect, every step,
every thought, every challenge,
everything that happens in my life is
Hashem testing me. What's the test right
now? That's for you to figure it out.
Tonight, we're not going to break that
down. But you need to understand that
Hashem is testing me. Why is he testing
me? So in order for me to understand a
little bit why he's testing me, we need
to look a little bit in depth into the
concept that is called anon. I'm sure
you heard the the word nisson
means a challenge or a test
and the concept of the challenge started
with the with creation. It started right
from the beginning. I mean we're tested.
Don't eat from the tree. First first
test right away. I mean if Hashem
wouldn't want this concept to be
incorporated in this world then right
away he wouldn't even tell Adam and oh
don't eat from that one he just wouldn't
put it there or he would cover it why
create the curiosity why tell them oh
that everything you can eat that one
don't touch
and you create the human nature with
curiosity and you create the human
nature with I want to see
I'll do the opposite of what you you
tell me. You can't sit here. Davka, I'll
sit here. So, we see that we were
introduced to the to the challenges of
an of a test from day one
from the first day.
Interestingly, I saw something in the
word. It's not so relevant to what I'm
talking about there, but there is some
wisdom behind it in Hebrew is written,
right?
If you break the word, you can read it
as ness, which is a miracle. And the
other three letters are yudun, which is
yavan. Yavan is Greece. I'm not going to
elaborate on that, but if you're
interested in understanding the wisdom
behind what I'm saying, I have a lecture
online that about the time of Kanuka and
it's talking about the war with Greece.
And I explain the mystical meaning
behind the the name the word yavan how
it's a yud vavon small line middle line
big line and a very deep explanation but
yavan is the one of the major kipot a
kipa is a husk spiritual negative energy
that is surrounding physical objects can
be also spiritual objects and yavan is
one of the types of the kipot there's a
kipata malik I'm sure you're all
familiar with a Malik and there's many
different types of kipot each kipa a
negative energy or you can call it a
negative entity has a certain aspect to
it and it has a certain quality to it
and it goes after a certain thing a
malik comes to cool you down every kipah
will do something else yavan is the
kipah of the last materialism
and in that lecture I explain how the
entire concept yavan is greece how they
brought the whole idea of worshiping the
body, materialism, the the Olympics and
so forth. Soon if you break the word is
navan is if you're able to break the of
yavan then you'll have a n you you'll
have a miracle and that's the
you understand the depth here of the
kadb who is giving you a hard shell to
crack but when you crack it you get the
surprise inside like these eggs they
have how do you call it the eggs they
have a surprise inside
>> Kinder eggs right
No,
we are introduced to the concept of a
test right from the beginning. We see it
with more than that.
You read that every day in Shakar. God
decided to test. What do you want from
the guy? The guy's 100 years old
dedicated his life to you and you still
need to test him. But Abraham doesn't
believe you exist. He doesn't believe in
your powers. He doesn't. Imagine the
person in the level of
Hashem tells him meets
from this son is going to be your
lineage. The next day he tells him now
go and kill him. The test was not to
question but yesterday you told me. He
didn't even Abraham didn't even say but
yesterday you told me. Okay. Change of
plans. Okay.
Changing routes. Okay. Today we're
killing him. Yesterday he was the the
the how do you say the heir of the
fortune the fortune of Abrainu today his
barbecue
that's the level that Abraham was tested
that wasn't a doubt that today was like
this and yesterday was like that
the whole concept of the test
since the the it's not really the root
of the word
but we see clearly the Word which is a
miracle in the word which is means test
n which is a miracle means to elevate.
When some when a when a miracle happens
to you that's when Hashem decided to
elevate you.
The nionote the challenges is the tool
so to say in order to elevate myself
from one level to another.
If you don't have any challenges, you
don't have any tests, you means you're
not growing. You're standing in the same
place. And that's mainly group number
one. Cuz group number one, they don't
really know how to digest the challenges
in many of the cases. That's why they're
seeking answers. So if anybody here is
in group number one, like I said,
welcome aboard. You know, you have a
long way to go. But the reality is that
Hashem constantly wants to elevate you.
Now you're lazy. you incompetent, you
immature, you all these above. So,
Hashem says, "You're not going to do it.
I'll do it for you. I need to elevate
you. I need to promote you." So, just
remember that any challenge you go
through is the steps for you to growing
to the next level.
If you run with momentum, you can
probably jump three steps at a time,
right? If you want to go quickly up the
steps, you can go quickly up in your
spiritual level. You just need to take
momentum and you need to jump high. But
the concept is that I want to every day
move to the next level. Whether it's a
10 times a day, whether it's one time a
day, I constantly needs to need to grow
to the next level. The step that I will
step on to grow to the next level is the
challenge that Hashem will give to me.
whatever type of type of challenge but
the challenge is my step to grow higher.
That's the concept of challenges is my
ladder my steps to go to a higher
spiritual level. If you do not
understand what it means to go to a
higher spiritual level then you need to
take a stop go to YouTube put in the
search Rabbi Lona and about 3,000 videos
will pop up. Go watch half of them then
come back.
But you need to understand that if you
are not constantly growing spiritually,
you're not doing nothing in this world.
You are you are a worthless individual.
Sorry that I'm saying it in that way.
You're wasting your time here. If you're
not growing constantly growing
spiritually, it means that you are
developing. You're developing your m
your intellectual part of your
refining yourself. The major part of
your growth is refining yourself. When I
look in the mirror,
how I looked 25 years ago was a
different man. Different look. When I
look in the mirror, I don't look an old
I don't see an old man. I see refinement
of 25 hard years and I can point on the
places where the refinement was so great
that it's like a different individual,
different man.
So when you're seeing it happen, you
don't see the progress. When you're
looking back, you're saying, "Wow, once
I used to be like that." That's your
spiritual growth. That's the level you
want to grow. If you look back and you
don't see any changes for the best and
you can't point on yourself where you
grew, then what did you do? What did you
do in those 30, 40, 50, 60 years? You
need to look back constantly and say,
"Here are my stops and here are is my
growth."
Most people don't have that. We'll talk
about this tonight. Most people don't
even have the plan where am I going even
they don't even there's no plan where
how am I reaching my success.
So the challenges is basically asem
setting up my path to go on for my own
benefit so I will reach my spiritual
growth.
Spiritual growth can also be explained
if you taking now in modern examples is
very easy with technology. It can be
associated with what I'm saying now with
a phone with memory cards to to cameras
you know a memory card of a of a camera
same size a little little box
can hold in it 125 or 120 whatever
gigabytes. This one holds 250 gigabytes.
This one is 60 gigabytes. Same size.
How come the same memory card is the
same size? This one has 250 gigabytes
and this one has 16. Can you give me a
something explanation that makes sense?
