foreign [Music] I want to share with you something that a good friend of mine just shared with me in regards to smyrus and I am that I think can be a tremendous physic for many of us out there on the battlefield who are trying to overcome this tremendous messian and this is what we call a real life example this is not a story from the gudalum this is not like the Russian this is a regular guy one of us who overcomes this challenge every single day and he calls it the check system how does a person build confidence in life so the answer is when a person is successful in an area he has confidence in that area if a person practices skiing for many many years and he becomes a professional skiers weaving in between the trees and out in here and he's very successful at it so he will have confidence when he puts on those keys a person who is a professional horseback rider when he is Galloping at 50 miles an hour he has confidence because he's successful in that area a person who's not successful in an area a person never works in an area and he keeps failing so he ends up not believing in himself and he ends up giving up and then he doesn't have confidence in that area so what did he decide to do he decided that he wants to overcome this messian and he's going to be successful one step at a time and that success is going to build his confidence and then when he goes out to the world he's going to have the strength to overcome so he got himself a tally counter that's a counter that you click it and it just counts click one click two click to be very easy and every time he would walk outside he would keep it close by and when he is tempted to look at something and he holds himself back and he fights the atzara he just clicks it and then he gets home at the end of the day he went to the store he went to Walmart he was driving past Billboards whatever the case was he gets him and he takes a look at that tally counter and it says 11 it says 12 it says 13. in other words he was in control 11 times today he did something for akadeshbar who 11 times something that is so hard to do and then he takes a paper and he puts 11 checks and he writes the date 11 checks today I overcame my eight Zara 11 times he told me he's five years in and he almost reached 20 000 checks and he has confidence like a Navy SEAL going out to the Army he's like I could do this I'm not afraid of this yet Sarah because look at my successes look how many times I overcame this does this mean he never fails no we do fail we're not perfect we're human but those failures those nephilis have nothing to do with the checks you take a look at my paper you will see the check right there twenty thousand of them so yes I may fail sometimes but look how many times I'm successful Rabbi said 10 checks a day 11 checks a day to look away a few times a day all of us could do that we're all ambassadors of Hashem and we all have to believe in ourselves and we all have that power Rabbi use this strategy just say I'm not focused on the whole year I'm focused on right now what's in front of me right now I'm tempted I'm not gonna look and check right there and then after time you're gonna see how amazing you are how powerful you are and how much you could do for this world and for Claudius with all of our hard work overcoming the it'sahara have a wonderful day [Music]
