foreign [Music] it was holiday season and all the employees received an Urgent Message from the boss there's a meeting immediately in the large Ballroom everyone must be present everyone showed up not knowing what to expect the boss walks in Stern face walks to the front of the room gets up at the podium and explains we're supposed to have off next week but unfortunately the business will remain open and every single employee is expected to be there if anyone cannot unfortunately you cannot stay in the business and with that he walked off the podium and all the employees were wondering how could that be did not have offer a holiday break many did indeed walk but the bulk of the employees rearranged their plans and it was difficult and they weren't happy but they worked through it and one week and the next and they heard nothing a few weeks later with another holiday break on the horizon there was an Urgent Message in their mailbox the boss once again wants everyone to come to the boardroom and as they filed in everyone was murmuring again it can't be and the boss walks in walks up to the podium calls for quiet and he says whoever is in this room listened worked hard wasn't happy but you did it anyways let me explain a few weeks ago the business had an incredible business deal and we were nervous if we were going to tell people what was it going to be was going to take the deal so we made a decision we're just gonna Force everyone to work through it and everyone in this room did and the business profited amazingly so now the next holiday break has been doubled and everyone will receive a large bonus and with that they brought out food carts and drink and they celebrated the business's success stipler writes that at times of the most difficulty one is pose with a challenge should he look there should he go there and the pleasure seems right in front of him there's a tangible experience that he wants to enjoy says the stapler if one refrains he works through it it's very difficult but he works through it anyways the dividends the bonus that he's going to receive on this world aside for the reward in the next World the bonus he's going to receive on this world says the stapler is incredible so the next time proposed with a challenge and we feel I can't do it to work on holiday weekend to not get that enjoyment that we want just remember there's an incredible bonus waiting for us on this world very shortly