It's the same size. How has more
capacity?
The same concept. And you have it with
phones. This phone has 60 gigabytes.
This phone has 120.
Same idea is in your spiritual level.
When you grow spiritually, you enlarge
your spiritual capacity. You suddenly
become two terabytes, five terabytes,
your spiritual capacity, which means
that everything that you do is in a much
larger scale in it much more magnitude
and eventually getting you closer to
Hashem. So if you are not aware of the
concept that you have to constantly
grow, that's already a problem because
every day when you wake up in the
morning, you need to tell yourself today
has to be a better day than yesterday.
And on that same day when you finish the
day when you're sitting on the bed and
you're saying
you have to say summarize in your mind
by saying okay how good was today
compared to yesterday now tomorrow has
to be better. That's it. That's that's
how you need to go. And everything
around you is just distractions. It's
background noise. 90% of the
distractions if you ignore it they just
go with the with the view. you get
overwhelmed with 90% of what Hashem is
throwing in your direction. But if you
focus on your target, you don't look to
the sides to get overwhelmed with all
the rest of the stuff. So it's what are
you focusing on? Are you focusing on
what you need to do or are you focusing
on the background noise?
No offense, you're all focusing on the
background noise. You're not focusing on
the target. If you would be focusing on
the target, you wouldn't see anything as
challenges. You would see it as a
workout. It's like you go to the gym,
then you have to work out. I don't know
people who go to the gym and they just
uh sit there, go on their phone, and
after 15 minutes walk out. But you
didn't do anything. Why did you come?
Same thing with your spiritual or you
didn't do nothing.
So the tests are the ladder are the
steps in order for me to be elevated to
a higher spiritual level. And I want to
go from one level to another level. And
you can go sometimes 10 levels in one
shot.
Back home every Wednesday I teach from a
very powerful book. It's called the gate
of incarnations.
Maybe some of you are members. You watch
it online. I teach from the this book.
Very very powerful book taught by the
Rabbi
compiled and written by his student Rabi
Vital.
And he explains there the idea of the
nissayon and the concept of the
spiritual growth in a much more indepth
way and I would highly recommend if
you're interested is to go and watch
that series which will give you a much
greater perspective because a lot of the
things that you are challenged with in
this world you're bringing it from a
past has nothing to do with what you
need to do right now. So you need to
focus on instead of the background noise
is to focus on the target. When you
focus on the target, everything else
becomes background noise.
And like I said, that's what says
everything that you do is your husband's
reaction, your wife's reaction, the
person who grabbed your parking when
when you came to park. Every little
thing is a test how you're going to
react. Which means that if you are t if
you are uh in your mind uh what's the
word in Hebrew it's called d when you're
like focused on when you focused on that
this is what's going on that you're in
the battlefield then you understand how
everything is a potential
h test and a potential step for me to
grow to become to grow higher and
higher.
The problem is with the test that if you
stand and you don't do anything
spiritually, physically or emotionally
then you failed. Then you failed the
test. If you were able to overcome the
challenge, then you got raised
spiritually and you might not even
notice that. Another aspect of
understanding the spiritual raise is
when you become observant, a certain
mitzvah might be very difficult for you
to do. When you are elevated hundreds or
thousands of levels, then that mitzvah
is not so difficult for you to do
anymore. You're doing it like that.
First time I ever put fillain on. I have
actually have a picture of it. The talit
is like like that. It looks like
somebody threw something on me, you
know? It's like falling here, falling
here. The box of the fillain is here.
Here it's like the boxes. I'm like I'm
like that like that. first time after 20
years 2 and a half seconds the fillin is
on the hand straight why because not
only because I'm doing it for 20 years
cuz spiritually I'm in a much higher
level the mitzvah is more becoming one
with me that fillain becomes part of me
the leather feels different that's a
spir another aspect of a spiritual
elevation and then I'm giving you an
example with fine this can be applied to
everything now in order for us to
understand a little bit in depth the
idea because when I understand what I'm
up against then it's easier for me to
use practical tools. So we're going to
go to the teachings of the
lut from the bookim.
I believe in English it's the righteous
of the path, right? No, the path of
righteous.
Did I said it right? P righteous path.
The path of the righteous.
And he starts his book by saying
something very very powerful that most
people and don't be ashamed to raise
your hand and say I'm one of them. Most
people don't know. And he says that's
how he starts his book by saying that
every person
you need to know your responsibility in
this world and it's not really your
maybe responsibility is a good word.
It's more your path. You need to know
what you what you have to do in this
world. Hashem gave you a list of
responsibilities to do when you get
married. When I got married, my father,
my rabbi came and gave me a list of
responsibilities. You have to take care
of your wife, to take care of kids, you
have to work, you have to pay bills, you
there's a list of responsibilities. Come
with a job. So, Hashem gave you a list
of responsibilities. And the explains,
you need to know your responsibilities.
Do you know your responsibilities in
this world? Can you clearly say, "Oh, of
course I know them."
And if you're saying that then you
either live in denial or you are in a
very very high level. Maybe you went
through so many challenges in your life
that you're in such a high level to
clearly and state I know my
responsibility in this world. Whoa.
Before you jump, you have to really
figure it out because your
responsibility is your path. It's your
purpose. And most people don't know
their purpose
either because they're misguided, either
because they have all sorts of dreams
that have nothing to do with the reality
and mainly because they don't have the
target. If you don't have the target,
you're not going to get anywhere.
You get into your car, you punching into
your GPS destination. If you don't have
a destination, the GPS will just be
like, "Where do you want me to go?" You
need a destination.
So first of all says you need to know
your obligation in this world. You need
to know your obligation and your
responsibility and your path. How we'll
touch that.
Once you understand that you need to
understand that you were created
to pleasure Hashem.
I was created to pleasure
unbelievable pleasure from Hashem.
Now I don't know about you so far I also
was created to pleasure on Hashem and I
don't experience much pleasure I
experience a lot of hardship I
experience a lot of pain and a lot of
difficulties I don't experience this
pleasure you're talking about do you
experience any pleasure when you put
fill in when you bake hala when you do
you fainting on the floor from pleasure
No one volunteers to raise their hand.
So I'm guessing I'm not the only one. I
don't get any pleasure when I'm doing
things. Do you get pleasure? I mean, you
can kind of tightly title by say, "Yeah,
of course I get pleasure when I help
other people." No, no, no. I'm talking
about that. I'm not talking about that
pleasure. I'm talking about that you
fainting on the floor from pleasure. You
get that? No. You Oh, okay.
>> Pleasure.
very well. The pleasure that we're
talking about is the world to come. Not
talking about this world.
