What needs to be done about the 770 Vandalism - Message for all Jews - Rabbi Chaim Dalfin

good morning I just wanted to uh say a few words about this Fiasco that happened yesterday in 770 and my point is not to uh put down anyone but rather to explain to the Jewish World the world that we live in and the greater Jewish World the world that I write about in So Many Of The Works the Wu world the modern Orthodox world the world the L world the world that 770 is a holy place the was there theb was there it's a holy place the fact that there are some individuals and particularly some younger individuals Bim who can do such things it's because of the unfortunate K education that they got from youth and it's wrong and the only ones to blame are their Educators no one else and the other people who are to blame are the leaders of our community the the uh the everyone everyone's to blame why because they don't take things into control they let people do what they want I mean there's too much to discuss here but the Yeshiva the administration wants these boys here because they want to fill their base medish and they want them to do activities which is all you know I understand you have a big Shool you want an you want an ongoing institution get people you need people these are the people but the fact that these people some of these people come with these false ideas and ridiculous ideas of all kinds to the point of making tunnels and Destro destroying a and all of that it's it's all a result of a breakdown in leadership we the world community of of yish K from kite of from all communities and as some have already said and written we stand strong with the re and the and the AL the balat and these are truisms so every one of us should put the focus on that not the focus on you know one incident here one incident there that they need to deal with and hopefully they will deal with it and if we put the focus on the truth of kabad the value of kabad what the balatan gave us and what the rebe gave us and what the Reb gives us now and how yeen from all over the world flock to his o his oil his holy and come to 770 as well and and and learn and do Mitzvah and reach out and do and everything else this all is true and this should be the focus let's not get caught up and say oh I told you so we don't need you to tell us I told us told you so we know I Told You So ourselves what we need is to educate our youth in the right way and that comes from the Educators and the leaders so my message to to everyone is leadership either you do what you need to or get out of the kitchen if it's too hot in the kitchen out okay change leadership change change change the the the control because somehow you're not doing it properly you're creating this monster and if it means you know firing heads and getting rid of people so be it there's no other way you know if if you need to you know close 770 for a week shom to get get this all you know corrected fine that's not I I'm not here to to tell and I don't know and I don't want to know what should be done but all I know is that the focus needs to be on the Holiness of 770 on the Holiness of the kabad movement and this is here and if we were to take a moment and learn one a chapter in Tanya a line in Tanya a thought in Tanya and think about it all of this is just an opportunity for something greater have a great day and I hope that this will be sooner than later with the coming of Messiah amen now
