How does it work when it comes to getting a permit or a license for getting a gun? >> Oh yeah, we have um we have instructors that we work with work with training people we recommend and we help you through the whole process. It's really, really simple. You go It's mainly going online, getting a permit. It's It's like a driver's license. Very, very easy. It's good idea to do it. Get yourself a gun for safety, why not? >> And so so it's probably like a small little background check. >> Oh, they they do a background check and uh takes a couple of weeks, but unless you're a criminal, you shouldn't have any issues. And if you're a criminal, then you won't be able to get one, so that's perfect. >> [laughter] >> And you can apply over here after you get your permit over here or you can just >> You have to do it online on your own computer. You go to your local internet uh filtered internet cafe. Apply online and uh it should should not take long. >> Gevaldig. All right. Now, let's dive into the guns. Now, explain me, Eli, how does it work? I see you have so many options. You have small pistols, and then you have rifles in the back. And it's like looks a little bit complicated when somebody wants to choose a gun. How does it work? >> So, our store, I'll just give you a little background how we got into guns. What would you recommend? >> Um I mean, first when people first walk in, the first question I kind of ask them is what do they want to buy a pistol for? >> Protection, let's say. >> For protection? I mean, there's a whole ple- plethora of options. Um I would recommend anywhere between The two most popular options right now in America are the Sig >> loaded? I'm afraid. >> No, no, no. All the guns are unloaded and safe for safety reasons. Our is either the Sig series of guns or the Glock series of guns. These two are pretty much the two most popular options. >> Why is it so popular? >> So the Sig The Sig series of guns is a modular platform. All that really means is that you can customize the gun to be the way that you want it. You don't need to buy multiple guns to have for multiple situations. This one gun can do everything. Glock's a very popular gun cuz it's I mean, this has been the staple handgun for multi >> it? >> Yeah. This has been the staple of handgun for multitude of years. Military have used this gun both foreign and American. Police Police officers use it all over America currently and many civilians and concealed carriers use this gun to protect themselves every day. >> Wow. Can I ask you a question? By the way, what's like the price range of like the starting price of buying let's say a regular gun or like a regular pistol? >> So starting price for buying a regular pistol can vary anywhere between $400 of guns depending on the quality and the brand that you want. Um and that that price gap will pretty much get you any reliable handgun whether be for a concealed carry, home defense, or security use. >> Got it. Got it. All right, now let's go to the rifles in the back. I see you have so many options. First of all, which of them are for hunting? >> Well, some are for hunting, some are for just sport shooting or trap shooting. Um some are for plinking and a lot can be used for uh self-defense, home defense, security purposes. >> the military? >> Yeah, military, too. They use a lot of um like the current US military is using a certain style of this. This is kind of >> what the US military is using now? >> Yes, the the SIG MCX. We just have it all done up to be New Jersey compliant, so it's not going to look the exact same. But yeah, this is the US Army's service rifle. >> the IDF using? >> So the IDF is using also a similar also um uh M4 AR-style platform, but they also use the IWI Tavor X95, which we currently don't have. We have sold out of it. >> Wow. It sold out because of the war? >> I think it sold out cuz it's a popular gun cuz of the war. Maybe people want to feel a little patriotic and own a piece of what the I of what the IDF uses in um >> Is it a better quality gun than the what they what the US Navy is using whatever? >> It's not better quality. It's uh for different purposes for what the IDF needs their guns to do is why the gun was created. >> Got it. Which one is the I rating is using the Hamas or whatever? You have that also? >> Yeah, we It's It's the uh the AK-47 different variants. >> Yes, whether whether it's um whether it's a a wood with wood materials or all black, the AK-47 is what they are all using. >> Why is it so popular? I think the the Russians also using the Ukrainians using >> Yeah, they're using another version called the Kalashnikov. Um the reason why they use it is these guns are very durable. You can kind of put them in sand, mud, snow, and kind of leave them there. You can pick them up and they they're still going to work. These guns are virtually indestructible. >> What's this thing over here? This is where the where all the bullets are. This uh >> Yeah, this is the magazine. This is what holds all the um all the bullets. Yeah, yeah, the signature AK is kind of like that banging a style mag is what it's called. Yeah, the regular ones do go straight down. It's just I guess it was the way that they did it to make it look kind of unique and for the certain bullets that it holds to hold more of the rounds of the 762s. Yeah. Yeah, World War II area we have here. Yeah, it's a Springfield M1A1. This was the gun that was used by a lot of infantry men at the time. A lot of snipers also use something similar to this. I mean it definitely is, but why not why wouldn't you want to own a piece of history, a piece of American patriotism and the gun just looks cool. Yeah, so a lot of companies still make guns from back then, but they they make them look brand new so that way you can it looks a little bit more modern to the modern eye. But yeah, these guns used to have the bayonet on them. So, yeah. This one is a Savage Mark II. Yeah, this is a this is a .22. This is a Uh it's a sniper, yes. That's the designation of it, but it's it's really meant for plinking just for shooting steel out for for a couple yards away. So, we all of these guns do have automatic variants of them. Unfortunately, in New Jersey we cannot own the automatic versions of the rifles, but yes, we do have guns that like these would have an automatic toggle on them and would be able to go fully automatic. Wow, wow. Okay, this is a nice piece of education. Wow. All right, what's this Elliot? What are you holding? >> These are revolvers. They're a little bit more reliable than the regular >> like old people always have these guns, right? Like >> These are cap guns. They're very good They look like cap guns, but they're real guns. >> Yeah, these were used um in the earlier in the earlier times of World War Vietnam, stuff like that. These guns were used cuz they're a little bit more reliable at least for the time they were. Um a lot of people use them also for close quarters uh quarters engagement and a lot of women still carry these cuz they make really small versions that you can keep in a purse. >> Which one do you have? If you have a gun already? >> I do have a gun. I currently carry a a Glock 19. >> This one. >> Yeah. >> Got it.