Nevertheless, the ramal says even in
this world. Even in this world, because
you know what? When you are in a bind
and when you're in a dead end and
suddenly Hashem comes to the rescue with
all flying colors and everything works
to your benefit,
then you're pleasuring on Hashem. You
like you won the like the jackpot here
in Vegas. When Hashem comes through,
then you really have pleasure on Hashem.
Ah, Hashem made it work.
But the reality, the pleasuring of
Hashem is for the world to come. It's
not about here. This world is not uh
about right now counting what I made.
This word world is to work. The pleasure
is in the world to come. And the more
that I work in this world, the closer I
am I'm going to be to Hashem. The more
pleasure I'm going to get. Now, a lot of
people might tell you or might say, "I'm
not into the pleasure."
No. When you go to a good restaurant,
you're not into the pleasure. What are
you in for? The background music. So, go
eat some pa with the humumus if you're
not in for the pleasure. So, why do you
go to a fancy restaurant and eat steaks
and sushi and whatever it is? And I'm
not blaming you or saying anything is
wrong, but at least be
straight out and say, "Of course, I'm
going for my pleasure. If not, if I
wouldn't go for my pleasure, I would eat
a sandwich with cream cheese." Why you
don't need to go to a good restaurant
and the food? It gives me pleasure. And
same thing with nice clothes and same
thing with a vacation and same thing
with a car and same thing with
everything. What motivates me in this
world is pleasure,
right?
I do things because it pleasures me.
Whether it's eating,
it's fulfilling my my hunger, but it's
also good food gives me pleasure. So,
I'm really motivated by pleasure.
That's for us to understand the idea of
pleasure. We want we want everything to
be for us is pleasure. You travel, you
upgrade your seat so you'll be more
comfortable.
everything what drives me is I want to
get to this place of pleasure of this
tanug but this is materialist and listic
I need to understand that the real
pleasure we're talking here about is not
a good meal or a comfortable seat it's
way way be beyond that but
when a person
when a a person needs to understand that
the the the I was created to pleasure on
Hashem both in the world to come and in
this world and that's the real tanug the
real real pleasure we don't really feel
pleasure when we do something that is
called the mitzvah when you eat a good
food you feel the taste buds when you're
doing something that you like you feel
the adrenaline the excitement you get
that pleasure from whatever it is but
when you do a certain mitzvah you don't
experience that pleasure so we're going
to have to bridge that so you start
waking up the desire ire to have a
spiritual pleasure not a physical
pleasure.
Now the reality is that I have to come
to part of my purpose is to come to a
level of what's called theun
which in English will be called
refinement.
That's really the revolving door that
I'm going into. I need to go in one way
and come out refined. If I'm not
refined, why'd you come here? And by the
way, one day you will leave this world
and your achievements in the world might
not measure in the world above to what
you will need. You might been a great
businessman or a great wife or whatever
it is, but it's not in the standards of
what they're expecting you in the world
above.
You need to reach to bring yourself to a
place of refinement. If you are not
refined, then you are
light years away from from where you
need to go. when I'm looking at my chuva
and we're going to talk a lot about that
in the next month and a half because
we're going to prepare for alul and
prepare for shah and it's all about
chuva and today we're starting that's
the day to start
and not only today I'll announce that at
the end of the class but this year we're
going to do uh like we did in previous
years if some of you joined us in the
chuba boot camp and the lul boot camp
and all the whatever we did we're going
to do that again this year because I see
how most people they don't know the path
they're going on. They don't know the
purpose. They know they need to do
chuva. They don't know how to do chuva.
There's no yeshivbo to teach you how to
do chuva. So, we're going to have to do
it very thoroughly in the next month and
a half. I'll invite you to that journey
at the end of the lecture.
But when you're looking at your life in
chuva, it's not about how much mitzvot
you're doing and if you are mastered all
the sins and you don't do sins anymore.
Is how much you refined yourself. You'll
still do the same sins. If you have a
certain inclination, you will do that
sin probably till the day you die. The
question is the refinement after the
sin, before the sin, during the sin. The
refinement is the key. Then you need to
put as one of the lists of your targets
is refinement. And every certain period
you need to look back and see if you did
if you really refined yourself and how
much you refined yourself. And in the
biblical term this is called from the
word eden. Eden is pleasure. Gan eden.
Once you get to uh this perfect
refinement where you will receive this
eternal pleasure that doesn't come for
free. If you would have one second of a
glimpse, a taste of
then it would ruin the whole thing. Then
you would be super Jew 24 hours a day.
No uh nothing would stop you if you
would spend one second put your head
into out peek out. That's it. Because
you would see what's coming. Then
everything would be no no question, no
challenge, no everything. I'll die just
to get there. Therefore, it's concealed.
So, we can't see. We don't know what
hama is. And we don't know even what
ama. We have a little glimpse of the
concept of ganed and we have a little
bit of the idea of yam mashia, the days
of mashia, but nobody knows what it is,
how it is, where it is. But imagine you
would have a glimpse into you would be
super Jew. Since we don't have glimpses
into then you can't be super Jew. You
have to fight. And that's what the says
you have to toil to get that. You need
to put a lot of effort. You need to work
hard. You need to fail 100 times in
order to succeed once. What do you think
you're going to get it for free? You
think Hashem is going to give you the
keys to the castle without putting you
into some type of challenges to see what
you're worth? So you have to understand
part of the path is I need to refine
myself. I cannot refine myself with one
action. I need to fail 100 times. I need
to fail 500 times because the smartest
person in the world says
King Solomon says the wisest person is a
person who has experience. Can you
compare your experience when you're 60,
50, when you were 30? I'm looking at
myself when I was in my 20s when I
thought that I have the whole world
wrapped around my finger. I'm looking at
myself 30 years ago, fool.
Now I'm uh like wine. You get wiser, you
get smarter. The tests refine you. They
they they make you much much more
control of yourself is all your tests
because you have what to lean on. You
have a track what to lean on. You know
that this reaction doesn't work.
Just out there now, I was speaking with
my kids and my older kids. I have two
groups of kids. I have the older group
and they're all older more than
teenagers and then I have the younger
group. In between I have a kids stuck in
between. But but but but I have the
older group, they're in their 20s and
the younger ones.
And so the older group told me, "Oh,
with us you were much more strict."
I said it I so I answer them. It's not
that I was more strict with you. The
methods of educating the younger
generations are are much more refined. I
already learned on you what works and
what doesn't work. So it looks to you
that I'm more strict with with you than
them. No, I'm more smart with them.
So the experience gives you 90% of all
the keys that you need to use in order
to open all the paths.
without
without toiling, you're not going to get
nothing. And that's what I teach my kids
in not even in that's what my father
taught me as a young kid. You want
something in this world, go and get it.
