the moment we are very happy to have you here with us for this faith in america the honorable vice president of the united [Applause] [Music] states [Applause] thank you so much for those stirring words uh i'm deeply humbled by your kindness to me and my family and i want to thank you and the rabbis who are gathered here not just at the table but all of you who've come together for this i want to thank the organization not just for this gathering but just thank you for what you do every day the president tasked me in february to lead the white house colonial virus task force and i have seen firsthand the way uh men and women of faith have come alongside families that had suffered lost and there's a struggle in the midst of this pandemic and it's just reminded me of the wellspring of faith and strength in this country so well represented here i want to thank each and every one of you for the ministries that are represented here for the work that's represented here and join me in thanking all the members of these synagogues
