latest
the most advanced flying car company in
the world
interview with the CEO of neroni and I
was like oh so this is
the facility in Florida and at the same
time I've given a thousand dollars to
get gift certificate by
luxurycoastervillains.com
what's the head for marketing an
investing relationship in the Roni
Aerospace
um
videos
on the full-scale Prototype
into the public so division came in uh
uh these given support and enjoy the
podcast
industry that's the best of podcast and
the Mr millences
is actually and for the most advanced
companies in America is actually
influenced by in the podcast so that's
this episode
this is the full-scale cockpit this is a
two-seater vehicle it was the guys they
do is not the cockpit be the user Gadget
the wings and the propellers are going
to be in front in the back but this is
just I mean there's no good boat to kind
of testing but everything you see here
is fully functional
on the software side
and of course it's going to be updated a
lot nicer and a lot more advanced in the
final product so
you guys
recognized other customer Day card
it's gonna open the left door you're
gonna sit in
okay on the car basically the DST flea
in the dry clicks from a button getting
it easy for anybody
so you kind of fleeing as our machine so
I'm gonna keep that on click the button
I move follow dry screens in the phone
information
the batteries the motors
um and it's electric so it's very
efficient and very accurate with the
information it gives you on like a
combustion engine let's say you have
liquids and rubbers and all this
different just open up your hood of your
car you can see the difference
oh yeah
address
it's got the game done distance
navigation and it's going to close in
that altitude
and eventually our cars alejandros
versus Adam Lambert so he's okay
and the software aligns so Advanced that
it's going to communicate with all other
cars
to know where where it is and what exact
moment and who should go first who
should go last you know just that you
shouldn't get in any accidents or
anything like that okay so I'm always
right
you guys choosing that altitude if it
was gone let's say 400 feet you guys
press an auto takeoff feet
numbs the joystick you push forward it
goes forward push left it goes left you
push right goes right back it goes back
just like a drone and it stays very
accurate it's about it's just tight
rude
yeah
like I said above the floor and like
these five seats yeah
technology and
you know 200 250 000 yes
Vulcan in the lift
so the idea is that the joysticks was on
super simple and it doesn't controls was
even the helicopter or the metal
airplane
uh maybe the helicopter
and the monster doesn't sound super
simple anybody
with
Cycles
the computers got displayed also
disaster is
foreign
automatic so visual advisor visual
controls
all kind of food in their car I
definitely a driver license with a 20
hour LSA
um pilot certificate it's a 20 hour
training course
um with the medical exam
and they're going to teach you exactly
the controls but I could give you an
idea kind of thousand piece about food
okay so basically Day Roller guy not
open that up
okay
yeah
it was going forward
that's the phone
links guys the links foreign
but this is not complete this is one of
the things
and yeah so it was going to Chanel right
oh Devil's gun the it has kind of gone
up to 140 miles an hour it was going to
show now today's day please do yeah so
the schlops they select it's got um
the Slime Motors in the back and when
I'm pushing forward and that's what I'm
fleeing via airplane so the schlap
static that's the guy not off
the the pushes forward
of the Wings
automatically investors
the system buys the exactly Visa is at
every given moment and some ACCESS food
smooth
backups behind it wow yeah
drastic pre-orders and
um
um I'm also guys on the left
business videos
the most efficient
and the most practical easy to use
vehicle in the market
should I finish note about
just a minute
so that's not a business behind us
so integrals to be cost effective
we're looking to start with about 250
000 a car it's going to start as a
luxury
unique item but I'm almost Kim and T
mass production
um hopefully the prices guys um
the technology we have the best and best
over the next 15 years
so the dry screens coming into Visa
models is optional
um
Diagnostics
the motors consume the cameras on
outside contain the beautiful views
from the latest talks about it just came
to the home9 screen often via
tablets yeah
foreign
add multiple redundancies computer
and shoot some independent computer
has to dry so if I'm computer stopped
other app is
software and from the computer part go
to them
the big visit the propellers
the propellers
situations
but the main solution is in some
ballistic parachute
that is
vehicle
onto the ground safely yeah
um
[Music]
the guys on airbags
I'm at the helicopter yeah
electric motors is still the propellers
helicopter shows get to begin with
lighters
this is custom made propellers was
designed
was the electric motors
still
inside the combustion engines with all
of the Sparks and all of the you know
complicated systems to do in Eventing
643 pounds
foreign
[Music]