Nobody will do it for you. When I was 12
years old, I wanted a bike. My father
told me, "Here's the fence. Go and paint
it." Paint it? I'm not a painter. Well,
you want a bike? No. So, learn how to
paint it. So my father told me from when
since I was like 8 years old anything
you want don't come and ask me and my
father is very successful financially
he's wealthy he never gave me anything
when I was a kid I resented that I hated
that I grew up in a fancy neighborhood
all the kids have motorbikes and sports
cars and my father tells me go and work
so as a teenager I resented that as an
as an adult he gave me the best tools I
can ask for because he gave gave me the
ability to go and get it myself and not
to call my father when I'm 45 years old
and tell him I need money for rent.
You know what I mean? Not that I'm
trying to insult anybody, but
Hashem wants you to do it by yourself.
Hashem wants you to earn it. He wants
you to sweat. He wants you to toil and
cry and and but you did it. And when
you're going to get the tap on your back
or whatever prize you how you put seat
in your mind, you earned it.
You did it to yourself. So without
toiling, no pleasure. You're not going
to get any pleasure.
Unfortunately,
since this is the name of the game, then
Hashem puts throughout the way all the
obstacles that will take you off your
course.
All the billboards, all the triggers to
get you off your focus that Hashem does.
It's not anything else.
All these things that will not only take
you off your path, move you away from
Hashem. Challenges will make you doubt
Hashem. Challenges, it will make you
doubt your if your chuva was accepted.
Hashem will put all the obstacles to
make the the the the path very unclear
to bring you down, to break you, to make
you realize maybe you're not doing the
right thing, to confuse you, everything.
It's all Hashem's
work. He's not going to give you any
discount here. And by the way, the more
Hashem thinks of you, the harder it will
be. So if your life is a life is very
chaotic, Hashem thinks very highly of
you. So I can congratulate you that if
your life is smooth, then Hashem doesn't
think so highly of you because he
doesn't think you can handle it. But if
your life is a roller coaster, say thank
you. Hashem thinks very highly of you.
And he says, "You can handle what I'm
going to dish out."
How does Hashem create triggers to get
you away from your focus?
Desires, lusts, physical attrib.
So that's another key for you to
understand. When too much materialism is
involved, know that it's all
distractions.
Don't don't look at the materialism. And
materialism can be not that you want a
nice car. I'm talking about that you
have financial stress
that you don't have the money that you
need. You have all sorts of financial
issues. Then the materialism is I need
to make more money. You need to make
more money. No, no, you need to go and
pray. You need to go and learn Tawa. The
money will come at the moment that you
need to get it in the in the increment
that you need to get it. You making more
deals won't work. Won't make anything.
And like I said in the beginning, we
have to understand that we are in a in a
mode of war. War mode like you have on
your on your phone, airplane mode. We're
in war mode because Mashiach is coming
very soon. All these challenges is to
make you prepared for the coming of
Mashiach that you're going to have some
type of merit. If not, you're not going
to survive the coming of Mashiach.
The purpose of the of the test is to
make you forget that it came from
Hashem.
It's his fault. It's her fault. It's
because of him.
Just in the journey that I went here
three days to come here, you know how
many people I could have blamed? Because
we were late because of you. You didn't
do the No, the point of the test
remember is to make you forget from
where it came from. So if you blame
anybody for anything, you failed. You
didn't even start. You already failed.
Nobody is to blame. Everybody's just
emissaries. Everybody's just of the
Hashem. Somebody pissed you off.
Somebody made you angry. Somebody
You have to understand, and I will say
it a few more times, the purpose of the
test is to make you forget that it came
from Hashem.
Next,
if you failed the test, you didn't pass
the test, you're going to have to do it
again. You can't get rid of it. By the
way, don't think that if you push it, it
won't haunt you. There's a test you need
to do. You're going to have to do that.
You need to make a vessel
to create a vessel to create the the
tikun that you need to do. And I'll
explain very soon soon what we need to
do.
When you're going through a certain
challenge, it is directly connected to
your path and to your tikun, to your
rectification, to your to your purpose
in this world. Something minor and
something huge. That's why you need to
pay attention
because everything that you're going
through, it's also hints like in a game
that I used to play when I was a kid
that you go to one place, you open
something, you find a hint, go over
there, three steps, turn to the right,
and there would be another note. You
know this game and same idea. Hashem is
sending you all your hints to the path
you need to walk on through all these
challenges. You just need to know how to
put it all together and to build your
road map, not to get overwhelmed by the
billboard to understand that's where I
need to go. Hashem is kind of putting
you on the path through the challenges
that you need to go through, where you
need to be, what you need to do.
And the most important to remember is
that we were compared, our sages compare
the nation of Israel to olives. I'm sure
you heard that a few times.
An olive when you eat it raw, it's very
bitter. But when you squeeze the olive
and if you get pure olive oil, the
quality of the olive oil is to light up.
But how do you light up is you need to
be crushed first.
The idea is that we
are in many aspects of our life are
stuck in a kipa. Let's imagine it for a
second like a bubble and you have many
of these bubbles that you are stuck in a
certain concept can be what you're
thinking or some
part of your life livelihood finding
your other half whatever it is you're
busy and occupied just imagine that
every
test every challenge in your life is an
ison and let's bubble it for a second
put it in a bubble and imagine like a
lot of little bubbles around you this is
the the livelihood and this is the
educating my kid and this is a of a
family member who's sick and all these
problems that you have put them in these
bubbles and the reason why I'm telling
you to put it in these bubbles because
it's hard to imagine a kipa if I tell
you imagine your challenges wrapped with
a kipa
a little bit harder to imagine in your
mind that's why I'm telling you imagine
it's stuck in a bubble and imagine all
little bubbles all your problems all
your challenges are in bubbles that's
the kipa that you need to break.
And in order to release what's in the
bubble, to release that light, then the
kipah needs to break. Has to be an
action that breaks the kipa. And the
action that breaks the kipa is the
challenge that you are going through.
And when you passed the challenge, you
broke the the kipa. The kipa is the the
husk, the cover, the bubble popped and
the light is now shining in the universe
which is affecting you and all the rest
of the world. So imagine now if you have
all all your troubles in these bubbles,
all you need to do is start poking these
bubbles, right? That's all you need to
note. That's the the kipa you need to
break and it's designed for you. Your
challenge is not my challenge. I'll tell
you about my challenge. When I tell
people when I I told somebody now about
three-day journey, he's like, "Ah, piece
of cake. I wouldn't care for you. You
like being stuck in airports. For me,
it's, you know, what's big for me is
small for you. What's huge for you may
be this like this for me. I'm climbing a
different mountain than you're climbing.
Different mountains here."
