Toys for Hospitalized Children - Event Recap

[music] >> Surely Anthoine called me and told me, JJ, we have to [music] take toys for hospitalized children to the next level. That's when he told me about the idea for the Happy Shop. We're going to create an app that [music] children in the hospital can go on to the app and go shopping for a toy and we will overnight those toys to the kids. [music] It's so important for us that companies come together in order to help and bring happiness to sick children [music] because we believe happy kids heal faster. We come together every day, everyone with their own story, everyone with their own mission and we squad up as a team to deliver value to thousands of businesses. It's always important to take time to disconnect and give back to the world. Toys for Hospitalized Children is a organization that I've been a part of since >> [music] >> 2018, I believe. I've watched >> [applause] >> I've watched JJ take a very small idea, grow it into an international conglomerate, an organization that delivers thousands of toys and and provides happiness to people in their worst time. So, let's roll up our sleeves and actually do the work, pack some toys and give back. Just going out there and packing these toys it really made me feel very proud. And we really leave energized with a renewed sense of purpose together as a team and I think that's really great. Children shouldn't be in hospitals, it's the darkest time in their lives >> [music] >> and for them to receive a toy and to see that it's associated with a company giving it to them, it's [music] not only showing them a moment of happiness, but also that a bigger part of the world, the betterment of the world is like wanting them [music] to get better, believing in them and thinking about them and and ultimately just cheering them on and hoping good things are coming in their lives. To be able to contribute an idea and then watch this team really bring it to life, one of my proudest things in my career.