come on
so this isn't the
Warehouse being bonded full-scale
prototype yet
I mean it sounds crazy to talk about it
to be honest like my boat is butt
and zamundu
um testing the full-scale Prototype
test hopefully but it's hot today
at least the motors
[Music]
thank you
yeah
training wheels all right so by far
McHenry fleeing their vehicle my test
all the motors might have to spin them
up because the software and the hardware
work together
so do our brains the computer was
controllers the software and the
hardware
on highways
okay so currently as we speak in azumel
that yet the NASA and FAA
bow and shine
and Microsoft for example it's Amazon
Microsoft's eyeballs and softwares was
got controlling the airspace in and
delivered the corridors
especially on adjusted cities
more or less
highway but it's going to give you the
500 feet altitude from here to here and
so guys on a sofa version of them
okay
a lot more events a lot more advanced
um but yeah
these guys aren't congested coming to
the city but
foreign
Police Department you know um people
that live in airport communities do
attended in the U.S yeah
so for example I'm a doctor
Hospital
not that but a definite electric right
is
the hospital is complicated
clearance within the hospitals
or the helicopters
cleaners is electric which license is
swarmed from drones with the happy
birthday the olive
a coordinating pink
because they got this Arboretum so it's
an interesting yeah
the sky is the limit over here
unlimited lenses
you're looking out years ahead but we're
already thinking yeah
um airplanes declined airplanes are in
the VFR there's a stock cars or the
stops the client is in touch with our
radio
the grossiplines got an IFR instrument
flights so it was the average disaster
computers this is
dfr digital flight Control Systems
complicated Systems
address the FAA is going to give you
clearance that you can go this is your
your flight pass and go
sh
getting information
[Music]
is to do emphasize
research but can we do I can't get my
information to anybody
um
but yeah it was a pleasure talking to
you thank you so much uh I hope
everybody's enjoying I need to enjoyedoo
um this is exciting so that could be
shined yet
cruising publicly in front of school
and as a futuristic company an exciting
company this is but
you know things happen
yeah yeah so reach out for any questions

of the future from the Roni with an
interview with the CEO the role murderer
Noah
I have the privilege and the honor to
sit down with the CEO of the Roni
airspace
it's the first time
that I'm sitting down with one of the
biggest CEOs in the country
his companies is a Fortune 100 company
and I feel very honest
sitting down with you and having a
conversation thank you yeah my privilege
thank you
the first thing is
I want to know the history of the Roni
and my second question is what's the
future
thank you for the question thank you for
the opportunity
um the history
um the history is uh is uh it's quite
simple honestly uh I was I was driving
my car as most of the people in the
traffic jam stuck in a traffic jam uh
what happened is that uh was frustrated
and suddenly I saw this kid
um looking around and playing with the
in a small drone
and I saw how you know comfortable that
drone was you know working in the air
was moving forward backwards so how
accurate
and you know just in that moment just
jumped to my mind why aren't we doing it
in larger scale because we you know
everybody knew that flying car were
coming for years we knew that we saw
these futuristic movies we understand
that we cannot you know Trend you know
anymore transport ourselves in it just
in two-dimensional world because we're
destroying nature there are limited of
Roads you can access you can go into
major cities like you know New York like
yeah
um and Miami or Chicago so you know
wherever you go how are you you move
yourself forward uh underground just
doesn't make sense cost wise
and uh so the only way is to go and you
know create those corridors as we know
today so different levels of roadway in
the sky so the Drone technology enabled
us so what happened is that
um I started thinking about it how you
know how you know how to move it forward
um created a team in my garage at one
point
um I got a phone call from my
mother-in-law and she says Hey Duron you
know I'm you know how are you and she
says you know I'm kind of angry at you
this is why you're angry with me I know
I'm a good husband and good father I
have three kids and and she said
remember 10 years ago and we're talking
about 16 years ago and she says 10 years
ago you said there's going to be a watch
that you can talk to a person see and
communicate so yeah I said yes she was
referring to the iWatch and I I said
yeah and she said so why didn't you do
it this is okay I got it you know I got
those messages
so you know I uh basically I have my
room is my lab as a kid I had asthma I
was I was very uh uh creative kid did
did a lot of electronics and computers
very early the first time before
everybody else and and I decided to you
know to jump into a full force so I
created this this steam it was start it
was hard to find them at the beginning