And speaking of mountains, I had a great
realization
a while ago which I wanted to I kept I
was like when can I share this
realization? So a few months ago we went
on a vacation uh to Elat and I was
sitting wherever we stayed and you know
I never go on vacations for me vacation
I'm still my mind is working answering
it's like it's no vacation I vacate when
I sleep.
uh but uh nevertheless so I'm sitting
and beautiful view of the mountains that
you see from Elat which are it is Jordan
and I was looking at the mountains and
how it's curved and you know
you look at the creation of God you wow
you marvel the greatness of Hashem but
then I had like this spark because I was
go I I have a certain uh challenge in my
life I have a lot of challenges by the
way don't look at me like as if I'm
Peter Pan and I'm like you know I'm like
flying standing here and doing a
how do you say hula hoops I have trust
me I have challenges more than you
just have just having seven kids that's
enough to to keep you busy and a wife
you know that's full-time job so I have
challenges from here till yin-yang
I'm looking at the mountains and I have
a few challenges in my life that Mom, I
can't seem to break the kipa. I mean, I
broke a lot of kipot in my life, in my
chuva life. I know what it is to break a
kipa and the light coming out. So,
there's a few challenges that I'm
dealing with for quite a while. And I'm
also in my mind when can I when is this
challenge over? How much do I need to
to break? It doesn't seem to work. Then
I was looking at the mountains and I was
like, you know, life is like climbing a
mountain. You climb, you rest, you
climb, you rest, you climb, you rest. If
you want to have it more as a visual, go
now to a a a graph of stock market. You
know, the stock goes up, it goes down a
little bit, goes up, goes down a little
bit, goes up, goes down a little bit,
something crashes. That's your life. By
the way, if you normal, then you go up
like a normal stock. Goes up a little
bit, goes down a little bit, goes up,
goes. But you don't want to be kind of
stock that crashes.
taking it back to the mountain. I was
looking and I suddenly understood
because I'm dealing with some challenges
in my life and it made me understand
you might be on the last
effort of the mountain. You looking back
and saying I'm climbing this mountain
for 10 years. I can't seem to reach to
the end. There's no I'm not coming into
any any solution here. Nothing's
happening. And in your mind, you start
developing. I'll give up. Maybe I'll
fall to despair. Shalom. Maybe it's not
for me. Maybe it's not meant to be done.
But you invested already so long.
Sometimes you're at the you you are
about to break and all it takes is one
more time. One of that challenge and
you're done. And it made me realize in
one of the challenges that I'm going
through that the last 10 years of this
challenge, maybe now it's the end. Now
you want to give up. Now you want to
turn around. Now you want to say it's
it's maybe what it was wasn't meant to
be. You're at the tip of the mountain.
You climbed already a whole mountain.
And it made me realize that's all of our
challenges that you're like,
it can be with the sickness a year,
another year, another year. When is the
healing coming? It can be with a couple
can having kids, a person trying to make
money, three years, 10 years, business
not
Hashem is stretching it and stretching
it. How do you know when you're about to
give up that it's not the you only need
one more time, three more challenges.
Can you imagine somebody would whisper
from the back, you're going to need to
repeat this challenge 20 times. Then you
say, okay, I have 20 times. Let me take
a deep breath. I have made 20 20 more
rounds. But nobody whispers in your ear
how many more rounds you're going to
need to do with this challenge. You
don't know where you are on the
mountain, but you might be at the end.
I do believe that all of us are at the
end because Mashiach is coming. So we're
it's just another push, another one,
another challenge.
The challenge is is how you crush the
kipa
and in the cabalistic term it's called
an external kipa. Why? So the light will
start shining.
That's why we need to go through all
these challenges is that's how you shine
the light is the break of the kipa and
sometimes it needs to be repeated 100
times 200 times 300 times not every time
the first h attack works how many times
you see like police coming to the door
they're trying to break the door 20
times boom yeah but uh every time they
hit it makes it a little bit closer
So
the problem that most people have is
that everything that I just told you,
you need to do by yourself. You need to
bring yourself to repent. You need to
bring yourself to come close to Hashem.
You need to bring yourself to to refine
yourself.
But now comes the problem. If you don't
do it by yourself, Hashem will do it for
you. And that's different types of
challenges. That's when life becomes
much harder. Hashem says, "Do it by
yourself or I'll do it to you." How do
you do it the best on yourself is that
you need to the the biblical term to
that is that you have to bring the
hardship on yourself through the Torah.
You need to
wake up in the morning early in the
morning 4 in the morning go to a cold
mik do everything to to bring this
then Hashem will leave you alone. When
you bring yourself to to the place of
refinement Hashem leaves you alone. Then
you'll see all the challenges diminish.
When you don't bring yourself to the
place of the challenge, Hashem is going
to keep you on your toes in levels that
you can't even imagine. If he wants you
to pray, he will give you all the
reasons why why you need to pray now
because your business is not working or
you can't find your other half or
somebody's sick.
So either you do it voluntarily, Hashem
is going to make you do it. You need you
you need to make the decision, but the
action needs to be done. Hashem is going
to make you do it. But if you're saying,
"Well,
I'll do it myself." So you the I'll tell
you the term in Hebrew, then I'll try to
to translate. In Hebrew is
Torah.
Kill yourself over the Torah. Make the
Torah the challenge.
Put Hashem number one. I spoke about
that a million times. Most people,
Hashem is number two. And the uh test to
that is what what do you do first thing
in the morning? Do you say the morning
prayers and say or you check your
messages on your phone? And if you check
your messages on your phone, then Hashem
is number two. That's already already
90% of your problem. Hashem has to be
number one. Everything else is number
two.
And like I told you, if you don't
remember to do it yourself, Hashem will
remind you with all the challenges. And
with the challenges, the power of the
nishama is being revealed. Now, since
we're short on time, let's wrap it up
and see what we need to do. Because you
all understood that we are up for
challenges. The concept is because I
need to create this closeness to Hashem.
That's how I break the the clipot. I
gave you a very quick rundown. The why.
Now, we'll talk quickly about the how.
Today is one of the most powerful days
in the entire year. It's the 15th day of
the month of Av.
There are two holidays that start with
the two bishvat and tav. Both days have
the quality
or the I would should say the power to
flip something kind of like a purim but
a purim is a different type. It's what's
called a
that's a different type of
transformation. But two and two have the
quality of transforming good to bad,
dark to light. And we learn that based
on the the the ham the energy of the
month and I'll touch that in a second
very briefly.
Every moment, every second, every uh
minute, every aspect of time has its own
energy.
Every minute has its own energy. Every
week, I mean, I'm sure you feel that and
I'm sure you're familiar with what I'm
saying. But every second has its own
energy, which means that every aspect of
of time has its own energy and it's
broken into fractions of seconds. And it
can be a year, the energy of the year,
the energy of the month, month of kisv,
different energy from the month of
Tamuz. And you can feel it if you are
refined.
