[Music] the politics with inary the 2024 election President elect Trump [Music] Donald trp and I am tonight announcing my candidacy for president of the United States was as president President Cleveland president sha sh in November 15 2022 this is chis Niki Tim scami s s is the governor Florida Governor the alternative was TR ofter musk announc vide the announcement is G the system announcement govern Trump TR Florida the governorship in and presid Biden elction that's been the work of my first turn I'm running for [Music] reelection my memory is not my memory is fine if tomorrow if if you if we had a circumstance where there was eligible for what I've been able to do with the uh with with with the co excuse me with um dealing with everything we have to do with uh look look if we finally beat Medicare I'm not going anywhere and m o CL Ben Sanders and Cala Harris in July 21 of President Biden's [Music] account forign the democra president barama speaker NC P Harris theid the as a president the is swingate VI president candidat Tim WS the governor for Minot J govern pyl from psylvia Tim W from in Michigan presid Trump of come [Music] that Donald Trump will become the 47th president of the United States we overcame obstacles that nobody thought possible and God bless you and God bless America thank you very much America [Music] eventful events congratulations yeah off Health menion experience M election in ALB is local formulating SE district is State education department Commission representation [Music] milons York the campaign is given of English if you don't get a seat at the table you're on the menu the state senator the rep Weber the incumbent state senator of the democra the state senator first of all congratulations um state senator elect um Mr Bill Weber it was a rough a rough uh campaign season it was competitive you know we we done polling early on in the summer months and we um you know we felt good that we would be rewarded for the work the hard work that we had done uh for the last two years so we were you know relieved on election day but it was kind of a validation of what we thought uh we would be at come come election time um my question is that and it was quite personal on both sides the Jewish people have chosen you is it the priority for you to work on both sides even the people who didn't vote for you 100% so even two years ago some of the first people that I reached out to in the community were those who didn't support me because I've made it a priority of mine to represent everyone in this District fairly and that's been our commitment since day one so legislatively and uh in the state senate what's your goal and what do you think you can accomplish in the next uh two years how two years so some of the complex issues that we need to address is education funding um the foundation Aid formula is something that we've talked about a lot during this camp campaign that even a district like East ripo is getting short changed about $20 million a year but with a fix in the foundation a formula we can really get that District uh the money it needs you know we saw this whole issue related to The District needing money spin up money or advancement of Education we saw I saw the the the the the commissioner Rose $30 million right so the commissioner Rosa um had told us all year that the district uh was going to be short by $20 million wouldn't have enough money to make payroll so we've been led to believe that all year the external Auditors just released a report that the school board um officials released last week saying that the district has in fact $31 million positive uh general fund balance much different than what we were led to believe all year long [Music] so good question politics [Music] Federal Congress got State Senate State Assembly F race mik and of the assembly race couple of months is enjoyed the season I would do it all over [Music] again so hopefully nice if you can't take a loss you can't take a win was ready for the Congressman Mike m well I want to thank everyone who came out in support of me tonight uh this was a tremendous Victory across the 17th congressional district uh and especially broad strong support from our Jewish Community uh I will continue to stand up uh for our Jewish Community here in the Hudson Valley uh and stand up for a strong us Israel relationship and continue to combat anti-Semitism here in America I'm proud of the work we've done proud of the relationships we've built uh and will continue to represent everyone in this community and this District uh to the best of my abilities and what's your next uh approach Governor uh we'll see we're going to celebrate tonight Congress 2026 govern [Music]
