right the people that are fighting for the truth are uh fighting for what's right because they have sources from the to to tell them that they're right and the people that are fighting for the she the fighting for the heresy also believe that they're right and they will even distort the Tora as the Kish told us last week they will even distort the Torah to make it seem as if they have a source for it no different than how the uh Nathan slifkin shim has done uh countless times against many ranim uh Yours Truly included he just uh wrote another article about me about how I'm Hitler's Rabbi and I'm a dangerous person and uh quite frankly one of the things that uh inspired the uh the the uh some of the things of this lecture tonight is the comment the comments that are made on his uh uh on his feed because uh you'll see them and if it wasn't for the knowledge that you know what they're commenting on you would think they're all fighting for the right reason so I'm going to read off some of these comments for you guys to see how easy it is to misunderstand you know uh uh something without really reading the details so of course uh he writes when an influential crazy rabbi tells his violent followers that various people are enemies of the nation who should be killed this is no laughing matter of course if anybody else wrote this you would say yeah you're right a crazy person whether they be Rabbi or not that has you know violent followers uh and they are and they're called enemies then this is not a laughing matter sure yeah especially he says they should be killed absolutely and then you see the comments uh Aviv says wow what a Indescribable monster with lack of spell check uh another rashu uh who likes to come and things say you know light the fire even more with a lot of things I've seen his name many times uh mrai and ruven are really dangerous people what a work of Genius uh Aviv seems like uh on this we agree oh so even among the there's not much agreement apparently uh uh let's see what else do we have uh then you have he's basically saying will no one rid of me of this turbulent priest not really sure what that means but okay fine uh then you have let me know if he's ever planning a trip to the UK another guy says ysf mrai was banned that's one of the reasons these two hate Rabbi mvis it's actually not but you know let's let's just make stuff up as we go along we follow the author's advice you know the person says you know apparently this e saxs she owns apparently she owns a uh uh uh the United Kingdom she owns the entire convince his follower that it was only photoshopped uh okay then you have some people like this uh David OSI uh does the uh rabinal Alliance of America have an Ethics code for members and would this be considered a violation this meaning what the article by slifkin like they're they're in essence saying that uh I I have violated a ethical uh uh ethics code of the rabinal alliance of America according to uh to slifkin I violated it okay uh of course Ari Rosman is always there to uh to to plead the case uh of of his uh of his uh um highway robbery uh manipulation of people's uh uh uh privacy and also uh most importantly his financial uh uh agenda where he says in some of the videos yuron describes himself as a member of RA but quickly discloses that the views expressed in the videos are his own uh and don't reflect the organization's reviews uh but uh of course he has a solution um the solution that he has for uh for me is that everybody give him money uh it's a uh in order for him to get somebody in from public school to yes that's that's his agenda in reality you know he takes all the money to his own pocket uh but anyway the uh Ari continues then you have David uh arguing with Ari about how this has nothing to do with the uh with that it's ethics violation blah blah blah uh let's see um then you have uh some people really upset that a lot of people like us uh even though apparently we're cult leaders um then you have rify saying I'm not surprised in the least he appeals to people who want to twist a Torah that places them as all Superior so in essence we're the ones that have a uh Twisted Torah uh then Ari again publicizes his uh his GoFundMe uh uh way to steal people's money and also theira uh then you have uh uh let's see oh David Kerner sent an email to Rabino Alliance you know they want me to be banned from there uh then ai ai said you should file a police complaint for incitement police complaint for incitement fine uh abam is saying the certificate is not an ordination uh it only says that he's a member in good standing an ordination as a specific specific wording which this document lacks uh and then David says but yes that's how all fraudsters operate also just the fact that they recognize him as a rabbi can be used to imply that he is one well actually the Y uh SM that I have over there actually uh is something you guys may want to look into uh so all let's see um Jonathan says I have said that before and so again this kind of incitement to violence requires those aware or targeted by it to open a criminal complaint with law enforcement if this crosses International borders then each country and there should be a takedown request to the host of such content this kind of radicalization is a physical danger to individuals and the community uh I've asked Torah any time to stop including Rabbi mra's video I never heard back surprise surprise uh let's see uh Adam the the people behind to time and kazaka supporters of Rabbi mrai no point in contacting them so he's trying to discourage her because he apparently already tried uh David Waxman is uh praising how we have many people that uh uh appeal to uh to our uh that our information appeals to them our teachings appeal to them uh Levy Welton uhem just contacted the Rabin Alliance thank you for bringing awareness to this this was one of my favorite he claims to be a rabbi so he says just contact the rabinal