because you're talking about different
uh different modalities different uh uh
uh manufacturing different development
different uh knowledge at that time
everything was very you know was not in
existence people knew small drones or
the small the powers lower levels and uh
and everything was really at the
beginning so I was you know I was lucky
enough to find those and they believe in
the concept and we started working so we
started developing in in my garage
well we did few uh models the first one
was called Y6 configuration which is the
shape of a y uh with six Motors at the
tip of the Y and then uh we created the
next eight eight Motors
um this one that we see here now and we
lifted this one off the ground 643
pounds which basically showed us that we
are in the right direction at that point
we decided we understood that we need to
to decide the business strategy or to
change the video strategy to do a
two-seater Roadster
like the most sold you know sold car you
know like Tesla started
so we changed the design uh but it's
based on the same propulsion system
by 2021 we won second place in the
Florida Aerospace and Aviation Forum uh
space Florida under the governor's
office offered to scale things up for us
to build the production facility for us
and also the tooling and by the land and
listen to us so we are you know under
the governor's office now with their
support uh we moved to this new facility
here about two months ago at the
beginning we were in South you know in
close to Miami in medley now we moved to
this facility
we
um uh we presented in Oshkosh air show
we wanted to test this this beautiful
concrete behind me this is a full scale
exactly from the same file of production
that we have uh we tested the avionics
the the tablets the flight control
system and the VR the virtual reality uh
we're Amazed by the feedback that we
received we had you know thousands of
people doing that
um from 13 year old kid who are our
future Pilots or basically our future
buyers and to 95 year old uh World War
II version with fluid combats and the
biggest we got only one reject the
biggest reject we got is guys you know I
learned how to fly for for 20 years and
now you took all the complexities out of
the flight because really the whole idea
what we're doing is we talked about a
little before is making that thing
simple three clicks of a button you're
already flying and if you if you
remember all this you know the the
the first elevators they'll remember but
it was like 100 years ago or more uh it
was very hard to operate that you know
you there was livers and and all of
those you know machines you have to have
a special guy that will control that
today you just even you know type in the
the floor and you go there directly and
the same with the phone you know the
beginning the phone you have uh a
different system you're communicating
and the dial and now it's just this and
I'll just say hey call Mom you know so
this is exactly the the the evolution of
this this is a semi-autonomous system
very simple to operate very user
friendly you don't have all those you
know bells and whistles and multiple of
gauges that will scare you that you need
to all the time look because you still
control the aircraft but you get simple
information very accurate and more even
reliable that every everything that out
there
um
we now at the point that we
finish this we are starting our tests
all the aid models are already assembled
on the rig and we're starting to the
system uh we feel we're at the Pinnacle
of of making a you know a change a big
change in the world because it's going
to change everything we understand until
now about time and space really uh uh
things are shorter you don't have to
stop at a stoplight go right go left you
know uh uh somebody jumps into the road
or or refuel uh because you go up
straight straight and down you don't
even you know it's not a Runway you just
go directly up
um
so this is where we are now as far as
the future
um
I I don't see to be honest with you I
don't see any other way of how the you
know population expansion how we gonna
commute in our roads um they're thinking
about autonomous autonomous has been
going on for like 20 years they're
talking about it why is not there's not
autonomous year there's a reason why
there's not autonomous here because it
it just to create more problem because
there is interaction in the same playing
field of human and machine and and
people are making 75 of their decision
making is is not logic as we think we
are logic but we're not really logic
people we are you know driving driven by
a lot of you know of our emotions
and the Machine is a logic machine
besides that there are so many
parameters that the machine has to make
a decision to that point and all this
information have to be shared by the
global Network so this is a this is a
big problem
um even if they will solve that problem
we again it's still two-dimensional so
the only way really to go to to create a
more uh to enable us to commute is going
uh in uh you know create those draw
those those driveways or those corridors
at different levels and
I I know it's you know it sounds for
