phone they have to be able to know how
you want them to handle without having
to death and if they if you can provide
that for them
Clarity they will they will try to make
you happy where you go wrong when you
don't give them the clarity they make
that assumption for themselves it's
their own personality and they go that
way if you're trying to get everyone to
go this way if you don't know how to
bridge that cap because you guys have
different personalities that's why you
have to have your personalities down
your archetypes your branding your any
selling proposition your target market
you know how you want them to do
customer service are you uh type of
business that wants to over deliver you
want to make more money by Penny
pitching you have to give them Clarity
of what you want them to do so they know
how to be you
that people feel like they want to work
towards
