Tuition Deduction Your Tzedakah Rules Explained!

People don't like to hear this. If you take a tuition deduction, you cannot give saddaka other than to the yeshiva that you're taking the tuition deduction from. That's what they that's that yeshiva should know. They don't seem to utilize this. Now, some then when you tell this to people, they say, well, the yeshiva is charging so much tuition in order to compensate for the ones that are not paying tuition. That is a big debate amongst the executive directors issue. I'm not getting involved with that. I don't know the answer to that. Probably that's not the case. It means somebody is going to collect money on your behalf. So, how can you go give sedaka to some to a different organization? Basically, what you're doing is you're taking your seducka and you're pushing it on to somebody else to collect saddaka for you so that you can go give sedaka.
