with uh is certainly tragic because the answers are in the Torah the answers of are in the to these questions of whether a listens to your cries now the next question everyone will naturally ask is if he hears me cry then why doesn't seem like he's answering I mean okay so he hears great but I'm still in pain I'm still in a loss I'm still in agony why isn't he answering me he answered them he answer this guy you answer this you that's in essence one of the things that a person asks especially during their weak moments now these are critical questions that you have to have the answers for for your particular case in order to have the proper ideology and the proper perspective that's needed during those difficult times that you may have had or are having or perhaps uh will have in the can see that through the suffering you don't have to wait per perfect Sunrise perfect heaven for you to enjoy for you to be happy for you to live literally as if you are in ganeden despite the problems why because you have aadh with you and there's nothing greater than that when a person starts understanding where they stand and what a is doing for them then it becomes easier to realize that there is no punishment in this world that's the ultimate punishment this world wasn't designed for punishment now of course if you look around especially if you live long enough you see a lot of people look like they're being punished this one has cancer this one lost all of his money this one's getting divorced this one's kids are drug addicts this one is this this one is that it looks like they're all being punished yes it does look like that but you see in this world brings meaning the Suffering The Agony the difficulty that you have that's causing you to cry that's causing you to want to end it all is all to your favor because a is trying to Simply reir you you're in a wrong path I need you to go elsewhere you're going right you need to go left you're going left you need to go right you're going against hem you need to go towards AEM someone say yeah but there's religious people too yeah what do you think religious people don't have issues not just financial and the rest of the world but they also have amuna issues they have a heretical issues they have all types of issues they have also previous Carnation issues they have all types of things and there gives each and every single one of us the perfect amount of in order for us to eliminate the possibility or at the very least the sentence of the real punishment that could be and would be if not for that and that this world with the full 400-year decree of Egypt there's no way to lower it to 210 or 116 or even to 399 so you see everything that a who does is the best when you go to AEM and you connect to him they are uh subjugating themselves to now again this is not to mean to say that uh you know that a person should say that a doesn't exist because it does exist and says so that it exists but a person doesn't necessarily need to just because a exists does you don't need to spend your entire day uh you know redecorating your house and car and and Life to defend yourself against it by you know putting some onions putting some ksas putting some uh holy books you don't need to do all of that main thing that a person can do uh to defend themselves against in as follows number one learn tah every day learn tah every day that already brings protection to your life number two givea as much as possible on a regular basis at least give especially give you know give the money to good places that are publicizing to that are uh helping do chv you have to donate because those donations not only bring protection but a donation could literally save your life and thear says that that a thousand people die 999 of them die from so is certainly part of the uh the world whether we like it or we don't like itaka saves from Death that's what taught so give a lot OFA on a regular basis they're wearing a $50,000 watch they'll uh take a picture next to a car that's not even theirs show off has become standard don't be one of those people and I don't me just mean with the examples that I gave don't be a show off about anything don't show off how you are better looking than other people don't show off how you're richer than other people you're smarter than other people don't show off your kids people make a mistake by putting their pictures of their kids on the internet because their kids are cute their kids are beautiful it's a mistake or even more so people put their spouse on the internet she put a husband oh look my husband loves me so much he just bought me flowers he just took me out he just uh you know a uh bought me a car yeah and the next picture if you keep doing that he that he just divorced me he just cheated on me why why are you publicizing your husband publicizing your wife because they're beautiful because they're they love you and so on you are opening up yourself literally two Wide Doors to why cuz people look at you they become jealous and even if they love you even if they're your parents even if they're uh your best friend even if they're whoever they are they become jealous the second they Envy you the second they become jealous of you you have on you how damaging it is depends depends jealousy is not as bad as Envy someone that envies you literally it's horrible horrible horrible horrible I've had let's just I won't give you examples point being is don't give people a reason to envy you jealous of you there's some people there's nothing you could do because they're just jealous of everyone even if they themselves have but uh don't be a showof don't wear uh you know all types of flashy jewelry and flashy things unless again there's a real reason for it but uh that that's a justifiable reason that you've gotten a d about you asked the rabbi and he told you yes perfectly fine you should do that not just you're allowed to do it but you should do it because again just because a person uh doesn't want to get doesn't permit them to look like they're homeless in fact uh rebuked one of the rich people in the a regular person you come from a wealthy family you have to look like a wealthy person why cuz people are looking for takaka they need to know where to go to you can't look like you're homeless if you're wealthy the same token don't uh pretend like you are Bill Gates when in reality you're not even good enough to be his janitor either way a person knows whether they're a show off or not if you're spending