ptex is the epitome of professionalism all i need to do is send them an email whether my website needs to be updated whether i need new business cards whether i need a brochure i've used ptex's graphic department their copyright their printing and most recently their mail service and every single department that i've used has always come through 110 they always came through to us for the regular jobs that we gave them and for a lot of emergency jobs being a rather large customer organization we do a lot of printing work and we will only use ptex in addition to the printing they developed tremendous and valuable copy they provided web design they have a graphic design team that is exceptional i was so impressed with the professionalism and everything they have that works around together with the printing and the marketing and the website that i started like doing everything with them the marketing graphics printing the warmth the congeniality the accommodating service that's given to us by every department as a member of the ptex group i get to work with a team of individuals very talented individuals who are creative and insightful and resourceful and together we take the time to analyze each client's project our point of contact over there our project manager was able to understand clearly and provide a incredible professional approach to executing the vision that we had having multiple divisions in a company means that the client doesn't have to run around at two different companies and it's all under one roof i can always count on just utilizing ptex for my printing for the graphics for the copyright for the mailing for everything just makes my life so much easier it's much more efficient it saves me a ton of time a ton of energy i find that ptex group worked more as a partner to us than a vendor i don't look at them as a marketing or as printing i look at them actually as part of my team i'm friends with the ptex professionals i have their cell phone numbers i can call them at any time of the day or night and i have they're a team of professionals that truly care about what our needs are and truly care about meeting our ambitious goals it's definitely more than just a business relationship it's personal it's about working with a team of other like-minded individuals to create unique solutions different strategies new ideas that will help clients take their own business to the next level in one word if i can say they've helped me grow my business not tenfold but a lot more than that