I need to know how to tap into that
energy. If I know how to tap into the
energy of every moment,
I have 90% of the challenges. I have the
express lane, the one on the the HOV
lane that you can just fly. I need to
know how to tap into that energy. What's
the perfect example that you are can
relating with what I'm saying? Shabbat.
Shabbat has a certain energy. If I tap
myself into this energy, I benefit from
the Shabbat. I don't tap myself into the
energy. I don't benefit from the
Shabbat. That's it. Very simple. And
this is the same thing with PES.
You got the idea.
Most people I don't think get it. When I
put all these videos online, today's
pray this today's pray that I don't
think that most people get what I'm
trying to say. they maybe give a
donation and read a few timing
into that energy because when you tap
into that energy of that moment that day
then you can benefit from the quality of
that day. So if today is the day that I
can switch something, the Beneshai says
I can sweeten judgments. Today is the
day of switching judgments like
Yonipuru. Like it says inact
the best days for the nation of Israel.
Yonipuru and Dub. Why? Because today you
can sweeten judgments.
Do you understand what that means? You
don't understand. Today is an open
checkbook. Just write whatever you want
to be. Switch everything from bad to
good. And it's only from bad to good,
darkness to light, evil to pleasant,
disaster to success.
Because a has a quality that no month
has have. I explain that many times in
my classes. Every month has an energy
and it depends on the combinations of
the letters of Hashem's name.
The combination yud and then avo
everything is in order. Yud and a and a
all the other months the order is
different. When yud and a are together
this represents
mercy and kindness. When the he is
before the vow it will represent dinim.
The combination of hashem's name for the
month of a is hey vav. We start with
strong dinim.
two destructions of the beta mikdash and
all the disasters and ends with the yud
kindness.
So the first two weeks of a disastrous
second two weeks of a everything is
flipped and that's the only month that
has this quality in the year. So as bad
as the disasters were in the beginning
of the month that's the quality that we
have in the second month. But you need
to tap into the switch. It's not going
to work if you don't tap into the switch
to the time. If you don't tap into the
time.
So
the month of Av
besides having the quality of what I
just told you and by the way where do we
learn this order this is from the
teaching of the book of Kabala and every
combination of the letters of Hashem is
supported by a verse from the Torah.
So the combination of the letters of
Hashem for this month he vav
is a acronym from the verse from the
book of chapter 30 27 verse9
is
het
that's the
is the that's the letter the the verse
where the brings it from the translation
pay attention
And listen, O Israel,
now here is where everything is lied.
This is the the core of everything. Pay
attention for the next 10 minutes and
will wrap it up. Today
is a new beginning. You can start a new
beginning. Flip everything. Everything
today everything can change. And when
I'm saying change for the better,
whether it's finding your other half,
whether it's whatever it is, health
issues,
today is the root of this
transformation.
It doesn't happen overnight. It doesn't
happen instant. You tap into the energy.
The transformation takes time, but today
is the root, which means that you're
joining right away.
Somebody will watch this video tomorrow
on YouTube. Did they miss the train?
They didn't miss the train. They were
just late to the train. They're starting
one day later. But the transformation
can still be done. We have two weeks now
to hop on the train. The train is now
starting to get into motion. So really,
you need to make the decision today, but
you have two weeks to get into the
program. But you need to tap into the
root of the change of the
transformation. It's very important. We
have a month and a half now to focus.
We need to focus on a few things. I will
explain that at the end.
But you can only do that if you
understand the concept of the day.
How is tav called? I'm sure all of you
have heard that it's called
the holiday of love. I will uh choose
not to call it Valentine's because it's
not a Valentine's but nevertheless it's
the valent the Jewish Valentine. So
everybody thinks that Dub is about
praying and finding your other half
which is not far from the truth. It's
the best day probably to do that. But
why is it called the holiday or the
festival of love is for me to find my
other half. I'm married already for 22
years. I found her. So what to renew the
bells? How do you say what people do
here in uh in Vegas? We're renowning our
vows. No, you don't need to do that.
Thea is not the love for me to my wife.
It's to re release and to expose the
love for me to Hashem.
It's not about me and my wife or you and
your husband. The love here is
the love to God that you love him even
though he slaps you on your face all day
long.
The first word in what what is the
acronym of this
hetma
is pay attention listen
most part people's problems because they
don't know how to listen shut up know
how to shut up and then when this hole
is closed this hole is open and you can
listen and actually maybe learn
something most of your problems is your
mouth by the way that's why the this
verse, shut up.
You guard your mouth and your tongue.
You you you you you solved half your
problems if not 90% of your problems.
So you have to understand the concept of
the schma, the paying attention, holding
your mouth. Most people don't know how
to hold your mouth. That's the first
thing you need to work on is hashket.
Stop. Pay attention. Listen. Listen to
what Hashem is telling you. All the
challenges that you have is Hashem
talking to you. Shut up and listen to
what Hashem is telling you.
More than that, I need to develop a love
to the most people don't have a love to
Hashem. They're afraid of Hashem. They
do things because they're afraid. But
the first word is
I have to develop a love and a
connection to Hashem. That's today is
the day.
Today is the day that I can start
developing. It's the root of the love
that I have to Hashem. That's the day.
And when I have great love to Hashem, I
do things with love. I don't do things
with fear. I love Hashem. I see the good
that he does to me. I understand when he
takes things away from me and I don't
get upset. That's how powerful today.
But more than that, we just commemorated
two destructions of the temples that we
will blame it on one sin.
baseless hate. So everybody's very into
and the fasting and have a meaningful
fast. It's not meaningful if the next
day you still hate me.
If you hate another person, the fast
didn't mean anything. The three weeks
didn't mean anything. Everything that
you did didn't mean anything. The fast
is to bring you to realize
that I don't need to hate any other
person. And it kind of loops back to
what I was saying before.
It kind of looks back bloops back to
what I was saying before is that if I
hate another person for what he did to
me, I failed the test miserably. I
didn't get the test. If something
happened in my life and I blame you and
she did and he did and he said, "A, I
failed the test. You didn't do nothing.
You're standing on the on the spot." But
more than that, that I I failed the
test. What made me fail the test is the
fact that theat is you do you can't do
anything to me.
You cannot do nothing to me. You can
slander me. You can do whatever you
want. Curse me. You can do something to
me. You have the power to do something
to me. Why would I hate you? Why would I
resent you?
You know the story with David and and
Shim and G. The person comes and cursed
King David. Hashem says to David says to
his chief of staff, "Don't kill him.
Hashem told him to curse." That's the
level you need to start understanding.
Listen, understand nobody does anything
bad to you. Nobody can take your money.