as a guy more than two or three minutes in front of the mirror every day it's usually already a sign that uh you care too much if uh if you're a woman and uh when you decide what you're going to wear you're thinking about what people are going to think then already that gives you an indication of where your mind is of where your mind is and again it's h when a person has problems uh many times it's because they brought those problems on themsel they brought those problems on themselves and the whole uh issue when it comes the the how the Satan has literally fooled this entire generation to put idolatry on their head is by the whole the whole issue of why because one guy saw that his friend's wife it has a beautiful wig on she looks like she's single even though she's married and she already had two kids three kids four kids and now he wants the same thing for his wife he wants his wife to look like his friend's wife this is all jealous see problems and you know it's a disaster but you have to understand that if you are looking to show off you're bringing on yourself is not just something that could cause you to lose money health problems with kids uh it could literally cause you to lose life and I've I've I've had issues where you know it's a uh I've had to literally ask certain people to uh in so many words don't uh you know don't come around so much don't uh don't come around or if it's a uh family member that came for a gathering let's say and I saw that they took a picture of of my kids I would tell them don't publicize the picture don't share it with anybody I'm not gonna ask I'm not gonna I'm not crazy and start gonna ask you to delete it in front of me or anything like that but uh I'm asking you not to publicize the picture not because I'm scared of people looking at my kids plenty of you people have you know have seen me outside and uh you know I uh see my kids I love my kids and there's nothing uh private about them it's just that don't publicize that stuff why the second something like that happens there's always something happens always always it's literally like instant and the same thing happens with other things so it's important for a person to know a is real that doesn't mean that you need to you know hide in some closet and surround yourself with onions and and all types of stuff and be scared no but you have to be conscious and apply that to your behavior and how you run your life and if you follow those few things that I mentioned the Torah Thea and not to be a showoff that's already plenty of things that you can do to protect yourself against uh what are some good things to do spiritually if your wife is pregnant uh number one learn more toat two give more staka uh three uh there's uh there's a different prayer that you can say uh once the water broke and she's about to deliver uh there's different prayers that you could get there's a book called anen that has many of these prayers inside could hear it uh if you're going to have music in the house make sure it's only holy music either TM or something holy um these are some of the good things that uh you can do uh as far as uh um if you can do even more arrange a uh to come to your house or to have a in your house bring more K to the house in a regular bases uh and of course protect youra no don't uh don't look at other women don't uh look at any filthy things on the Internet or elsewhere protect your eyes protect your breit uh that uh that's more than enough there's other things but this already more than enough uh what's the difference between bad eyes and Kim and and and uh oh you mean like an evil eye and witchcraft no an evil eye comes without a person doing anything uh a person looks at another person and they're them harm but that evil eye Could Happen uh without a uh without any action witchcraft witchcraft requires uh it's first of all it's intentionally using uh the impure Powers uh of the Satan uh in order to uh in order to change change the the natural course of of of the world uh uh and usually it's to inflict evil on other people in some way or another uh whether it's to cause them damage and uh financially Health relationships all types of things uh but that's much worse why because for evil eye a person doesn't get punished for it like if somebody has evil eye on somebody else there's no like a uh it's not a sin that uh a person would get punished for but someone that deals with witchcraft the Torah specifically says that such a person gets a death penalty at the time of the they literally would kill them uh but today person that deals with witchcraft has earned themselves for each Act they've done have earned themselves a Heavenly death penalty and you uh person should be assured that whatever death penalty is decreed by the Torah will certainly happen even if that means that a person has to come back to this life multiple times just for the sake of dying Hashem does not stay in debt to anyone so uh to protect yourself from witchcraft first and foremost stay away from people that say they even like it uh needless to say from people that deal with it stay away from them don't socialize with them don't talk to them not in person and not on the phone and not in text anyone that tells you that they deal with witchcraft simply disconnect from them change your phone number just run away as far away from them as possible as soon as possible uh that's number one uh that usually solves the problem uh now as far as a uh uh other things of course person does good things learns to gives uh you know to to to publicize to to support tah those things certainly are going to help uh stay away from any anyone that uh is is in it that's usually more than enough as far as what what what does a person do if they believe they have witchcraft on them most people people that believe that they have witchcraft on them are just deluding themselves it's not really true they don't really have witchcraft on them they believe because they're dealing with something difficult they believe that they have bad luck they believe that strange things are happening to them but that's usually because of something else that's usually because either they're acting immoral or they're connected to idolatry or some form of immorality uh or Orem is in essence trying to redirect them in a different path uh like we spoke about the first hour of this lecture so it's not usually witchcraft if a person truly has witchcraft uh on them uh then it's uh very difficult uh very