destruction of the temples we're commemorating many bad things that happened to us in our past but the core the essence of these days is a very positive thing just to give a very quick history uh 10 days ago we fasted the fast of Y which we commemorate five things that happened on that day one of them is the breaking of the walls of yush that led to the destruction of the temple and of course we're celebrating some other things commemorating I'm sorry but really if we go back to the original day what happened that day is mosu came down from the mountains with the tablets that was supposed to be the most happiest day in history that was supposed to be our independence date our 4th of July if mosenu would find a nation waiting for him that moment he would get the soul of mashiach the next day they would go to a journey into Israel it would take them 3 days that was the plan to get into Israel you g of they would park in Israel build a met mikdash and that our sages there never been such great days like the 15th That was supposed to be the day of the Redemption now really what happened mosu comes down sees the party sees the golden calf tablets break and now what now has wants to destroy us M goes up to the mountain for 40 days comes down goes back onto the mountain comes down again on this time hasem forgives us less than a year after that they're sending the spies praying for that so really it all started in a very beginning but if you're looking at the core of it the essence is good it was supposed to be the most joyful time between these three weeks the most powerful time now everything in this world has what's called a very external thing and a a very internal part we tend to look at the external and we judge what's going on but we never turn to go deep inside and see what's the essence of the situation which the essence of this three weeks is actually the most amazing most powerful time of the year what can be achieved in these three weeks cannot be achieved in any day of the year but wherever there's a lot of Kusa a lot of Holiness there'll be the exact same opposition in t of impurity had to create a system in such a way that everything that he created in the positive side there's going to be the exact same thing on the negative side two weeks we read about bam that tried to kill us to try to destroy us by cursing us bam was the of mosu they actually say that bam was even greater in Prophecy of of mosenu he just directed into a very negative place but everything has an a position so since we see such bad things meaning that the corv it is the exact same thing in the positive side so yes we need to commemorate we need to mourn the destruction of the temple but we also need to see what do I need to do to make a change just to cry over the situation is not going to change anything I have to see a what was the problem but what can I do to change it what can I do to initiate it so I want to take something very very dark and I want to know how to transform it into something very positive now to transform something negative into something positive is just going to the depth and to the essence because in essence everything is good Shem did not create bad things Shem did not sit and say okay let me see how I'm going to torture them everything is good but it's all covered with a wrapping all the presents they come in a wrapping important so we want to go through a few things to make me understand what is the core what is the essence of the these three weeks and what I can achieve to change it and to transform it so the first and most important I have to understand that everything originates from inside from my myish is the core is the essence of everything and originally the Nish comes from a very high place we can see the the explanation of our soul in one of the first prayers we say in the morning which is one of the most important prayers after we say thank you to Hashem when I wake up I say in the morning prayers my God my soul is pure and then I say a few other things the fact that the soul is pure that's one thing but comes from the world of toar there are many different spiritual worlds we are familiar with four spiritual worlds starting from above the world of then that's the worlds that we know but really there's another world above that it's called and there's another world about that that is called so when I say it comes from the world of meaning it's it comes from a very high place and then it starts going down through the world so that's why I say how the soul has many different levels and how does the soul correspond to the world how do we relate to the soul is through our emotions through our thoughts and mainly through our inclinations through my desires usually my desires can be some of them can be good but most of them are negative that's how the soul is reacting that's how the soul is communicating with me the only problem is it comes another force that covers the is not happy with what he sees he wants to cover the Nish and create this darkness and isolation so what happens is that I see things in the wrong way I see the deception I see the external part I see the bad things instead of seeing the good things because that's what the wants his agenda is not necessarily to make me sin his agenda is to create a false world that I will not believe in what I'm seeing so I will judge the world completely different that's the agenda of the so the first thing that a person needs to do is to Pure his heart every everything comes from our heart all our emotions are in our heart our intellect stays in the head in our mind we can understand everything but the problem is that we have a very narrow connection between the head where the M where the intellect is and into the body where my attributes my midot but the connection is very narrow and more than that you know every day we say we we we pray that we have to erase the the existence of Amal Amal is not only a nation Amal is AA it's a HK aipa is a negative energy