I need it because the Newark fire department's phone system was down and for a living I sell houses and I'm busy with SEO. I needed to reschedule and I tried to call all the morning so I just jumped over. This is basically the story from today. I thought you are going to take care of the fire department phone system. I didn't understand. Okay. So, the fire department phone system is down. That's bad. I guess it's not the It's not the 911 system. It's the Oh, it's just the back end when you need to schedule. And so, as I said, I'm selling I'm a real estate agent. I'm selling houses and we need for the closing we need to get the fire inspection. Nice. Just just not a skit. They need to make sure that there is uh smoke alarms you know regular right the regulars. So you every day you wait every Yeah. Every day you wait as far past you know you lose another chance because that's how it goes over here in New York. Yeah. So what what kind of houses where do you sell? Is it only in New Jersey? Is it also New York? Would you sell me in a house of Florida? How does it work? So I my license is in New Jersey and I focus in New Jersey. But if you need help anywhere, I can get you around. Are you involved with any of big companies or you're align? So I'm by a brokerage and 2025 maybe tomorrow I'll think differently but but as of now I don't want to open my own brokerage. I am with um actually my neighbor is called CRG a small small brokerage. Uhhuh. And happy very nice. What what happened to you that you decided to go in and be a real estate agent? Tell me the real story, please. The real story was that I moved from Brooklyn to New Jersey. My background, so it's funny because I'm dealing with the Goyas. They all think that every Yid is rich like owns properties like who knows what. And no, we are also we have people, we have poor people like I think one of the you brought up a very interesting topic by the way and I saw it's it's organic right so it's okay that we just uh 100% 100% and Isaac if you have anything to ask him go for it and if you have any comments please write it down and please engage in the conversation you the audience. I think it was I saw it today about instead of letting if instead of us defending the entire time to the world, especially I would say Kanye West of him bashing that the yeen control everything. They control the media. They control everything. instead of feeling bad about it. Yes, we are smart and you want to hear our secrets, here we are. So, he started this series of um business Jewish secrets, something like that, which people are loving. Um but Jews are more connected. I think one of the reasons people think so anti-semitism in the side, if you would think about it, there's no homeless people in our streets because we care so much about each other. So you won't see almost never. I don't think I ever saw a homeless Jewish person in the street. What is this side want? No, he doesn't want me. Okay, I I would put you on the live, brother. You're waving me down in the street. You're going to go on the live in LinkedIn, you know. This is this is the problem. You probably have this from being famous. People come over to you and they not to you. they and you have no clue what they want from you, but they know you and you don't know them. So now you're opening a whole another topic. So let's finish first the the part that we are blessed with so many different kind of organizations that we don't allow for homeless to be around us. If you would see right now a man laying on the floor with a pisk, you would do anything to help him get into normal shelter. Mhm. Right. There is. Yes, we do have a lot of poor people, but we try in every shape and form to help them. So on the outside, it looks like everybody's rich. We have to go with these suits so we look like rich people. But this suit is part of a dress code. If we would just put on anything, probably you would see who is poor and who is rich. But because all of us have the same suit, oh, they're all rich. It's just uh to to emphic and we lost. I don't know what to make of it. Can you still hear me? Ah, I hear you even better. So now somebody called me and I had to put down the phone on him and now I'm afraid I'm afraid that you are still hearing me but I don't see you at all. So I'm going to log out and log back in. And I'm not that famous because I do find I still come to organizations and they have no idea. They never see my stuff. So, it's not like famous like Rabbi Jacobson. There is a nice chunk of that know me and some of them feel like they really know like they're they're my best friends. like someone who would watch this live daily. He He's updated on my on my daily life. I I I mention here what I do every day. I'm gonna mention soon. I'm outside this uh place of finishing up the the interviews from yesterday. So, I still have uh one left or two left and it's raining. I'm looking for parking. And tomorrow I'm going to be by the South Mark show. Hopefully, they almost know you. And he has no idea that there's a whole package of challenges when you're famous. Meaning I cannot stumble into just randomly. I think about it. Okay. I'm not in the mood. I'm not in the zone. I don't want to see anybody. I can't go to Shabas. It's interesting what you're saying. I was Shabas one day and sender walks in. You know who send is? Yeah. Yeah. And this guy can't walk on the street without having thousands of eyes on him. I just feel bad. Yeah. Yeah. He's he's much worse than me because he has all the kids and all the he's running after him. I myself would be very excited to see him. I love his content. Now if he's in a bad mood if he's going through something now to see people he he walks into he's paying a big price he needs to if he's like me I'm trying it's it's a very big challenge that's one thing tomorrow I'm going through the show you will meet a lot of people I already know people are going to ask me okay the water day I said over here I had three episodes that I worked on very hard Each one of them has a different challenge and it's not being released right now. So, it's been a a chunk of time that I've been not um um I I haven't released a full episode of what a day. So, everybody's like, "Is he still doing the water a day? Is he not doing the What a Day." And and all they want is to say a compliment. That's the way of saying but I like the is I'm sorry I'm cutting you off but the is and I'm also struggling with it. You need to be able to give the feeling for everyone that I'm here for you but not get caught up with it. Very well said. You got what I'm saying? Give the recognize him. How do you do it with 300 people or 500 people or a thousand people tomorrow by the show in South Mar? How do you do that? Everybody that stops you. Yeah, let's say only 200 stop me. So I'm even you just go home and and and you didn't manage to really speak with too many business people because you got all these people came over to you and blah blah blah. But you should know that your presence is your biggest business card. You were there. People see you because you are famous. You don't need so much to introduce yourself. It's just tomorrow night the guy comes home and in the middle of oh your your your name is coming up he doesn't even know why it's just because he sees you in the in the morning and and then he thinks oh I want to do this project and your name comes up moi that was that was great bro Isaac I don't know how you thought of this guy are you sure you're only a real estate agent do you do something else on the side I head north camera. This was very good feedback because I was debating should I go, should I not go, should I? Especially for this question. What's this one day? By the way, there's a very very cool project in the pipeline in the making. I just got off a Zoom meeting from something very, very interesting that we're going to travel far for. Um, not Israel. Usually I travel to Israel for one of the episodes, a very far one, but they're not allowing me to talk about it yet. Um, I am lost over there. You are lost. Oh, lost him. Don't worry, we got you.