difficult to uh to deal with because uh there's uh not many people in the world uh that are truly holy like you know uh that you know have the U have the ability to to remove it uh but generally speaking Hashem doesn't bring it uh as often to the world as he did in previous generation because Hashem doesn't bring something to people that can't handle it if there's a sickness there's a medicine if there's a damage there's a solution so hm is not going to bring us something that we can't deal with so in previous generation when witchcraft was much more common the the sages the Jewish sages that were able to deal with it were much more common you know the has removed the the dealt with all types of dealt with much more than just Witchcraft and Witchcraft it's in also uh but that's protect yourself from it give takaka learn Torah don't be a showof all those things also uh can help you remove it uh do people who don't keep to get is it beneficial what if they don't do CH ah so so one of theim says that everyone gets but when a person does chuva as a result of it then thear is to their help whereas if a person does not do CH then the is doesn't help them at all uh and they're still going to get the full punishment and in fact even more punishment okay see what kind of prayers or rituals can one do to fix Financial problems well the first thing that a person can do if in your Shabbat shopping or you know have a celebratory uh Shabbat those are a couple things that could help a person with uh with money uh third is to give generously uh donations to publicize T um and to learn T those few things help uh help uh P help make more money but if a person wastes seed or a person doesn't keep Shabbat then uh even if they give charity it's not going to help them is kosher meat halal uh I believe uh I believe so because the uh every time you'll see a uh kosher butcher uh there's usually a uh Halal shop down the street and the reason why is because when uh we Slaughter the animals but it doesn't meet our qualifications uh for Kut the Muslims buy it from us because it still meets their their qualifications uh so apparently it is what if what if you're not Jewish in relations to financial question um well certainly pray to Hashem uh you could also give generously to uh to help uh to help publicize to to help Jews do chuva uh those few things have ethical and that's it as far as prayer is concerned you could pray words out of your own heart or you could read psalms can you eat halal meat no no it doesn't meet our kosher qualifications please explain why eating seeds is so bad I don't know why is eating seeds so bad if you're talking about sunflower seeds there's nothing bad about eating them the bad part is how people eat them where people that eat them they eat them in front of people and they take the shells out of you know in their mouth and out of their mouth and they make a pile of it on the table in front of other people that's usually a thing that they do uh which is disgusting especially while the saliva on it or there are people that just eat it and they throw everything on the floor uh not only are they is that you know really uh awful way to to do things but it's also disgusting just just just bad behavior it's just uh uh lack of lack of you know manners but as far as eating them if a person knows how to eat them by all means enjy don't worry about the uh the terrorist that keep saying Long Live Gaza and uh you know and they support Hitler all those people don't don't don't uh don't pay attention to them comment about those people you have to understand they are already suffering they have to be themselves for the rest of their life there's literally nothing that you can curse them with a wish upon them that's worse than what they already live with as a reality they are themselves it's it's a uh imagine living with so much hatred to the point where you spend your time instead of I don't know go eat drink sleep uh have fun go make money work there's like a million things in the world to do what do they choose to do they choose to come on my lectures and curse out people curse out the Jews say and preach Nazism and all like literally just imagine like there's so much hatred in them the hate people they don't even know more than they like themselves like go spend your time making on and what they make their little comments d keep copying and pasting because you know somebody helped them type the first one they're not going to help him a second time so he just told him how to copy and paste the same sentence 500 times literally it's it's it's these are the people like they live with themsel that's the worst punishment you can possibly get to be that hateful and that much of a loser there's nothing worse than that nothing worse than that so there's no point of anybody yelling at them or cursing them no don't waste your time they're them they're them they're just oh you know couple of them got the hint one guy said goodbye oh the other is still here don't worry [Music] see thank you for the what does someone do if they live in their car van RV and they have nowhere else to go on Shabbat are they allowed to open the door but obviously uh not the engine uh if they're Jewish and they live in their car then uh what they can do is they could uh uh either keep the door slightly open uh so the uh the light doesn't uh turn on and off when they open the door or they could just turn off the sensor that uh turns on the light uh on and off when they open the door and then they could in essence use that car or RV or whatever it is uh like a house so the issue with going into a car or RV is is um not because there's fear that the person's going to drive obviously person doesn't want to drive but that's his house the issue is when they open the door usually there's some type of light that goes on or off uh so as long as they remove that particular sensor they could go in and out of their car without a problem or RV or whatever it is uh dear how to not get jealous of someone it's hard because people people are more successful in living in nice fancy houses and drive nice cars okay so why why would I don't I listen I mean I know that some people have this tun of being jealous of other people I don't have that tun I've never really I've never been jealous of anybody uh except one person which is rim and I'm jealous of his Torah if I had his Torah I would certainly think I'm mashia it's just amazing but that's a that's a permissible jealousy uh to be