people like science fiction but you can
just go and go into see NASA website and
FAA and they already know that it's
happening now there's a lot of companies
who are certifying their flight or their
traffic Management Systems so you know
again a drone goes up it's very accurate
he knows exactly where it is in this
three-dimensional world and it even it
doesn't take a Runway so it goes up you
know left right you know we already saw
that so this is very accurate this
controllable
um until now you would fly aircraft by
what's called IFR instrument flying
rules or VFR visual flying moves now
NASA is working and we're sitting with
them we also when the you know the
committee with them we even but pitching
them uh it's called dfr digital flying
or each machine will have it on
a homing device now our strategy is a
little bit different we're not thinking
tomorrow morning to fly with it it's not
our intention into Miami or Chicago
Maybe because this obviously takes a lot
of former certification more complex one
at the end of the day yes not now it has
to go in stages we will start we will
start with you know with the more uh
less populated areas
um there's enough of them around the
world specifically in the US just to
give it a heads up uh there is what's
called a Airpark Community an airpark
Community is people who living in their
own Air Park and there are communities
like that there are 70 communities in
Florida about 800 in the US they always
go to you know they were engaged by them
one of them is a doctor he you know he
lives he wants to you know to fly to
work to the hospital I mean this is the
easiest way they checked with their HOA
you know and they said just come in guys
you know no need a Runway lower noise
levels more reliable no pollution you
know what else can you ask for
so this technology it's not a future
technology it's already here it's been
here proven for for a few years already
by the drones now we are scaling it up
we're doing it something that is easy to
control is you know safer and in our
machine there's multiple redundancies in
case of a failure much more safer than
any other commercial aircraft out there
uh including parishes that they will
deploy and land the whole vehicle
uh again we have eight Motors uh
helicopter for example have one motor
and that thing Falls there's nothing
that you know will that will prevent the
the fall right in our case we have eight
the system can still stabilize if
there's a problem in one of four Motors
we have eight so up to four uh we this
is our design this destabilizing
automatic descent
once you hit a critical level of 20
batteries they'll start automatic
descent as well
um things are very very simple and safe
with these machines uh obviously it
takes time now as far as the strategy
from the research we've made most forms
of current Transportation like aircrafts
Like Trains like cars they started as a
niche players before there was a you
know the buggy the horse and the buggy
and then there was you know in the air
and the aircraft were for the airmail
and I think their cars were formal for
the uh for the for the Army eventually
as time progressed they became part of
the main form of transportation so we
see that this is as the future for the
next 20 30 40 years this is what's going
to happen now the propulsion system
might change but now at this point the
most you know classical tradition safe
that we can understand is you know use
propellers at this point and everybody
you know we're going all electric so
it's you know there's nothing to fix if
it breaks you just replace it you know
and you can already compare you know EV
to regular cars you already see you know
how reliable and more you know easy to
you use and operate and people are
enjoying their test lights a nice car
you know so so you can already compare
that
again if you're trying to compare how
you know just look look inside a Tesla
or look inside a regular car a regular
car the motor has a combustion engine
this is this has been used in commercial
Aviation as well all commercial Aviation
you know the small ones are combustion
engine I'm not talking about genj engine
so you you have pipes a rubber you have
multiple material you have aluminum you
have steel you have Sparks you have
explosives there's multiple points of
failure in those machine and this has
been certified and people are flying
with it we are changing it with electric
very simple more reliable more accurate
right the body the body for all all of
the aircraft today is made of aluminum
multiple you know multiple Parts
combined together and you take aluminum
just a can you crush it you see how it
you know you crash on you think about
what happens to the passengers we're
using carbon fiber carbon fiber been
proving for a year improved for year in
Formula One races you know drivers hit
the wall at the 320 kilometer an hour
they're coming out shaked right but not
injured you know so so these these
things are already present for years
maybe dozens of years you know 20 30
years you know people know about them so
it's it's a matter of putting the right
package now we are not alone in this
journey there's a huge support from the
