worry the layer of anxiety the worry of jealousy the worry of Envy the worry of arrogance the worry of anger peels all those away so that what is inside us what is pure what is innocent what is sweet that just wants peace and serenity that wants to return to our equilibrium and our balance to wants to return to a healthy state that is the ultimate High menu to be complete to feel whole not to feel fractured and fragmented not to be divided and competing but all we want and All We crave is to feel whole and chabas gives that to us to lose ourselves and immerse ourselves and run into the Open Arms of chabas the shabas queen is waiting with her arms to give us a hug to give us an Embrace to hold us to comfort us to strengthen us to support us how do you do it how do we get there how do we get that love of shabas I met with someone this week someone who comes from a very religious background who is no longer and is on his way back and he says you know in my family oh my father the whole
