just as water flows from a higher realm meaning it starts in the Mountains and flows down into the valley okay Torah can only be fulfilled by someone who's what humble that's why Torah is likened to water water begins up in the mountains but it flows down into the valley right so too Torah begins up in the heavens but in order to be fulfilled it has to be come down to to Earth and in order for us to fulfill and receive the Torah we have to be in a space of what humility