federal government from the local
government
because uh they all know it's coming for
example the Eevee all the electric cars
they say the thing by 2030 or 35 50 of
the cars have to be electric the same in
Europe so Europe and the US are moving
with that towards electric so we are
feeding off this you know technology as
our you know using these batteries and
these electrics so so this is where the
future is coming already identified this
is the goal so there's nothing else
besides that now uh Federal issue to uh
supporting house bills I think it was
beginning of 2022 or end of 21
supporting Advanced term Mobility what
we're doing in the about the
infrastructure about the vehicle the
vehicles themselves the Air Force Air
Force has agility Prime program they're
interested in using this technology uh
yeah and we are we already passed the
first stage now with them we're going to
the second stage so there's a lot of
things in in that world that and we're
not even touching the tip of it the
potential of the vehicle is just
enormous for example you cannot use a
helicopter if you want to go service
electric lines because of the fumes can
get you you know these are combustion
can be a spark and have explosion using
this vehicle you can you cannot use uh
for example uh any chinese-made drones
anymore today so in the last couple of
months they're banning the use of any
you know expensive DJI other drones
because of you know the the problem with
USM with China so
we are a us-made company this is where
we're going with it exactly to this
direction of assisting with all these
potential markets so you can save people
before and after Hurricane you can play
golf with it you want to go play golf
these are things we're approached by our
investors we are on start engine we
raised about 2.7 million dollars for the
last uh 13 months the the which is very
good but we also have a lot of
Engagement by those investors who said
guys you know what can you can I fit a
golf club inside you know we can think
about that you can think about that so
we were this exposure gave us a lot of
information
of of where we you know the potential of
it and we just don't see the end of it
at that point there's too much so much
um
yeah and this is there's been amazing
journey for us uh and we're thankful for
everybody who invested and you'll still
invest in us and believe in what we're
doing and uh we're looking forward the
future is amazing uh this is just the
first you know really vehicle but we can
think about other sizes you can do a
whole bus you can do a personal one it's
just where do you start how do you scale
it up this is really what we're looking
for uh be part of this big community
that is happy also there's a lot of
support from local government here uh
for lots of their Alliance uh Pompano
Beach
Florida in general space Florida so
everybody you know understand that this
is a cleaner way to move forward and uh
and they they want to help us and this
is so amazing for us that we have all
these people who believe in US
very interesting and I want to touch a
different subject for a second
every CEO of a big company for example
Elon Musk from Tesla whenever he speaks
he talks about reality I'll do this I'll
do that it sounds unimaginable it sounds
like fiction from A to Z but when he
says he's gonna put up a network in
Ukraine for the war
starlink is there a day later whatever
he he says will happen usually happens
what
makes you different than any other CEO
that doesn't have a company like yours
where do you stand out from these CEOs
that makes you being so successful and
get things done so fast and get the
ideas in your head to reality
so I can tell you from my own experience
everything that I set forth in my life I
did it successfully I have my answer
second leg and my wife to keep uh you
know keep me grounded I keep checking
with her and she always give me the
green go ahead
um she wouldn't let me sell our house
um to invest in in the Drone if she
wouldn't think she would see me being
doing that so I have you know I I'm
privileged to say that I have you know
the best uh uh support in the world
because you you really need to have
people close to you to tell you the
truth uh and not just you know people
next to you say oh we're amazing it's
amazing so
um if I'm going you know back you know
hindsight everything that I set forth in
my life including raising an amazing
family including the businesses that are
done because the development that I did
was happening and I think the last 12
months just proved exactly that we moved
so fast we progressed so and imagine
even better than I thought
um building the team building the
product uh uh coming to this place uh
the the business strategy uh everything
for us is is right the government yeah
the Government Federal Government local
government things are opening for us and
you know I can only say thank you God
for you know for things that are opening
this is the reality of things now about
rco I'm trying to learn you know I I
always see myself I think the biggest
thing that I like is to learn you know
you always learn and my father used to