that goes against Holiness and the motion of Amal is Amal has the numerical value of the word or or in Hebrew is the back of the neck and Amal knows how to grab us in the back of the neck and to make a situation that is a disconnection between the and the mid between my intellect and my body that's what AAL does now in our mind I understand everything if it's explain the right way I will understand but now bring it down into action and this is not necessarily in T and in the spiritual world this is also in the physical world take an example go now to a smoker and tell him do you know that smoking can cause cancer yeah I know so why do you smoke if you understand how bad it is why do you do it and this is one example out of many if you know you can get a ticket or Shalom get in a car accident by driving fast why do you drive fast if you don't have a good answer why do you do that so it's hard for us to bring something down from our intellect into our emotions to bring it into action and this is the cause it comes from this Amal that is narrowing The Connection by holding my neck and that's the work of the cuz he doesn't want me to see things clear yes he wants me to sin but his agenda is for me to see the world a little bit not clear this is called sh a lie calls this world Alik the world of lie cuz everything here is a lie and a deception and it brings me into a situation that I'm looking at something I'm judging the situation but really it's a lie I'm not judging it the right way so what would it cause me anger sadness judgmental jealousy all these emotions that are causing me to be separated from my source now I need to recognize where it's coming from it's all coming from from from my heart that's why I have to work on my heart this is called to purify my heart how do I do that by thinking the right thoughts because the mind controls the heart if I think the right things if I meditate on the good things which can come through praying can come through medit forms of meditation there many forms of meditation meditation was not invented in the farist it was invented by our holy fathers AB used to meditate yob they used to do meditations we invented it by the way so I need to be able to feed my thoughts with all these positive streams of thoughts that that will affect my heart that's how I'm purifying my heart now there are a few pillars that are causing me the separation from my source the first and most important is like I said the lie and the and the truth this is the the the main core in my life I know people don't like hearing it and I definitely don't like banging people people on their head I'm not the type of person that will give all along but we liar we lie a lot we constantly lie we lie to each other we lie to hem like as if he doesn't know and rely to ourselves and the right way of dealing with things is a just truth I always say it but I'll repeat it again one time about 6 or seven years ago I came home from y kipur 25 hours I was sitting in sh there's no point of coming home there's no food there's no nothing I sit in sh R 25 hours later I come home after we put the kids to sleep my wife and me are sitting and we're having a cup of tea and I tell her no do you have a for this year you made a resolution she's like yeah I decided I'm going to pray I decided I'm going to do this I decid I'm do that very good so she tells me what is your told her I decided to stop lying she tells me you you don't lie told her oh I lie I lie all the time I lie to everybody around me I lie to Hashem and I lie to myself the most and I decided to stop lying and in order for me to fulfill my I bought a little notebook and every time that I lied I wrote the lie in the time of the day that I lied came the end of the day on K and I would sit on the bed and say k but before that I would do CH because reading without doing CH there's no point the point is to make you sit down for 5 minutes and review the day I would open this notebook and you know what I found 30 lies 40 lies 50 lies irrelevant stupid lies not big lies little lies you're late for an appointment why are you late don't ask there was traffic you can't even imagine it wasn't traffic you left late just said I left late how many times somebody calls you where are you I'm at them all no you're not you're home why can't you just say truth now we don't even I'm not talking about big lies right now I'm talking about these little lies why now when you're used to saying Little Lies when it comes to a big lie you'll say a big lie without a problem no problem Hashem cannot stand lies he says you are taking my reality and you are distorting it stop doing that I made you late say I was late because I left late or whatever it is now when I'm used to monitoring my small lives I will never come to a big life so the first and most important is that I have to be a person of Truth and I can guarantee to you that if you only speak truth you're going to be the most happiest person in the world cuz when I speak something negative like a lie I'm not talking about curses and other things a lie I'm making my inside dirty disgusting and I start hating myself you know just now we read in par it says in completely out of context that b the sons of K didn't die the the land open swallowed them all it says a c like a like a rock went out and CAU them and they didn't fall into G and the sons of K did not die and then the Torah says something so powerful that the sons of K said you know what they said Moshe Moshe is the epip of Truth and his Torah is the truth the Torah is only about truth soem says just be me a doesn't lie Shem says I don't lie to you I'm straight so this is the most important thing is to speak Amit it means to admit on the truth and I'm not saying every we lying to people the reality the sad reality is everybody's lies but I'm lying to God all the time and I worst I lie to myself and I need to be able to look in the mirror and to say this is the reality this called mod I admit the