What NOBODY Told You About The Story of Purim

well what's the biblical backstory for losing the distinction between the villain and the hero there's no there's no backstory for it I mean they want you to be in a Zone where first of all that day is supposed to be the opposite right because we had a tremendous miracle that happened that's that's the part and uh therefore what was supposed to happen to the Jews where everybody was you know there was a a death sentence for the Jews they were all going to get killed and then not only did they not get killed they actually came out on top and they became very uh you know a lot of good things happened to them so the opposite happen so to commemorate that this day we do everything the opposite so normally you know on a daily basis You're Sober you know so today you got to drink you got to be the opposite of that that's why we dress up to be the opposite of differently than how we commemorate that idea everything's about being the opposite