say you like you you learn all your life
and then you die dumb right uh um the
more you learn the more you understand
that you don't know it's kind of a
a contradiction here but I'm what I'm
doing here is basically learning
learning learning and developing here
with the team all together and we see
that this team is passionate and
everything that we're doing is just you
know exactly what it needs to happen it
happens and um uh you know I can't be
more thankful for that do you think this
is luck that you fell in with the right
product at the right time with the right
people or you think that you have
something else in you that makes you do
things going forward it's a good
question I'll tell you my two cents in
it um
every person in this world come here for
to do something specifically that it's
Unique for him
um you mentioned to Elon Musk obviously
uh bigger people you know the same like
Jeff Bezos uh Bill Gates
um you know everybody if it's a composer
of a song if he's a writer whatever he's
doing uh this is this is who I was from
day I remember myself I was always
fixing I was always creating this is my
passion one of my biggest you know the
one of the one of the most advised
Leonardo da Vinci you know I mean this
is how I follow this is what makes me
think this is where my zone is you know
every person you know wants to listen
you know I'm very talented but I like to
you know write these songs you know so I
can't even argue with that my oldest son
he's a quarterback one of the best in
the country I saw him picking a ball
from the day he remembered himself and
so I went with him uh with what he's
doing
um so you know and I always checked
myself the am I am in good interaction
with people and those you know those
people like-minded talented people just
came it was like a magnet if it's luck
so I'm looking luck in Hebrew say it's
masal right
means it's a short you know from Macomb
zman and lasso like in a place time and
do uh so I feel that we are in our Zone
we're doing the right thing at the right
time you know so what else can I ask for
and then there's a whole you know it's
like riding a wave
this is the this is the wave now so we
we're definitely right away you know
running on that wave at this point yeah
and what lesson can you give to the
viewers we have a lot of people trying
to do all kinds of businesses what do
you think is the number one thing or
even a few things that can change the
way how they do business in a very short
period of time
so I will go back to my answer before
and I'll try to uh always approach a
situation as the first year student
like just always keep your mind open
never close the door here just you know
try to be as alert as you can absorb all
the data even if you don't agree with it
you don't have to say no at the
beginning you just have to absorb it
then let it digest because at the end of
the day the decision making that we're
doing has to be from our heart to our
brain it has to have a balance in a way
so you know and and when you answer
thing when you decide things try to
understand where are you answering them
from is it fear or love and this is the
tricky point because fear is you know
the biggest deception here if you're
making decisions upon fear you're gonna
lose if you're making a decision upon
love you better have a chance to succeed
so this is a balance that you have to go
and the biggest thing is you have to
learn yourself before you know you
you're able to learn something else
understand what makes you who you are
and I would suggest people approaching
me and I'm saying you know what start
just writing and also my kids write what
you want to do write what you love to do
you don't have to organize it just write
a word write your phrase whatever just
you know let just compile it on more and
more and then you start seeing it and
more clearly you get the clarity it's
like you using a binoculars and you
start making more for you know getting
the focus focus until you see the
picture it's a work it's it's like you
know you can't do it in a second it's
like going to a gym you have to train
and train and train all the time on the
same point until
gradually you start seeing this picture
and this picture becomes so accurate and
it's a balance between heart and and and
Minds between logic and and feel and
it's not you know feeling of I'm angry
or if I'm sad it's it's it's it's a it's
a knowing it's inside and you'll get it
everybody has it but all these clutter
around us you know all this fear driven
you know these can sometimes throw us in
the wrong direction you know you have to
have to breathe and and don't be afraid
you know fear is you know I learned that
I have to go into my fear a lot of time
you know so if there's something that
scares me my my solution my tikkun you
know whatever you want to say you know
it will go if I go directly into that
fear I'm not saying you know be crazy
and just do what you heard and say you
but if you are scared of something you
should explore what's going on there and
if you need you have to face it and you
go through got fire and then you're
coming out like you know the biggest
hero of yourself at the end of the day
