You don't need the perfect words to get out of a dark place. You need one true word. There are times you feel completely stuck. You want to dive and you want to get close to Hashem. You want to change, but your head is so confused you can really get a sentence out. Rebbe Nachman says, "Don't fake a level you're not on. Find the truth where you are right now. Even if all you can say honestly is Hashem, help me. Say that for real because emes is Hashem's light. When you speak one word of real truth, that light starts showing you openings you couldn't see before. So, the situation may not change immediately, but now you can see a door. And here's the beautiful part. Rebbe Nachman says there's no darkness so deep that there is no way out. So, when [music] you're stuck, don't try to sound holy. Just be real with Hashem. Truth can become your way out.
