Update on LSTA Jackson Councilman Burnstein

this is Morty Bernstein with an update with regard to lsta Jackson busing for this afternoon there will not be Jackson lsta busing today in the afternoon this is due to the fact that the LSA is contracted with the Board of Ed and the Board of Ed policy is that when the public schools are closed there is no private school busing after close communication with the Board of Ed the Board of Ed has agreed to review this policy in cases like today where it was deemed safe by the Professionals for buses to run but for other reasons including Staffing the public schools needed to be closed so again thank you to the superintendent miss permil Mr binsky and we look forward to continuing to work together to ensure all of our students can receive safe and efficient transportation to and from school