alliance thank you for bringing awareness to this awareness he brought awareness um then Caroline is asking why people calling him a rabbi and then Jerry alof R slifkin I've learned in life that when someone says they'd kill you uh if they could they usually mean it it should be taken seriously I think this should be reported for your own safety no one ever talked to him nobody even talked no one threatened him but nonetheless he wrote the article in such a fashion that he says that as if we threatened him never talked to the guy in my life but anyway let's see Aviv uh true I would kill you if only I thought I could get away with it would probably cause me to consider some sort of Extraordinary Measures well hold on a second Aviv you're you're you're you're kind of messing up everything because Nathan said that we're the violent ones not not you guys you guys are like the uh you know the nice you know really nice and you know amicable and peaceful not killing people aiv you you're you're you messed it up buddy uh you want to kill people that's not a good thing uh Nathan you got to take care of your student Mitch Mitch have a b a bias that if you're watching my lecture and let's say you're a fan you're a student you're a supporter uh then of course you're saying these people are crazy you already have Angry feelings in your heart and uh in essence you have already made your decision but the reality is is that if you didn't know who I was or you didn't know who wrote it or you didn't know what it's written about automatically it would lead to certain conclusion just by simply reading these words those those conclusions are in essence biases and these biases are what the Kish has been trying to teach us about that are in it in themselves extremely dangerous uh for a Jew to have for anybody to have in their decision-making process why because if you have a bias in essence you've already made a decision you know sometimes people tell me uh oh listen what do you think between the fight between uh you know let's say sh and shalom andich shalom say well you know this this the fight between them it was the fight between them is nothing for for me to get involved and neither should you but don't do you really think people would really agree with r Shak oh so you've already made up your mind so why are you asking me you so you see the problem is is that many times people are asking for an opinion not because they're looking to get more information in order to uh conclude themselves but rather because they want to see if you agree with them if we continue LLY agree then we continuously be friends but if we disagree then automatically you are are you know you're the opposite you are the enemy uh you are the mited and so on so it's very important for a person to look at their own look at their own uh cases of whatever they're dealing with whether it's personal issues and you know managing their marriage their their their their parenting uh their their job their employees whatever it is uh or if they're Rabbi or if they're a leader of some kind you have to eliminate all of these biases because these biases of course already lead you to the wrong direction more times than not and one of the Beautiful Things is is that when you are actually a like a fly on the wall or you actually have the Insight of really who's talking and what's going on then you realize that wait what he just said is only because there's a bias and what he just said is only because there's a bias and what he just said is only because of the bias and you realize that in reality these words are not really a compilation of thoughts but rather these are an expression of emotions which are two completely different things so of course naan SLI uh is a heretic not according to just us but according to whether it beash and many many other gim that have called him a heretic that have called his books heretical and and forbidden to be sold unfortunately this just made his books more popular among the the people that seek heresy but nonetheless at least the warning came out there and there not really a question of whether he's a heretic or not the question is why does he still have an audience and the answer is because there are other people that look for that type of heresy but yet the Heretics preach their heresy as if it's true and with a lot of passion and Zeal and and and they preach to a certain type of audience that yearns for it that sees their lies as true because in reality if a single person from his audience actually did the investigation required to make a real decision they would know that all I did was State something that's in the Torah I didn't State anything new I stated something that's simply a statement in the Torah and quite frankly it had nothing to do with him it had to do with somebody completely different at a different event which is a different that I already knew about before I showed up at an event that he likes to come to different rabinal events and cause a problem and to confuse the rabbis and confuse the audience and we actually caught it on camera that he did catch one of the uh one of the guys that attended that lecture and got his phone number and asked him to call him and to uh uh to discuss uh certain things uh with him of course his whole agenda is to preach heresy like a Christian Missionary or or an atheist or literally a spirit ual murderer this guy goes to lectures in order to trap people in order to trap even the rabbis and confuse them and make them look bad and of course he wasn't playing with a uh uh the the typical type of uh speaker uh that he's used to so when we fought back and of course made a Kem to show him that he doesn't know anything he's not only a fool but also a a person that we uh you know made him feel so uncomfortable that he showed himself his way out but one of the things that we had to make sure that the audience realizes is what is the torah's opinion of such a person because