way to do it is I have to humble myself I have to remove the ego my ego is the one who causes me to lie because I wake up in the morning I look in the Mir mirror and you know what I say wow look at that Hashem really outdid himself this time this is a wow this is the top of creation me and but the reality is that the ego is standing in front of me I'm telling me you're the best everybody else is beneath you you are the smartest you're always right etc etc and I'm fall I fall for that I need to humble myself to become a little bit more humble and that will cause me to work on purifying my heart and the first and most important thing is the mouth is quiet admit just truth trust me it works I worked on myself I had this no I'm telling you to do that if you want to do that it works very well I would write every lie that came out of my mouth and I figured out what nonsense am I saying and you know they say here in America the truth will set you free it's the most amazing feeling that you only talk truth and you know some people might get upset in their first conversation but you're done with it because lies create another generation you say a lie right away there's a grandson and right away I have to think of the next lie and start backing up the other lie because I oh what did I say to that person I don't remember and you start going into this you know roller coasters of line you don't even remember where you start and then it goes out ahead just say the truth finish with it right away the next thing that unfortunately we all have is anger all day long we have anger for nothing for irrelevant things and Hashem also cannot stand anger why are you getting upset don't you believe that I did that Hashem runs the world in Divine Providence nothing moves in this world without the supervision of Hashem and Hashem has all these ways of sending me all these messages and I get upset for what I heard yesterday's unbelievable story I have to repeat it we heard we heard it firstand I see somebody there laughing cuz she heard it too this guy drives in Manhattan he makes a U-turn no first it was a cell phone right the cell phone sorry okay the guy drives in Manhattan he just picks up the phone he just presses the button cops pulls him over writes him a ticket what I just picked up the phone he's like okay I just picked up the ticket okay gives him whatever amount it is hund and something dollars and here I found out now five points on the on the driver's license o he drives 20 minutes later he makes a U-turn another police over stops him I was just pulled over no you can't make a U-turn here gives him another ticket he says please I just got a ticket 20 minutes ago I don't care gives him another ticket okay doesn't phases him he continue going he's driving a brand new car just took it out of the leasing for one month ago he's standing in the traffic light somebody bumps him in the back what he goes out the whole bumpers messed up the guy that bumps into him tells him please don't call the police I don't have a license I'll pay you whatever you want whatever you want I'll pay you let's just settle here so he's about to tell him a prize and then he says you know what I just got a ticket for the phone I got a ticket for the bumper a ticket for the uterine this guy bumps into my brand new car Hashem is talking to me hasem obviously wants me to get some attention he says you know what it's fine just try D away it's fine it's totally okay go he goes to the garage to a friends of his to fix the the the car friend looks at the bumper and tells him you know what last week you sent me a a good customer I made a lot of money from this customer I'm fixing it for free no problem sit down I'll fix it right away he sits in the lobby this is a true story I'm not inventing it I heard it last night from the rabbi that went before for me in the lecture and this is a reputable Rabbi I know it's true he sits in the lomby waiting and next to him sits a friend he didn't see for 25 years hey how are you hugging kissing what are you doing here I'm fixing my car so he tells his friend what do you do his friend tells him I'm a judge really what uh what courts are you a judge traffic [Music] what do you know he pulls out the two tickets tells him can you do something about this no problem puts the stamp on dismissed all this car fixed for free tickets dismissed you know why he didn't get upset he said Hashem is talking to me what do hasem wants my attention he could easily get upset but the second that you don't get upset says oh now that I have your clear attention let me show you what I can do Hashem likes doing Miracles our life is full of Miracles we just don't notice it we get upset says okay you got upset I'm out you don't get upset ah now I now I'll show you what I can do because Hashem just wants us to do one thing it's called to thank just thanking Shem is doing a situation we don't understand why he's doing a situation so I can see the miracle and I can say unbelievable the best God in the world so hey hasm says why are you getting upset I sent that person somebody hits me somebody says bad something bad about me anything that bad that comes to my direction where do I come up with the to get upset at the messenger he's just the messenger he's the ax in the hand of the chopper Hashem is the one who wants to give me the message and he sends me a messenger how dare I get upset that the messenger you know the famous story in t there was a certain individual shim came to DAV and cursed him and you think that David will get upset you know the chief of staff y standing there pulling out his sword say we got to kill him this is went against the king says no no no no don't don't touch him hasem sent him to curse me soem constantly sending all these messages to me and I get upset at them I get upset at situation the ran says a person who's upset he's giving his entire author his entire being to be controlled Now by all these demons from Gom needless to say that