Nobody can take your space. Nobody can
take your job. Nobody can do nothing to
you. It's only Hashem. It's you and
Hashem. That's why the holiday of love
is start developing this connection with
Hashem. When I'm firm with my kids
because I need to educate them, they
don't feel I don't love them. They
understand, okay, Abba's now firm. When
Hashem is slapping you across the your
face, you feel Hashem is not loving you.
He's not not loving you. He's just
strict with you cuz you're new, not
doing what you're supposed to do from
the start.
The holiday of love is for us to tap
into the energy that I will have the
true love to Hashem and true love to the
creations. And if you ever receive the
blessing from me because a lot of people
stand in line and telling me gab give me
a then I tell them I wish you to fight
to have true love to Hashem and true
love to the Torah and true love to other
people. So today is the root. Do you
understand what today?
There's a huge significance of today
because today we have 40 days till
is the day the world was created because
the six days of creation is
the day that everything was started.
Today is the root. Today you can tap in
to the source of everything and just do
a little alignment and in the next month
and a half you will need to do a bunch
of actions but you can reach to a place
that on shah you set everything
different everything will be different
in the next coming year
so what do you need to do to in order to
achieve this and by the way what I'm
saying tonight is the short version of a
very long topic what I highly recommend
I'm here on a tour in the United States
for the next month and a half. Most of
the lectures are going to be kind of
same not same topic but supporting each
other. All the lectures are going to be
recorded broadcasted live you can follow
but you need to do a bunch of a series
of actions. The first thing that you
need to do is you need to do chuva. You
need to repent. You have to understand
that where you are right now that's not
where Hashem wants you. So he's not
happy with what you're doing.
If you're praying three times a day, he
wants you in a minan. If you're already
doing the minan, then he wants you to
learn 15 minutes before then be the
first one. Whatever you're doing in the
eyes of Hashem is not enough. So he's
pushing you to the corner and he's
taking from you all your little treats,
your lollipops. So you will be occupied.
You have to be focused on your path.
That's what I said before. You need to
understand what is your responsibility
in this world. Tonight, I'm not going to
tell you how to find out your
responsibility, your path, and your
purpose. What I'm going to do is invite
you for the next month and a half of
lectures where I'm going to slowly
slowly lay it out because you can't
explain that in a lecture.
So, we're going to start a very amazing
uh journey tonight. You can join me if
you want that for a month and a half
because we have exactly a month and a
half to Roshana. Roshana is the heart of
everything, the Rosh, the head of
everything. That's where we're going to
set everything. If you're going to do
the path I'm going to tell in the next
month and a half, very good chance
you're going to eliminate 90% of your
challenges. You'll transform most of the
negative into positive. You'll still
have more challenges cuz that's the name
of the game. It will be more extreme
challenges, but you'll have the ability,
the tools, and the knowledge how to kind
of juggle the challenge and to
understand it's part of the job. It's
not about what I want. It's not about
what I think. is what Hashem wants me to
do. First thing you need to do today is
chuva is repent is to take a piece of
paper. I always say that it won't work
any other way. And write on the right
side on the column all the good things
that you do that you love doing that you
are good at that you are you know that
they're good and on the left side all
the bad things you need to get rid of
the good things you need to see where
you lacking in your aod and all the good
things that you are already doing and
you have to fill up the holes. You
cannot do 600 mitzvot you can only do
613.
The reason why I told you about the
challenge I had coming here is because
three days I'm asking from Hashem, what
do you want? What what do I need to
learn? I right away ask all the right
questions. I mean, I long time ago
stopped getting upset. I asked questions
and I'm trying to figure out
and then the last flight after my tongue
is already out missing flight. The last
flight that brought me to my
destination,
what was the number of the flight?
>> 6:13.
And I arrived at 3:00 in the morning in
my Airbnb. And what's the code to get
into the Airbnb?
6:13.
And then we needed to buy some water and
some drink. I go to the first gas
station. And what is the gas? You know
the prices? 613.
Three times.
is telling me
in my level of chuva I must be missing
something on my list tonight has to be
some things that are missing
that I'm not doing so on the right
column add what you're not doing left
column start removing
now you can't remove everything in one
shot so the first thing you're going to
need to do tonight is chuba the second
thing that you need to do is
charity. I'll explain on that in a
second because we need three concepts
and
right that's what we scream in
repentance charity and and prayer
removes the evil of the decree. So we
need the chuva, we need the charity and
we need the prayer for the chuva. I'll
explain and elaborate more on that in
the next month and a half. Don't get too
overwhelmed that today make a decision
to make today make a list and the
decision is what am I adding
and what am I removing
now you're not going to remove
everything we're going to take a
challenge that we need to add a prayer
now I'm not talking about if you're not
doing that jump on board and I'm not
talking about or we need to add another
prayer to make A very long long story
short without elaborating too much. The
custom is that from tonight you read for
40 days.
That's the prayer. That's the prayer.
That's the praise and you're doing it
for 40 consecutive days till
we continue to sh. And if you can do it
to
but that's the first thing you take on
yourself that you add
on the long list you want to add. I know
it takes time. I know it will take you
10 15 minutes but you go like this for
20 minutes so you measure what benefits
better you need to take on yourself a
certain prayer for 40 days I recommend
song of songs doesn't take long eight
chapters 15 minutes you'll knock it out
you want to do tikun you want to do
something else but you have to do it in
a form of a prayer consecutive 40 days
you cannot break if you're broke you do
chuva you're right you wake up you go
back Don't give up.
And there's one thing that you need to
take from the left side of the list
that you're stopping. Doesn't matter
what's going to happen. You're not
failing in that specific sin and choose
something easy. Don't choose now, you
know, the hardest sin. And since today
is the root of everything, that's then
you you you're holding so to say the
root of the change. Everything will come
and evolve. So for chuva take a piece of
paper write column all the good things
that you do mitzvot good actions
everything refinement I'm I'm I'm less
angry everything and you see where you
need to add in the mitzvot and on the
left column you choose one thing you're
getting rid of that you think is the the
the the bone in the neck that's stopping
you that's your cha for your of course I
will encourage you to pray.
Pray. We have to pray. You have to
understand that eventually Hashem wants
you to do all 613 mitzvot. So if you're
only doing 200 of them, you have a long
way to go. That's the the end. Hashem
wants you to be equal to any other. It's
not that don't look at me and saying,
"Okay, the rabbis, they can learn a lot
of Torah." No, no, you are equal to me.
I need to eat kosher. You need to eat
kosher. I need to observe Shabbat. You
need to observe Shabbat. You're not
different than me.