that is what dictated our actions it wasn't an emotional a response it wasn't a response that came because of anger or be came because I wanted to uh uh to make him feel bad it was literally a uh a response that's in accordance with the was what you're supposed to do and in fact if we were at the time of the saned we would be able to do more which is what I told the audience which is if if it was allowed meaning if and I expressed it later on if we were at the time of the sanedrin this person would be killed if I was allowed to kill him I would kill him meaning I would be happy to be to have the Merit to be on such a Sedin to be part of a sanedrin uh and and actually execute such a person that's causing so many people to abandon God to abandon Torah to abandon the truth because that's what wants in the world so saying that statement is not a radicalization it's not an independent statement it's simply stating what the Torah says if you read the you read this week talks about how a person that's a sinner gets a death penalty and the same thing last week and the same thing last week and almost almost every par in the talks about death penalties either that were executed or could be executed or will be executed or some type of heavenly death penalty or rabinal death penalty the point is that the Torah is full of these types of statements because means business and he wants us to know that he means business not because he wants us to die Shalom and not because he wants to kill us but rather because fear is the most uh uh uh motivating emotion that a human being has that's how created a person he instilled into each one of us fear of everything and as says in the in his letters and blazel uh uh comments on it where a a person a human being has a natural fear of almost everything almost everything whether it's fear of B fear of poverty fear of loneliness uh fear of how people view him or her uh fear of of heights fear of space too much too little uh fear of uh you know all types of different things the only fear that does not come naturally to a person is fear of the almighty that fear which is the only fear that is actually permissible and quite frankly the only uh fear that is obligatory in a person is something that a person has to work on says so the fear of the Almighty which is one of the 63 that we have in the Tor is something that a person has to work on it's not something that you have naturally and that is the most important fear but fear of everything else comes to many people naturally some people more some people less some people have uh a uh psychological uh issues to the point where their fear turns into a phobia which is a completely uh different level of fear it's not a fear that it's a fear that gets out of control put put it that way uh and uh the point being is is that this fear that Hashem instilled into mankind is necessary it's necessary for us to function it's necessary for us to know the right from wrong it's necessary for us to operate in the world because if we were really truly not afraid of everything or anything then quite frankly the world will turn into a Sodom and gomorah uh you know world of the time of Noah and worse and worse and this is in essence what happened at those times where decided that the mankind lost their right to live when they literally had no fear of anything they didn't fear God and they didn't fear each other they stole from each other out in the open they raped each other's wives they uh committed every type of uh immoral crime known to man in the open in privacy uh they did literally everything possible that simply uh they wanted to anything that they yearned to do any desire that they had and they had no fear and says that created this world only for the sake of your fear meaning that their actions were antithetical to the purpose of the world he created the world so you fear Him and when a person does not fear hasem in essence they are losing their right to exist so made us fear everything out there naturally because it's necessary for us to function not just as righteous Jews or righteous noahides but simply as decent human beings you have to fear Authority or else you're simply going to take advantage of everybody you have to fear loneliness or else you're going to commit adultery or all types of other disgust crimes against humanity you have to fear uh the the law else you're going to steal from people you have to fear uh you know the uh health issues or else you're going to eat drink and take and intake every type of bad thing for you just for the sake of a good feeling and of course unfortunately people that don't have this fear or don't have the wisdom to fear end up consuming a lot of drugs and a lot of alcohol a lot of bad things for them only to find out later on that uh had they been uh a little bit more afraid than they were then they wouldn't have got into this uh addiction of drugs or money or uh uh all types of uh immoral things uh alcohol and so on so the point being is is that fear is what drives us a person that is in a hurry to go to an appointment and needs to get there and wants to get there and has a car that is able to get there really really fast is not going to do it because they're afraid of getting pulled over by police and getting a ticket so they're going to drive the speed limit perhaps a little more a little less but they're not going to drive as as fast as they truly desire to as fast as they feel they need to they're afraid for their life they're afraid for their license they're afraid for their pocket this is a necessary fear not just for them but also for the society around them because if everybody drove as if there's no speed limit and there's no risk then what would happen is that there would be a lot more accident a lot more death a lot more uh injuries and unfortunately a lot more problems to mankind so you have the traffic laws in order to protect ourselves from ourselves and also from each