our sages say every person that is upset like a person is doing idol worship and all day long we get angry cuz my kids spilled the juice on the floor or some irrelevant things and all day long I'm aggravated and I'm upset for nothing by the way now I know a lot of people say yeah yeah but you know what that person did to me they stole they did they went against us I understand but they're also of now I met this lady not too long ago her husband I don't want to tell you the whole story cuz we will be sitting here with handkerchiefs but anyways long story short he took a lot of money she tells me this is my money this is you're not coming and telling me now he bumped me in in the bumper this is a serious thing and I told her how many times did you try to get the money she was like three times we were in court I told her it's not your money just let it go obviously hasm doesn't want you to have this money it's not your money you must have owed it to him in a previous life I don't know give the money back it's not yours Just Give It Away forget with all the court cases if hasem wanted you to have this money he would after after three court cases at least one of them you would win it the point is that constantly puts me in situations and I look at the external parts and it causes me to be angry and this anger is the worst thing ever just look how many times a day you get angry and for what and in most cases it's for very simple and irrelevant things how many times you get upset at your kids for something like who cares it's a little kid of course people say okay let's say I do accept this Theory but how have a problem with anger most people have that by the way it's not that you're different everybody has some type of anger inside so if you want to look at the physical side there are many different things around us that are triggering this anger all day long and you know what's one of them is this you have it attached here it's radiating it's irritating us all day long doesn't matter what type 50 years ago they didn't have that people were much more relaxed 50 years ago now they're saying no no no the rat race no no no rats and no race you have a a a a device a radiating device that is attached to your body all day long people sleep next to it that's irritating you then forget about that you have in your house Wi-Fi wireless this Wireless that the house is like a it's like a nuclear reactor all all day long the house is radiated I'm not joking try to turn the the the all this stuff off at night you'll see a complete change you how many times people come to me with their kids they're telling me my kids ATD all these inventions move these away from them you'll see the kids will relax you will relax we are so aggravated because of these things and all around us are antennas frying us and then to top on that look at your nutrition 90% of what we eat is junk we don't eat food go to the supermarket 90% of it is J it's not food it's chemicals and we eating it and everything's fine and then I take my food I put it in a metal box I press the button in 3 seconds I have a meal that's something that I could never understand how how a person in their right mind puts food in a metal box and heats it within 20 seconds that's not a normal thing and then people don't understand why they get all these diseases and then I'm aggravated all day long go and ask somebody now in their 60s 70s and ' 80s how it was 60 years ago people were a little bit more relaxed and they tribute to that oh there was less pressure and now everything is no we are living in in a society that we're being fried all day long the food that they give us is junk and we fall for that and all day long I'm agitated aggravated and upset take that out of your system I can guarantee to you 50% of your anger problem will will reduce but more than that if my soul is annoyed then I it will come out if I don't feed my what it needs then it will react outwards so one of the most important thing spiritually I need to pray women need to pray too some people say women are exempt from praying women are not exempt from praying women have to pay at least once a day this is more than that you know there's another two praise that you can say every day and women also have to say that and a lot of people get away from it you know just the other day somebody brought pizza there was a whole this that just say just sit down and say people drive half an hour to the pizzeria that the pizza is just not to say just sit down it takes five minutes to say the biggest mitv in the T and you're going to the other side of town where the pizza is who says it's or you dissected the D now to see if it's diluted enough to be if I'm going to give you a 5 million doll check you're going to jump on the check Shem is giving you five minutes to say and you're giving it up that's A5 billion check and people do anything they can to get away from that so we need a lot of prayers we need prayers from the book and we need prayers from our heart and we need to talk to the K all in all have to find five Time 5 minutes a day 10 minutes a day half an hour a day doesn't matter I have to talk to the Kosh that's also a prayer the more I talk to the Kosh the more he's going to start answering me and the more I don't talk to him then my soul gets aggravated so we said we have to be truthful and then we have to work on our anger I'm just throwing out the the the the topics I mean of course it's not easy within 45 minutes to to really dissect the whole thing if you want to go on and we constantly use the word hate I hate this I hate that I hate why you hate this is the most negative thing one can put in their life is this hate how can you hate something I understand you maybe dislike it or you don't want to do anything to do with it but why hate and of course what happens is it makes us hate other people and Hashem does that on purpose if Hashem wanted us to be separate he would create seven billion islands and then he would put