And eventually the the end is you need
to be fully observant. Shem is not going
to let you go. Don't think he's going to
let you go. He's going to constantly
push you to become more and more and
more. So for your prayer I recommend
we've been doing it for years. We do it
in minim. That's what I recommend. You
can do you can read 10 chapters of tim
but you have to do something in a form
of a prayer and a prayers. That's why I
think is the best. It will take you
anywhere between 8 to 15 minutes
depending how fast you read it. I
recommend to read in Hebrew. If you can
read in English,
we have your chuva and we have your
prayer.
You need to create a vessel when every
time you want to do chuva, you need to
create a vessel. That's what says
you have to apply some form of charity.
Here we have to finish the lecture. We
got to we got to pray now. Hopefully, we
still have a few more minutes.
Uh what I want to share with you is a
quick opportunity that we have today and
it's specifically designed for this day
in the great things that my organization
does. We do a lot of things but now we
have a project that we are helping three
people to get married. Two of them are
orphan orphans and the other one
orphan from one side but three weddings
that out of nowhere came to us asking
and seeking for help and I was like you
know what this is going to be the
opportunity this is going to be the
opportunity to anyone who wants to make
a vessel for what we're going to do in
the next month and a half and we just
started the lecture tonight all the
lectures in this tour are going to be
part of this journey
starting. We're starting the 40-day
journey. You're going to have to follow
me on other besties, WhatsApp or all the
social media. If you want to join, don't
miss out. Today, I'm just giving you the
concept. But today is important to reach
to the source, to the uh uh root of
everything.
I I I know we're going to be able to
help these three young individuals get
their weddings. Tav has two aspects to
it. One of them is Bmet finding other
halves. The other one is splitting the
sea. Every challenge you have all that
today the day you can change it. So you
can either choose the path of finding
your other half or whatever success but
you have to do all three that I said. So
the chuva I'm going to guide you for the
next month and a half for the start
doing it for the
you can choose wherever you give your
charity. I'm giving you the opportunity
tonight because we're really trying to
fund a raise for this particular and
dash here. Nobody came to me with an
electricity bill in the last month.
Weddings and the wedding is the most
joyous occasion to be I just see that
Hashem is dishing to us the opportunity
to help and assist. So, since we want to
finish, I'm going to advertise it in a
different video, but we're going to have
some special promotions for everyone who
wants to participate, you can give a
dollar, you can give whatever you want,
but since we need a round number of
30,000, 10,000 per wedding, we're going
to do a promotion that anyone who wants
to support and participate in the in the
increments of a thousand. We have a long
list of goodies that we're going to give
them. You're going to get some of my
wine. you'll get an hour meeting with me
whether on Zoom or personal because we
really want it to happen. And when I'm
thinking about it, all we need is 30
people. If every p one of the 30 gives a
thousand, then that's it. We covered it.
Not telling you to give a thousand. Give
whatever you can, whatever you want. If
you can go to the website, we'll have
all the goodies for the ones who want to
participate. I want to do it as fast as
possible. And one of the things is what
are we going to make? I in the next 40
days I pray we're going to do a lot of
things but we're going to have for the
ones who really supporting these
weddings we're going to have the and the
on their day of the weddings pray for
you in the I have a lot of goodies for
the ones who want to participate but the
here is that it it happened on this day
so we have two minutes to finish
a person can win his entire like that in
one second a person can make a quick
decision that changes his entire path.
Tonight you have the opportunity to make
this quick decision. How to do it? Don't
worry. We have a month and a half to sh
and I'm going to do a lot of lectures
and a lot of videos everything don't
worry if you did it with me a few years
ago. You you know it's organized and
it's very very powerful. If you follow
everything that I tell you in the next
month and a half, I will dare to
guarantee to you that you're gonna have
a very successful year next year. But of
you have to do everything that I say
because I'm going to do it on myself. I
have challenges. I have difficulties. I
have things that I want to jump over.
So, I'm doing it myself and inviting
everybody to join. But you have to tap
into it today. Five minutes. Sit with
yourself. Make the decision. Understand
that Hashem is not going to let you go.
is not going to let you go to do to get
whatever you want. That's it. No more
freebies, anything that you want. Other
half, health, money. Hashem won't let
you. He won't will only give it to you
when you do what you're supposed to do.
What the says
it's you. You have to know your
responsibility. This I'll teach you in
the ne next month and a half. But
tonight, a decision you have to make.
You want to make a decision that you're
switching your path. Now, by the way, if
you do everything that I tell you
tonight, in the next month and a half,
you're going to triple your challenges,
by the way. Don't come and tell me, "Oh,
now my challenges are triple." You will
triple your challenges and they'll
become worse, but at least you know that
you were successful in what you did.
You're walking on the right path. You
want to get a lot of interest, then it
has to be the challenges will, but
you'll have the tools how to deal with
the challenge and much more. So, I'm
going to end up with blessing you all. I
know a lot of people want but we're
going to do a gentle ba that may you
find today in the depth of your heart
and the depth of your soul the point
where you're going to grab the point of
light that you're going to grab today
and Hashem is just going to pull you
just need to hold this light and today
may Hashem bless you with happiness with
peace in your heart true happiness
service
should be easy you should pass all your
challenges. I'm not telling you not to
have challenges. I'm telling you to pass
them. You should grow. You should reach
your potential. And Hashem should bless
you with everything that you need
spiritually, physically, emotionally.
Hashem bless us all as a nation that we
should apply the Israel that today is
the root of everything looking back what
we suffered. But if each and every one
of us will perform this hashket,
that's what you need to leave this door
tonight. Hashket, be quiet.
know when to shut up. You'll win most of
the battles. Listen, Hashem is talking
to you through all your challenges.
That's Hashem telling you. And what is
he says?
You're going to be
today means the day the Mashiach is
going to come. So, I'm blessing you that
Hashem should make you successful in
everything that you need to do. Shem
should bless you with an abundance. For
all the ones of you who are participate
in what we're the campaign we're doing,
Hashem should bless you. I'm already
thanking you. By the way, for the local
ones, we have new wine from for you here
from Israel. My new wine alcohol that I
make, everything that I that we have is
I make blessed by my cook ones online
can order it online. We ship anywhere in
the United States.
But please do me the justice that when
you walk out this door tonight, you take
advantage of this night. You'll be able
to change your life. Tonight I I just
gave you the concept. Next few lectures
I'll give you the nitty-gritty, the
details. But I came a long way. Three
days it took me to be in airports. My
reward is that at least one or two or
three or five of you take action. Don't
let this powerful day pass. Don't let
this opportunity and do the right thing,
make the right decision and Hashem will
bless you and light up your way and make
you reach your purpose in the best way
possible. Hashem, we should all meet
very soon in with Mashiach. Thank you
everybody for whoever participated to
make this happen.
We're going to pray now and continue
later with a few questions and answers.
I got the dail.
