I think reminding yourself of the large realities always important. You know, we get very myopic and we're focused in on what with a sort of tunnel vision what we're doing. When you pull back the lens and remind yourself who you are, it's an ashama, it's not a body, why you're here, it's to invest in who you are, to invest in relationships, to grow, and you just pull back the lens and if you can just recalibrate yourself you know, each morning just spend 5 minutes reminding yourself of what the larger reality is, it's much easier to find meaning within what you're doing because you've got a context in which it properly belongs. But if you box out the large reality and think it's just about getting through the day, just about earning a dollar, just about, you know, keeping your head down and it's it's you're going to lose that ashama, you're going to lose that passion because it's not it's not plugged into anything real. So pulling back the lens, reminding yourself of the larger metsius, the real reality, will I think invigorate and infuse what you do with much greater meaning and with that meaning comes greater pleasure.