each and every one of us on an island but says no no no no I don't want that I want you to be one inside of it in each other's business so you'll be able to look at other people and judge them favorably not develop jealousy not to develop anger not to develop all these judgmental feelings which which all comes from hate why do you hate another person you know that the first temple was destroyed because of three sins idol worship Bloodshed and forbidden relations since the sin was revealed then the length of the Exile was revealed when they left yush the prophet tells them you're going to be out for 70 years 70 years you're making a U-turn coming back sure enough 70 years later they come back the second bet mikdash was destroyed from just hating another person for no reason since the the sin is not revealed then the length of the Exile is not revealed up until we're going to be able to reverse that we're going to have a problem CU hasm says I need you to like each other so I'm going to make everybody annoying each other and I'm going to put the MIM to be the most annoying MIM and your and your and your neighbor and your boss and wo I'm going to I'm going to make a whole salad here now let's see you getting along now let's see you taking a step back and saying Just Let It Go just Let It Go I'm not saying it's easy I'm just saying what we need to focus on cuz we are now in Exile a we are in a very general Exile the whole world is in Exile but we're also in our own private Exile it's called galut PR my own private Exile I have my desires I have my forbidden desires I have all all these limitations that I can't stand everybody has it don't think that you are the only one and ifom you think you don't have that then the problem is even worse but the reality is that we all have challenges problems things that we we have to deal with difficulties in our life everyone if you're going to make now a vote I can guarantee you everybody's going to lift up their hand it's just when we look at other people we saying I wish I had her life I wish I had her job I wish I had her husband the reality is that we're not looking inside and seeing what's good inside of me I'm looking all around and the yet that covers everything lies to me you see she has a better marriage he has a better job her kids are more observant and I'm looking at what I so to say don't have and it causes me to hate that person or to develop jealousy whatever it is you know in our generation say that what is stopping the Redemption from coming is jealousy jealousy that's it now jealousy is not me going in the street and seeing a beautiful car and wishing for myself to have this car the jealousy that is bad is that my best friend just text me that he's got engaged instead of me being wow I get this little pinch in my heart that's the jealousy and everybody has that very very few people are like 100% happy your best friend calls you and tells you my daughter just got engaged why did my daughter just get engaged and this this little jealousy in our heart this little pinch in my heart why is there side better than mine so all it's all the same thing this jealousy the hate the judgmental it's all these feelings that hasem says why are you doing that I'm I'm the designer here why you don't like my design so all this work that I have to do is this internal work this is this purifying my heart and the time to do it is now during the 3 weeks this is the most supicious time to meditate on it to focus on it why why are we mourning because we don't have a building in is take a few rich people and build one what's the problem it's the essence of the building you think we have a problem building the BET mikdash technically we have enough money we can build a structure we have the information how it's going to look but this worthless if it doesn't have the it doesn't have the real core of the bet mikash we need Kim we need a king so what are we mourning the destruction of real estate no we have to mourn the the the the absence in my heart I have absence I'm in Exile every day I wake up in the morning to a list of challenges most people wake up in the morning they turn the other side with a blanket I don't I don't want to deal with my day right now the phone rings oh her again so the point is that I'm in my own Exile that and I need to recognize what it is 90% of my challenges a problem I'm creating them by the way I can move half of my problems with just focusing on the positive of on anything seeing how everything comes from the k k sends all these tests and Messengers and all I need to do is just focus on what I have and thank Hashem for that what I do is I focus on what I don't have and I complain that's one thing that we do we whine a lot we whine we constantly complain hasem says if you complain with no reason I'll give you reasons to complain but if you thank me for no reason I'll give you reasons to thank me that's the core of everything is that I'm very unth thanful for what I have I wake up in the morning all I see is the negative this annoying husband he just says an annoying go to work already I about I have a husband you know this lady we have a a beautiful beautiful Learning Center for Women in ER Israel that we recently opened eight months ago it's unbelievable success it's one of the only Learning Centers for mature women our students are older women we we have a student she's 78 years old we have a few young ones in their 40s beautiful center from all over the world it's all in English so one of the ladies came all day long she catches me after the class and she complains my husband my this that she all day long just complaining told her die already stop why are you complaining all day long no my husband I told her you know how how many women don't have husbands go 15 km from where we are there's a grave it's called the Muka go there you'll see all the ladies that are crying there wishing for a husband you have a husband why are you complaining so he not Superman say