our souls are interconnected with each other in a very unique way and obviously on the deepest level our soul is a peace of God it's like one with God we are one with him we if God is the son all of us are rays of his light in those rays that emanate from the Sun those are our souls and we're all really one within his Oneness but what happens is you know I hang out with Ari Ari and I have a very unique relationship and Ari brings out a certain thing in me we've been friends since we were 18 years old so very quickly we can R back to an immature level that most 44 year old men can't get to anymore but Ari and I have this thing that we're able to immediately go down to very very childish levels of behavior because that's a unique relationship that I have with Ari tahila on the other hand she brings out a whole other side with me members in this Fellowship they bring out something in me that no one else brings my father he brings out something in me that no one else brings it everyone in your own relationship you notice it brings out a certain aspect of our personality a certain light of our soul that when those two rays of light interact it's like a fusion and a new light comes and only those two lights can make that unique interaction and that's why God forbid when someone passes away someone that you love it's so sad because a little part inside you dies because that's it that part that only that person could bring out in me it's no longer that part in me will never be brought out again because only that person could bring that out in me and now we can really understand what the power of prayer is what is the essence of prayer what is the essence of a Corban a Corban people are Marching up to Jerusalem standing in the temple standing in the presence of Hashem and in prayer we're meant to do the same thing to stand for just a moment in the presence of of the ultimate good in our father who created everything who it knows us better than we know ourselves to stand for a moment in truth and that part of us comes out the highest part within us for those moments in those interactions the highest part in US is now communing with the ultimate good of all of creation and when that happen happens I see the parts in me that they can't really stay they're dragging me down they're blocking the light it's a moment of truth that I can see that parts of me they need to be burned away in order to allow that light to really be in that truth and so what is Corban Corban is saying we need a Haka I need to give up of myself in order to draw close so that's not new age and that's not a good sale and no one want come join us in the Torah way and you're going to have to to work really hard and become a better person and as you grow and become with more refined attributes and you become Holier and you become more righteous then you will draw closer to God but that's the truth we have to become better in order to draw closer to the ultimate better and in that prayer we actually come close to the essence of what it is to go through a Corban and Israel right now has sacrificed so much the people of Israel the soldiers of Israel the wives of the soldiers of Israel the children of the soldiers of Israel the families in the north the families in the South everyone is dedicating their time their lives their money their prayers everyone right now is sacrificing and you can see that Israel in some ways is drawing closer we are actually slowly but surely becoming a better Nation a more united people we're becoming better closer to each other closer to our destiny closer to who Hashem created us to be