jealous of Torah that's a uh created jealousy for that every other jealousy is forbidden why uh why should someone not have it and in fact why is jealousy forbidden first and foremost you should know teaches in the in multiple places a person that has jealousy is not going to be resurrected with the with the with the dead even if they're righteous even if they keep Shabbat and they keep kosher they keep everything when there's the resurrection of the dead after mashia comes people that are jealous will not be resurrected why jealousy teaches us jealousy rots the bones jealousy rots the that car as if it's as if he's driving your car you're jealous of his car how come I don't have that car so in essence what you're saying is that hasem gave him and not you even though you believe and you decreed you do but you don't because if you did deserve it asem would have given it to you if you did need it hm would have given it to you if hasm wanted to give it to you he give it to you but he didn't give it to you why because he chose not to so when a person is jealous of somebody else's wife or somebody else's husband or somebody else's car or somebody else's anything else but tah it is a form of heresy because you're saying that hem made a mistake by giving other people what you deserve and to say that hasem makes a mistake is a very stupid thing to do so that in itself is a reason to never be jealous of anybody secondly or third you have to also understand that looks are often deceiving someone looks like they are successful because they have an expensive car they have an expensive house they have expensive jewelry so it looks like they're living life but what you don't know is number one how is it life freely is his car going to be repossessed is his uh house in the process of foreclosure and he has no way of ever paying it back which means that he's simply counting the days before the bank takes the the the house back uh is his wife cheating on him is our husband cheating on her are they drug addicts are they degenerates uh are they sick even if they're uh not degenerates they're just simply sick and they literally all the money in the world who's meaningless to them is a person that has a chain of restaurants but has diabetes so so you can't eat anything so that's not a person you would be jealous of if you knew if you knew but that's the thing people are jealous of looks they look look at something and they assume everything is what it is they look at Facebook pictures and they assume that's the real life they look at wedding pictures and they assume that's how the party went everyone that's had a wedding knows that's not how the party went the pictures is in essence an illusion and in most cas was nothing like the real party and in fact nothing absolutely nothing like what happened after the party and the next day and a week later and the Facebook pictures that people put are literally an illusion no one no one takes the pictures of them slapping their kids because he doesn't want to stand in the picture or the husband insulting his wife uh you know five minutes before he she took the picture and he told her to smile and uh the the wife told the husband that she wants a divorce you know no one no one sees that in the picture no one sees that the picture all they see is a bunch of people smiling sometimes they happen to be good-looking sometimes they're ugly but either way hasem blessed everybody and uh it looks like they're having a good life why cuz they're standing in front of a mansion they're standing in front of some beautiful part of nature that Hashem created they're standing uh you know they look like they're eating a tasty meal no one tells you about how they got sick right after they ate that meal that they took a picture of and they couldn't get out of bed for 3 days you don't see that in the picture so when you look at a picture or look at something where it gives you the uh you know the idea that this means good know that is from that's from a Satan that's Froman other people's stuff that become your desire comes Froman you should never ever desire what somebody else has never not their house not their car not their money not nothing you should never desire anybody else why because if you desire somebody else's stuff what you're not realizing is what problems they have what problems come with that package that they have and I could assure you if you knew their problems you wouldn't want what they have if you tell no no but life is good sure sure sure life is good but once you knew what problems come with all of that now again I'm not saying that everybody that's rich is also drug addict or everybody that's rich is also a uh I don't know a uh something else this obviously uh everybody has their own package but I can assure you everyone has the perfect package that Hashem gave them some people Hashem decided to give them an exorbitant amount of money and fancy things because that's what they need to have to be in this world that's what has decreed for them that's what they need to have some people literally hasm decrees they're going to be wealthy some people people Hashem decreed they're going to be poor some people hasm decrees that they're going to go from poverty to wealth and some people the opposite either way the appearance is always deceiving because you don't know what's going on behind so to be jealous of somebody I would say at the very least first find out about all their real problems and then decide whether you're jealous or not but really when it comes push comes to shove a person that understands that jealousy is a form of heresy will never be jealous of anyone for anything except can I turn on music before to help me cry during prayer to make it more sincere music is a trigger for me uh no Hashem wants to hear your voice not music I think to find out what someone is struggling not to be jealous is a low level cuz really you're jealous but now you have more you're good okay well again that wasn't a choice number one choice number one is not to be jealous because it's a form of heresy but if a person can't even get their head around that they should at the very least look at what other people actually have which the vast majority of people are not going to be able to find out what other people really have what their problems are because people don't just necessarily share all their problems usually they share lies uh but if they can they'll see that there's nothing to be jealous about do you