other the same goes with everything else in life if you go to a company and you have a business or you have a job each company has some type of written law uh some type of compliance manual some type of written manual some type of oral manual every company has it the bigger the the the more they have there's a spoken law and there's an unspoken law sometimes the unspoken law is unspoken until it's exposed and sometimes the unspoken law is spoken all the time you know hence the uh the situations that's happening out there in the media in these days where you have all of these filthy uh sexual predators that take advantage of of of people that are inferior to them in position and power whether it be a secretary or a uh an extra on a set or or somebody that's a uh you know a lower position looking up to uh uh to to the bigger people to get up the corporate ladder or the Hollywood ladder you know these people get taken advantage of all the time not just taking advantage of by getting underpaid get take advantage of by being molested being raped being uh taken advantage of in a lot of different ways and everyone knows it's wrong and everyone knows it's happening but this unspoken law is is simply quieted why because number one some people also want to do it other people are afraid to get in trouble and third is some people just simply don't care for anything but themselves but then one day somebody does get the courage to expose it andh allows it to become a very big thing and then you see the CEO quits all of a sudden and this one quits and that one gets fired well the truth is you all knew was was happening the whole time and it wasn't just last week or last month or last year it's been happening for years in some cases for decades and everyone knew it was wrong the whole time how come all of a sudden you fired him now why didn't you fire him before you paid him $10 million last year or $20 million or $15 million how come you didn't pay him throughout all of that other time ah because the oral law that you had was simply a left orally so long as you had a bias a bias an agenda where listen he's doing it to them not to me and I benefit enough from him not to care about this other person and so on and so forth everyone has a certain bias the truth is the only law the only law that's that's never biased the only law that's always true is the law of but of course we have to realize that if we are going to stay true to the law we have to realize that the law is is always the same it's not something that is going to change just because we don't like it or just because we disagree with it so many times you'll read things or you hear things in the Torah that perhaps are opposite of the way you're living your life if you are a person of truth then you'll say listen I get it this is the opposite of what I was doing and that means if I don't change I will get punished because that's how runs the world he gave us a system of reward and Punishment if we do what he says he gives us a reward if he if we do against what he said we get a punishment simple not just in this world but also in the next world and the punishment in the next world is much much more severe anyone that does not believe in reward and punishment is considered a heretic who doesn't believe in a Torah no different than an atheist but the point being is is that when a person sees that statement whether it be in a book or it be in a lecture or whatever it is he sees that she sees that and it's contrary to what they believe it's contrary to what they're doing if they're a person of Truth they'll simply say listen I'm wrong Hashem is right uh I have to decide whether my desire for this thing my you know is is simply uh to a point where I care less about the eventual punishment but the truth is that people of falsehood don't do that what do they do they do simply what s does they do what the rest of the Heretics do and they start manipulating the truth in order to fit their desires and hence the reason of why he will take a statement that was told about somebody else it would also applies to him don't get me wrong and he'll quote me for that and it's okay that he does but the reality is that statement had nothing to do with him it had to do with somebody else that was doing something that the Torah says would warrant a death penalty at the time of the sanedrin that's all it is it's no different than reading this week's where it says that a Shabbat someone a desecrate Shabbat is a gets a death penalty and it's not just a death penalty by God we find out later on in the tah that it's actually a death penalty in the worst type of stoning now again the Heretics are going to say yes but we don't implement this anymore you're right but that doesn't actually invalidate the death penalty as thear actually already discussed those people that say oh since we don't do it it doesn't apply wrong thear says that even though death penalties were removed from is you know since the time the San was was uh was uh the destruction of the bet mikdash the sanin was no longer already executing death penalties for about four decades before the destruction of the bet mikdash so but since did the dismemberment of the sanedrin there was no more uh death penalties by men but the death penalties are still 100% valid by the hand of a meaning that a still exe executes all death penalties that he decreed in the Torah if it's stoning then thear says it's like a bull uh running over somebody or the person falling in from a building whether you want to consider a car accident or plane crash or any type of uh uh events similar to stoning that's what a uh death penalty is that's a Heavenly death penalty uh sometimes you'll have a uh burning by fire sometimes you'll have choking all different types of death happens in the world and anyone that did a little bit of research on this particular uh Topic in the past you'll see that the average person according to the census I