wow guys check it out I'm here at the Westwood Business Park the first office building over here located right by the border of liid in Tom's River here we have Ellie Harper the guy that invested tons of time to make this project look beautiful and comfortable for an office experience Ellie tell us what's happening over here okay thanks thanks number one I'd like to take a moment to to show you a little bit outside before we go inside you have 200 spots parking spots all around the building um another thing is the location that we have over here it's Corner Route 70 Route 9 borderline Toms River we have everything you can ever wish for in an office building we have over here it's an all-in-one starting with a badish conference rooms Lounge four different types of offices we got a gym we got a outdoor seating area and we got a 24-hour coffee room and a cafeteria let's go and let me show you what's going on okay welcome to the Westwood Business Park this is your grand entrance this is where you have your mail room over here right when you come in you have a sitting Lounge over here beautiful Ruck coffee phone calls M kite you want to zone out a little bit this is where you're going to go make some phone calls um to your left we have the Bish Furniture is going to be here any day CA with tables o anything you want this is where you're going to have it um let's continue over here so this is going to be another sitting area this is going to be with a bunch of flowers so it's going to be a little bit privatized um let me show you the conference room that we have right over here wow guys check it out the design there is design first of all shout out to HH designers she um also take a minute to look outside entrances you're going to have walkout areas a bunch of a bunch of tables and chairs you'll be able to make your phone calls sit outside this is your number conference room number one this is on the first floor if you can come inside we're going to have the conference table over here you got some counter space over here um and some storage space down there so this is number one this is your break room that you're going to have over here 24-hour coffee and milk whatever you need you're going to have in this break room and fr I right now we're standing in one of the three wings that we have on each floor as you can see it goes all the way down there this is just one of them let me show you what's going on upst how many off all together we're going to have 132 offices four different style offices single doubles with bath executive suites I want to show you what's going on upstairs never kicked this guy before look what's going on over here wow Ellie what's going on on the second floor go let's go k Off K off okay number one I just want to show you before we go into the offices this is where you're going to have your cafeteria so this is going to be your seating spots overlooking check the beautiful view again Corner Route 70 and Route 9 patio again if you need a phone call or if you need some time to sit out you want to eat your sandwich outside there's going to have be your tables and chairs right over there you have bav high it's Mish and back to back let's continue on the second flly I want to show you something aish in the office space uh oilum what we created over here so this is a this is the business center what we're going to have over here is let's say you're working alone in your office you have a secretary or you have multiple secretaries you don't want to sit all in one office this is going to be let's call it Asim there's going to be cubicles desks for all the ladies secretaries if you have a small business you have a secretary in your office and she doesn't want to sit alone they can let me show you just check this out this is your gym when you need to unwind it's got in the phone calls the conference calls or if you want to go a little bit more uh Advanced whatever you want for all levels for all those on the second floor let me show you what's going on in the offices this is the single office first I want to tell you about the system that we have over here this is sa keypad and a fingerprint everything is going to be for the tenant um they're going to be able to set it for themselves this is the single office everything comes with your separate AC unit you get your desk your chair and your uh bookcase everything is included all the furniture everything is included I want to talk about number one I want to talk about the amenities and all the uh Wi-Fi utilities and AC that is included with a price what's what's the starting price if I may know starting price is at 1,200 up to 2200 depends how big it is depending what model you're taking yes Val those are the single rooms with bathrooms I want to show you this is a little bit more upgraded you have here a beautiful bathroom in your single office is the same size just with a bathroom you got a vanity on the other side and let me show you the double offices also a Frye something that we're very very focused on is our customer service we have an amazing management team over here on on site always at all times we have a management office this is your double room you got three desks over here and your book case you got your AC you got everything you need and again every office could be adjustable you want your desk out we'll take your desk out you want your desk in you want to add on a different desk all the single offices come with one desk you want a second one we'll get you a second one let me show you the Executive Suite so when you come in this can be a reception area depending on what company you have or what it is you do your bathroom is going to be right over here beautiful nice bathroom and this is where you're going to have you have a kitchenet area which is right over here you can have three secretaries workers whatever it is you do sitting outside over here and then you have like this this is for your manager or CEO and this is you have over here one office and this is for the president owner whatever it is you got a bigger office over here I want you to take in the views the sunlight