this is a hero's journey you have your
UPS you have your Downs the only thing I
keep helping you to move forward is if
you do it with your passion with love
you know this is this is the energy that
you can you know fear fear is a lack of
love
just there's no existence of fear fear
is just you know lack of love that's it
basically so you know this is this is my
biggest takeover it's it's a journey at
the end of the day
so to sum it up be proactive instead of
reactive
all the time be proactive all the time
um
but there are times you just have to sit
down
and breathe and let that thing flow you
know you have to have your center of
yourself all the time pay attention
what's going on do I need to do now do I
need to do later you know don't be
rattled by every wind that comes in your
way you know because there are so many
of them uh sometimes things will feel to
you like the end of the day the end of
the world you say oh wow you know and
then an hour later it's just passed like
this so you have to be centered all the
time you know don't let your emotion
override there's another word in Hebrew
by the way probably people know it's
called Uh
I mean if you're a king your brain
control your your feelings and your
feelings control your your actions if
you read it backwards it's called Clum
you're nothing if your actions control
your emotions and you say oh I did this
and then you're losing your brain or
your logic then you clue so you know for
me you know I always try to be it's not
easy I'm not saying I'm perfect it's an
ongoing process it'll probably never end
but it's something that you have to be
aware of that's happening and once
you're aware of and know it's in
existence it's easier to understand and
manage it there will be challenges there
are other challenges uh always
challenges even personal you know we
have family you have kids you know I
have grown-up kids you know I have to be
all the time checking I'm a good father
am I doing the right thing you know so
these things are very important that you
will be in control you have the
balancing within yourself in order to
sustain everything that happens around
you you
right so to sum it up again
Clarity proactive versus reactive
have a focus know what you're doing
understand the process jump into
everything
jump into the fear exactly don't be
scared of fear because fear there's
something that blocks you and you have
you have to overcome that blood like
fear is good I mean it's there you don't
don't you know do not try to hide it you
have to acknowledge it but understand
this is the okay what am I doing with it
am I succumbing to it or am I moving
forward you know and the best thing ever
is just you have to do things from your
passion if if you do something to make
money just for the sake of making money
it will not sustain
you have to do it with love if you know
don't you know money is important I'm
not saying very important but more
important is that you love what you're
doing you're enjoying it that gives you
because you have challenges and if you
don't do it out of love you'll never be
able to to to do overcome those
challenges you know this is then what do
I need before okay I'm making I don't
know a million dollars but I'm suffering
so much you know I can't take it anymore
you know but if you but if you do it and
then you get the paycheck from it it's
the best of all worlds well this is
amazing and I really appreciate the time
and I want to ask you one more question
before we finish the conversation do you
have plans down the line does the
company have
for example like a four-seater concept
or more stuff to put into the car rather
than just the first concept that's
coming out so as far as the the product
there are multiple things we're thinking
about we're already working on the P2
and the P3 the the designs
but I'll tell you something that I
learned from my father before you making
the product you have to build the two
and the tool first is you
you have to perfect your tool and the
people around you are also we're all
tools because before we make that
product we have to build the team and
the the most important for me now is to
invest in my team that we are doing that
we have the best team ever and then
products will come you know when you
have those synergies and you know
talented people good people creative the
hard-working ones there's there's no end
to what they can do so you know for me
more important is is they have the right
tools yeah and then you could create all
the feedback of customers and exactly
the run in the Hebrew means present I
was born
they gave me a name present because they
didn't think that I would survive so I
was a president at that time they
thought I'm gonna die
um since then my only you know
creativity is all I understood it's I'm
you know we're all gifts I'm also a gift
everybody's a gift to this world so you
know I have to perfect myself and I want
to see people in love falling in love
with the products and be you know just
happy as we understand that we're
creating a new way of of commuting uh of
transporting people and I want people to
just be passionate and in love and
become part of this big family called