reviewed of of the US uh death uh uh uh uh death rate versus birth rate although the average uh lifetime is a little bit over 70 years old I think it's 72 73 years old something around that range the reality is is that it's not that the average person lives 72 73 years because the vast majority of people die well before that well before that why don't they why did they still consider the average uh uh 72 73 years that's if somebody lives their full life but the vast majority of people die a Unexpected death car accidents disease uh and on and on and on and the says there are over 900 ways that a kills people so the point being is that the vast majority of people never reach this un you know this 70 yearold plus uh uh uh lifetime many of them die much earlier than that anyone that lives long enough knows that some of his high school buddies died in high school or died uh they have uh you know family members that died as children or they have other family members or friends that died as uh young in young enough to be in their late teens early 20s or 30s and 40s and every everybody knows somebody that died young and you're not alone many people in fact the majority of people die Young die in Unexpected death why because is the one that's running the world not your scientist not your Heretics not the people that choose to not believe but himself he's the one running it and there's no such thing as a person getting hurt on their finger needless to say dying without there being a reason for it there's always a reason for it the says that a person does not get pricked on their finger without there being a bed that designate allowing such a thing to happen allowing such a thing to happen pasing that this is what will happen so in essence although there isn't a sanedrin in this world that is operating functioning like it did a couple of thousand years ago aadh still runs the world the same way and he simply decides to execute whenever he wishes just because somebody sins doesn't mean that hm is going to execute right away he wants people to have free choice he wants people to have the ability to do Chua to change that he did allowing people like myself that weren't born into a religious family that weren't born into a Torah observant family that's keeping Shabbat uh you know so he allowed me to do Chua of course I have to go through my own trials and tribulations until I did but the point being is that hasem knows what he's doing but if if wanted or wants he could execute whatever he wants it's his world it's his world to run and all of those people that simply think that just because aadh is not killing off people by the zillions uh you know in on a daily basis that means that it's no longer applicable that just means you're an ignorant arrogant fool that's all it means simply just that's that's that's all it means but of course people like slifkin will do whatever they can to preach their heresy in such a fashion that it seems so true to the fans to the supporters to the followers that they are going to say o how could they be such a rabbi or such a person named youron ruen uh that is preaching hatred and preaching to kill people had you actually watched the video and looked up the sources that I quoted and decided to believe the word of God then you would realize I'm not doing anything new at all in fact what you're doing is new what I said what I'm doing is the same thing that's been done for 3,300 years since the time of Matan that's what I'm doing what you're doing which is in essence saying that death penalty is simply uh not null and void it's no longer applicable everybody's uh is perfect and can do whatever they want and whatever a mumbo jumbo you you think you're uh uh you're right about that's what's new that's the new religion that you're all creating but yet still have the audacity to call it Judaism now we fight this tooth and nail we fight uh also the uh the the people that invite missionaries we fight other forms of heresy where people that say that God needs us or people that are against the the mystical aspects of Judaism which also happens to be uh Nathan slifkin and his friends saying that the rambam hated the uh the uh the mysticism and didn't believe in it apparently they don't read Because or they read what they want to read and they don't read the rest because if you simply look at the what the rambam actually wrote you wouldn't have to spend that much time to realize that the rambam not only believed but he actually loved the cabala and in the commentary to the mishna the beginning of his commentary to the ENT M he talks about how the subject of cabala the subject of a is only for smart people he actually says this it's only for smart people why because people that are not smart are not going to believe it and they're not going to know how to use the mystical aspects of Judaism the aot the stories they're going to misinterpret them and actually uh fall because of it so it's specifically meant for smart people go ahead you don't have to take my word for it go open commentary of the rambam on the mishna the beginning you'll see within perhaps the first 50 60 Pages you'll see or depending if you have a translation or not could be first 20 Pages uh you'll you'll see how the rambam himself is talking about cabala talking about mysticism how it's not only something extraordinary but rather it's something that is specifically for smart people smart people not Heretics not people that are looking for excuses to justify their sins but smart people now if a person has a bias where they're looking to Simply Express their agenda then regardless on which side they're in whether they're on the side of the heretic or they're on the side of at least trying to preach the truth either way they're a problem why because if you have a Personal Agenda if you have a Personal Agenda if your agenda is not for the sake of but rather a Personal Agenda you're looking to make more money you're