thank you that you have a husband no and my health your health you're standing you're breathing you're talking go to a hospital and you'll see what means to have health or not to have health why are you complaining all day long no we don't have money you don't have money I just saw you eating um very fancy cake and you're coming with this fancy coffee from the most expensive coffee shop here in the in the middle Hall seems to me like you have money don't I don't think you're standing on the street and begging for dollars why are you complaining you might not have a lot like what you want but you have a lot if you thank Hashem maybe hasem is going to actually make it look a little bit better but we look at everything that we have and We complain I have three kids oh they're annoying me say thank you I have kids you know how many people are crying for years paying thousands of dollars to try to have kids and all day long wishing for your kids he's annoying he's answering he's fresh he's bad in school so unfortunately we constantly focus on the negative it's not our fault by the way it's the yet that comes to cover the truth to put me in this to this state of deception I don't understand and then it makes me that's what the wants doesn't care for is not come and tell me drive on Shabbat here eat this pork he's not going to tell me that he comes in a very sophisticated way he wants me to be upset he wants me to be sad he wants me to be jealous he wants me to be that judgmental all these things that are coming from the inside of me that really if I look at it in my in my intellect in my brain I will not have it if I will dissect the situation with my with my mind 90% of the times they'll be like no it's the wrong thing to get upset it's the wrong thing to be jealous it's the wrong thing to be be angry but this am is choking me so I don't let it come down from here to here and then he makes me fail in all these character traits in these midot and this is the Exile that we need to mourn not the destruction of a building of the piece of real estate we're going to have that very soon don't don't don't get me wrong we still have to cry about the morning of bet mikdash but I have to focus in these three weeks what am I mourning why am I sad cuzz inside I have a battle I'm battling my own personal galute my personal Exile and if I will work on my own Exile you know what's going to happen I will become now free my own personal Redemption a few people personal people that'll have their personal Redemption will have going to have the general Redemption so my galute is is is is depending on everybody and all I need to do is sit for 5 minutes a day 10 minutes a day half an hour a day and a just to be happy just to find the joy in my life I'm able to walk be happy I'm able to think to talk I have some money not point of looking at the negative things to look at the negative things oh you can find lists of negative things the point is to thank of what you do have and trust me when you start thanking from your bottom of your heart for what you have that's when hasem is going to start giving you a lot of reasons to thank CU hasem loves when we thank him he doesn't like it when we whine Shem say says you cried for no reason I'm going to give you a reason to cry for Generations the night when the the the the spies came back they were crying about sh says no problem I'm going to make you cry now for Generations you cry for no reason then I'm going to give you a reason we have to Res reverse it thank AEM for no reason just wake up in the morning thank you what a beautiful day yesterday was raining today is beautiful so I want to focus on all these things that inside of me that are block my my own freedom and the reality is that nobody wants to be sad nobody wants to be depressed nobody wants to be under pressure nobody wants to be in all these situations we're all battling it you know we have a huge Learning Center in Israel we have a for men in Israel we have an online presence we do so many beautiful things online with thousands and thousands of followers my system gets on an average Day about 1,000 to 1500 emails every day there have five girls filtering emails that's about 50,000 messages a month I'm not talking about phone calls I'm not talking about whatsapps I'm not talking about Facebook I'm talking about emails you know that I never got one email of somebody telling me hello my name is so and so I just wanted to tell you that everything is great I didn't get one email like that all the emails are disasters I should should start a manufacturer of tissues just to give the the girls all day long we're crying from the disasters we're hearing all day long that's what I have to deal with not one person says no everything's good you know I said that not too long ago in in a lecture so some woman came and she emailed and she was like I'm from that lecture everything is good I one nobody says you know yeah it's a little bit tight now with money but I have my health yeah my kids they're not getting married now but you know they're healthy we constantly emphasize the negative we don't look at the positive and you know what the more you focus on the negative the more negative it will become that's how it is the more you move away from Hashem hasm says okay no problem you don't want to be next to me I'm not going to not going to help you I'm not going to do not too long ago I was sitting and I I like to upgrade my tickets because you know all the flights at least fly like a mench so I always get the front tickets where you you know there's a lot of space so the stst is always in front of me doing the show with the security so you know I feel very uncomfortable like not to look at her so I'm like just looking like to you know nobody looks at her so at least I'll give her some something you know so somebody would pay attention to her someone look at her and smile and then she said something very very interesting you know when the cabin pressure
