So today we're going to cover a delicious restaurant called cafeteria restaurants. There are so many good places that opened up a few years ago. I didn't do I didn't do reviews then. I want to show you some stuff. First of all, I want to introduce Cafet Cafeteria is the only store in Lakewood that has a real wood oven. No joke. Only with 100% woody. Wow. This is a new item. What's this? So, this is a a wood oven. You see that? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It's still bubbling. So, we used to use it only for pizza. Obviously, it's a pizza oven. And we run only wood like you saw. Did you show on the camera the wood outside? We get we get we get special delivery outside. And we're introducing now. I'm happy you came by that you came by. We have a new line of food that we want to introduce for our dinner menu. It's um some fish items that we bake in the pizza oven that gives it a unique flavor and extra taste to it. Also, we have pastas. This is a homemade lasagna. We make the the dough inhouse and then we cook it first and then we bake it in this pizza oven to give it that crust. You could see the extra flavor. It has a better flavor. Delicious flavor. It gets from the wood goes into the food and it you it adds extra flavor to it. So, we have a few pasta dishes and fish dishes that I'm going to show you on the table. K. First of all, you open so late at night. It's open till about 12 till 9:00 at night. We're thinking in the summer to make later hours. We're going to let everybody know what time our summer hours are going to be. When we originally started, we were only open till 5:00. So, a lot of people thought we were only a breakfast and lunch place. But over the last few years already, we switched our hours till 9:00. So, we're a dinner option. Also, fine. Additionally, what's unique about this restaurant is a self-ordering option that a lot of people like. Every table has a unique QR code that people that have a smartphone or a tablet or any type of device, they could scan it and then the menu pops up and they could order and pay from the table. Now, let me show you what we have for dinner. These three items are unique for dinner items. That's a fresh halibit fish with roasted potatoes and vegetables. This is a tuna steak also with the same vegetables and it's a grilled salmon. This is Scottish salmon fresh that we fill up the plates with soft and the rest of the stuff are full menu items. These are wood oven pizzas. It's a mushroom pizza and a regular pizza. And here again is the lasagna that we showed you coming straight out of the oven. And these are salmon. The salads is a Jerusalem sauté salad. And it has roasted sweet potatoes and sauteed vegetables. And that's our crispy rich salad. It has a melted cheese, avocado, brussel sprouts, granola, and lettuce. And he are salmon poppers with a buffalo sauce. And this is a perogi dumpling. We make the dough inhouse. Obviously, we fill it with sour cream, potatoes, and put sour cream on top. It's an old favorite that people like. This is a bronzino with a mushroom marsala sauce. This is a mac and mac and cheese also that we make in the pizza oven that gives it extra crisp that you see and a nice color on it. So, here, this is another thing that's super unique about cafeteria. We're also the first restaurant in the area that has a robot. Obviously, it helps us out with keeping cost down and it makes it exciting for the people. Robot brings the food to your table and then you take it off the robot. I love it. I know in China they're using this machine. China is very popular, but in North America, not yet. Wow. Check out what is happening over here. Beautiful. Hey, how are you? My name is Louis. So, basically, I just want to introduce our Pokéball station. So, it's a station where everything here for the most part is freshly cut daily. We have salmon, we have tuna, we have a pokey marinade that's made here fresh in-house. Um, you can choose different bases whether if you want to do a white rice, brown rice, zucchini base, or you can do a freshly cut romaine lettuce. Amazing. Thank you so much. Thank you. Look how beautiful. Keep your shine do with the design, the logo. Ara, let me show you now how we make a pizza here. Obviously, we make everything in house. The sauces and the toppings. The dough is also a special ferment because it's a high temperature. We need to let it ferment similar to sourdough where it sits two days where ferments gives it that extra flavor. And you'll be amazed how quickly once you put the pizza in it, it takes less than a minute until it's well done and crispy. Professional. Here you go. There you go. Look at the oven. It's over 700° piping hot. It takes less than a minute until it's fully done. Wow. Look at the sizzle. Look at the sizzle. Jeez. Also. Wow. What is it doing now? It's turning it. Yeah. Fan, if you zoom in, you see that colored on the pizza? That's called a leopard skin pizza. That's unique for a wood oven pizza where it's a high temperature that gets that dark dots on there. That's what people really like. It's called Npalitano pizza and that's unique for that type of pizza. [Music] There you go. There you go. Nice. You also have the option to put some specific toppings in it. Yeah, we have a whole menu of toppings on there. Okay, F. This is our outside seating that's also unique where we have a whole setup and people feel like they're in California or Miami with this vibe. I love this. It feels like you are in Mexico over there. This is a shade cuz during the day the sun gets very hot so people don't enjoy the sun. So we have a shade. At night it's cool and gishmach and people enjoy the outside seating a lot.
